• SOON HUA (10/5): Highly Recommended. - We booked a unit with 2 rooms. The Unit is big, clean and good security. It is no different than your usual hotel stay. I love the dinning room in the unit, a comfortable place for us to do our office work. There is a proper check-in counter and secured car park. Good internet speed. House keeping is done daily. A safe area, you get lots of restaurant within 200m of walking distance to the left and right of the Apartment (Hotel). You can travel easily using GRAB (UBER).

• vikramm497 (8/5): Pleasant surprise! - Wedgewood Residence was recommended by one of my friends. I staid with my family in a two bedroom apartment in 3rd week of DEC and was surprised with the cleanliness and size of the rooms, Check-in and check-out experience was smooth and daily Breakfast was good. Best part if location, considering you have wide variety of food choices and pubs in the vicinity and you get spoiled by the choices around. Only complaint I have is for Laundry Dryers provided in each floor and management needs to spend money to replace them with modern convection dryers. These dryers are antique, throw cold air, do not achieve the purpose, thus creating a frustrating experience when you are hard pressed for time and want to enjoy your vacation.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - The room we stayed in for 1 night was E2-1-2. It has a very strong musky smell the moment we stepped in. I believe the smell could have come from the curtains, cupboards, beddings or sofa...the reason could be because the room was unoccupied for a long period of time and low maintenance was done on it. I have stayed in several serviced apartments before but this was the first time i experienced such condition. We tried to air the room but still the strong smell lingers and we did not have a good sleep. Thankfully it was only for a night. We did not use the seemingly dusty kitchen facilities and we did not explore the amenities either. Check-in/out was smooth and carpark was well-lit and spacious.

Maximum of RM 7 gets you a taxi anywhere you want to go in the Mont Kiara area Shuttle service provided Breakfast has a wide variety of options - just don't go too early as they sometimes do not have everything out at the breakfast start time The gym - good rrange of equipment and very clean Needs improvement: The bathroom. The second bathroom was unusable. It leaked onto the floor when we used it and using it was a health hazard as the bottom was so old that it was like stepping into oil. So we all shared one bathroom The beds are really hard and uncomfortable The walls are paper thin and i could hear the person in the next suite hacking, chatting, etc
• Verified traveler (2/5): Here you go - Here’s my experience staying in Wedgewood. you guys didn’t understand what I was saying. so here it is. I was sleeping and 3 house keeping ladies came in and looked at me while I was in bed and I told them to leave and come back later. and they starting to laugh somehow, which is I don’t know why. And they starting to cleaning while I was in bed. I was so mad and tell them to bring manager but they starting to bring towels and other cleaning equipments. it was so funny they just looked at me and starting to clean while I was telling them to fxxk oxx at the room and they left. I couldn’t manage myself together. I was staying there for 4nights and I stayed at wedgewood before but this experience was so bad. I took there pictures and post. I think you guys need to educate them. other then that It is cozy hotel. but don’t expect good breakfast there. it was not eatable for my experience. and about bathroom, so many hairs on the floor. I should have take a pictures next time if I have a chance to visit again hum... what can I say. it just okay. maybe I had a bad day.

• John (8/5): 3 Bedroom apartment in heart of Mont Kiara. - Good family sized apartment. Good for short term stay. The building and apartments are now becoming a bit dated and in need of some new paint and curtains, which would help fix this. Overall pleasant stay. The location is convenient in the heart of Kuala Lumpur Expatriates area. With abundance of stores and Restaurants nearby.

• Kenny (10/5): As Good As your Home, Highly recommend! - I was surprised when I entered the Reception. It looked 5 Star luxurious and the staff were all very helpful. The room is very large, all amenities worked well. The bathroom also very clean. Security is good. I was allocated a carp park. Lots of F&B nearby.

Indra the receptionist who is very friendly and polite, Rooms is clean and well-furnished. I was surprised that we had a very special welcome drinks in the minibar! I didn't hear any noise from the mainroad or anything.My partner was happy that they have separate rubbish bin for recycle purposes (Go Green!) Breakfast is nice and tasty, especially the tuna spaghetti. porridge that is nicely cooked with quite a lot of condiments which is nice. Location is totally great, you can walk to two shopping mall including Solaris that's varieties of restaurants there. Overall, I enjoyed the stay here. :)
• 180remyf (4/5): Great location, poor services - We stayed in Wedgwood for 4 weeks. Since we were staying with our dog, we had to be on the 1st floor. The apartment itself was spacious for 4. The equipment was minimum (4 glasses, 4 knives, 4 forks etc) and cooking was a real challenge. There's not much you can do with 1 pan.... The other negative was the noise and the lack of light. By 4pm you really need to switch the lights on which is quite depressing after a few days. The noise came from the highway nearby and from other people in the apartments above. Interesting how the apartments are erythromycin well sound proofed when they are next to each other though. The staff was doing their best to address our concerns. Just make sure you are patient: things come, but not swiftly! That includes the house keeping which is done with a vacuum that has not been emptied for way too long! Location is great: walking distance to two big shopping areas. Driving to KL city center is also a breeze (15mn).
• Karen (10/5): Five star experience - Wedgwood was amazing, spacious, comfortable, close to good restaurants. The staff were helpful and efficient, rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Can't wait to come back. My favourite holiday destination so far.
• Canicus (8/5): Pick the higher floor and rooms facing away from the highway as they are more quiet and have better views - This is one of my many times there. This place is good and accessible to most parts of KL. Facilities and rooms are great and the prices are quite fair. The rooms in the service apartment are top notch and clean. We had an apartment with 3 rooms that could sleep up to 6 people. There is also a swimming pool that is relatively quite and a great place to unwind. Food is also readily accessible just about 5 minutes walk away at Solaris Mont Kiara. Great Indian food at Ravi's at the corner.
• cheesionggoh (10/5): Spacious room with high ceiling and fantastic breakfast - Had wanted to rate my first KL hotel experience but procrastination is my real name, so here I am. In/out of the hotel 06-11Feb17. The spacious 1 bedroom unit was overwhelmingly huge. I fell in love with the pillow which was a miracle as I never had a good pillow (and sleep) away from my homely bed. Visited the breakfast restaurant. It was simple but sufficient and with good spread with live egging station and oriental porridge offering. The underground carpark is connected to the hotel with a shutter. Would have loved to make it my choice residence if not for the distance to my office.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Worth the bucks! - I was staying at Wedgewood just over a weekend, and have absolutely no complains about this residence. I was allowed an early check in upon arrival, the staff catered to my requests without any fuss, room was clean & very spacious. Staying alone, i was reassured by the level of security in place there too. Location of this residence is just perfect, as it it private enough..very short distance away from main road..yet very conveniently near Publika. The only shortfall i would point out, if really need be are the shortage of toiletries provided. Even that i did not mind, as i used my own anyway. And staying at Level 9, it was a bit noisy during the day as residence is quite near a toll station. Otherwise, this residence is perfectly recommendable.

• MurphyJoelL (6/5): Cigarette smell all a - Booked into a third floor room for the stay. Third floor supposedly non-smoking floor. Upon entering the room, could feel the whole living room and bed room with cigarette smell. Even after opening the windows and the fan, the smell still lingers. Went for a swim in the swimming pool and wanted to change in the toilet near the pool. When the door was opened, it just reeked if cigarette smell.

• Jane3505 (8/5): Nice place to stay, very spacious. - Wedgewood is well located, the rooms are nice and clean and closet space is generous. The front desk is open 24 hours. Pools is beautiful, fitness room adequate but far too warm, you do turn on the air when you get in the room but it didn't cool off well. I enjoyed having an electric tea kettle in the room and appreciated bottled water being stocked daily.

• LuckyTraveller21 (10/5): Well maintained elegant serviced apartments with good security in a convenient location - We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for 5D 4N. It was clean will a full kitchenette. The staff were attentive and polite. Housekeeping was prompt when requests were made. 4 bottles of mineral water and fresh towels were provided daily. We bought through Agoda which breakfast was not provided. The in-house restaurant, The Garden, serves breakfast at RM19 per adult, I think. Parking was free and secured as you need to use the room access card to enter and exit the gated car park. Within a 5 minutes walking distance, there is Solaris where there are banks, restaurants, Cold Storage supermarket and boutiques. Further down, is Publika with countless eateries. It's a 5 minutes drive from Wedgewood to Publika. We needed to get to The Curve at Mutiara Damansara daily. It was about a 15- 20 minutes drive (if without traffic jam) from Wedgewood. Quite convenient.
• Michwong76 (10/5): Nice place and convenient - 6 of us booked this place to hold our annual gathering. This place is easy to find and security is tight. We were given room at the lobby level and it is convenient. The apartment is cleaned and well equipped. There are 3 rooms; master room with attached bath, two other rooms shared another bath room. There is one utilities room with iron and iron board. Main area has clean and comfortable sofa with long dining table. There is one toilet near the entrance too. We really like the apartment because we can bring food and cook in the apartment. The dining table is big enough and we shared food and thought there. We also visited the pool, not fantastic but enough for leisure swim. This apartment is 5 mins walk to Solaris. We walked to Solaris for breakfast and there are so many eateries and shops there. It is so convenient. Overall the design of the apartment may not be too modern and can see some furnitures and setting are dated. However, it is clean and well equipped. For this price, we think it is worth and will recommend this place.

• afniz (8/5): Spacious apartment! - We stayed in with 3 families of 7 adults and 3 toddlers. The security is quite tight, especially at the parking lot and entrance to the elevator. Each room has a television. A Bath tub in one of the bathroom. The swimming pool is ok. But we were shocked to see a rat ran from one bush to another bush, near to the swimming pool. We ended up washing our kids for about 30 mins after that😔, worrying the rat had came from the pool.
• NuridahR (8/5): Great & Convenient - Rooms are large and clean. Lots of malls, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The staff helpful and attentive. For those who drive, they will have a reserved slot in the carpark for you. It takes approximately 20 mins drive if you intend to go to Bukit Bintang or Damansara area. The hotel could have a new face-lift. All in all, a great place to stay!

• DaleS427 (4/5): Not the best - Stayed here a single night on a business trip, and sadly very disappointed. Upon arrival, the exterior and hotel lobby look pretty impressive, also, the staff were great, helpful and attentive. However, when you finally arrive at your room, be prepared to be disappointed. Rooms are large but are in need of a facelift. The rooms are bare or minimalistic. Coffee making facilities and a toaster available (no kitchen area), also a refridgerator. A separate sleeping area leads onto the bathroom, strange set-up. The bathroom itself is novel, there are windows on 2 sides of the bath, so you can watch the world go by as you soak away. However, other people can look into the bathroom unless you make use of the blinds, same goes if you wish to use the w.c. Also, be careful of getting in and out of the bath, its a bit of a stretch, and you can easily loose your footing. Don't forget to switch the water heater on at least 10 (they say five) minutes before you want a bath or shower. For a bath, you will only get 1/4 or 1/3 full with the heated water in this time. The shower was a better option. The thing that needs the most improvement would be the windows - ONLY single glazed, so with the hotels location adjacent to an extremely busy (24 hours busy) motorway toll gate, you hear every car, motor bike and lorry that pass by. I had very little sleep here, as you can image - vehicle's once passed the toll, then speed away as fast as they can, it's pretty noisy. Breakfast was included, and opens at 6:30 am. There is not such a huge choice :ONLY scrambled eggs, rice, beans and potatoes from the hot menus (there is a chef who can cook eggs to order), a selection of cereals and a smaller selection of pastries. The best for me was 1) the coffee machine, excellent coffee and 2) wi-fi strength pretty good. One thing that did puzzle me, the bedroom has a lamp on a table. You can only switch this of by pulling the bed away from the wall - reaching down - and switching the socket power off. There is no other switch ??? (unless you switch power off to the roof of course). I understand there is a new wing being built, but certainly wasn't ready in October. If its sleep you need, I would suggest another location - unless other rooms have double glazing and are NOT facing the tool gates.
• MrJLim (6/5): Great clean place for short stay - Visited this place for 3 days stay. The service is depend on who is on duty. Clean and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. The place is conveniently located just distance walking to cafes and restaurants.
• shahanadoliyat (10/5): Fantastic place to stay in Kuala Lumpur - I stayed in the 3 bedroom apartments from 8th September to 14th September. Got a fully equipped kitchen, vast sitting area with a balcony and a private like swimming pool. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. Location also is ok about 4 km from KLCC and a lot of restaurants nearby. Staffs were very good and helpful. They have got a shuttle service to main central areas every morning. I suggest this hotel to my friends and relatives 100/100
• Christopher (8/5): Clean hotel - Good clean hotel. Large suites. Only negative was the hot water; it only lasts a short time. Not a problem for showers, but I was unable to fill up the tub for a good soaking.
• izzatizaki (8/5): Awesome weekend getaway - I booked a 3 bedroom apartment from Agoda after comparing the price from few websites. The location is very strategic surrounded by lots of dining options and not that far from Jalan Duta toll exit. I would say their security level is very high even their parking lots are gated and only accessible by room card. Yvonne, the front officer greeted me as I enter the lobby and explained to me the house rules. The check in process is very smooth. But, need to let you know that 1 apartment only allocated 1 parking lot and for extra lot you need to pay. We super duper love the house. It has everything that you need. Dryer, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. There are bathtubs in both toilets. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my family and friends.
• yeez23 (6/5): Everything is ok except the service - They allowed me to early check in which is nice. And everything in the Deluxe 3 bedroom Apartment is nice and good. But the only thing disappointed me was their service. They did not give a helping hand when they saw their guest moving a lot of heavy things from the car. There're two guys in the reception, but they were just standing there and looked at us to move those heavy things. Some more we used the trolley to send those heavy things to our room by OUR SELF!! This was the terrible experience. Please improve the service !
• Mohamed (10/5): PERFECT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Very large rooms and unit. i had a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the ground level. I should say 3 full baths and one half bath...I did not realize there was a powder room near the door and another bath ( probably for servants ) off the kitchen near washer/drier area. The HOTEL STAFF WERE ALL GREAT...hotel is also in an area walking distance to many types of restaurants from local foods, to middle eastern, Chinese etc.. If you prefer to do your own cooking there is also a large grocery store about 3 blocks away... We were their with family and an infant for 6 days, only reason we went to another place for the last week was that we needed a wash hose at the toilet for religious reasons and maybe extra item or 2 in kitchen...when i mentioned that to the front desk they were actually willing to do it ( I WISH I HAD ASKED BEFORE I PAID FOR THE OTHER HOTEL ) APPARENTLY its common to put min items in kitchen cabinets, you just need to ask if you need anything. When checking out i needed a van for all our stuff and family and the hotel offered one for us that I was willing to pay for, but then they did it for free ( that driver got a great tip lol ) THIS IS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND, I FORGOT AN ITEM IN TH ROOM AND CALLED BACK TO TELL THEM I WILL STOP BY TOMORROW TO GET IT, THEY DELIVERED IT TO MY OTHER HOTEL LATER ON THE SAME DAY WOW !!!!!!

• Francis (8/5): Visiting family in KL - We really enjoyed our stay here except that one day my wife noticed that the small cloth pouch she keeps her iPods and ear phones in was missing. We reported it and they did an investigation and looked at the room entry log. Only us and housekeeping on the list. The housekeeper lived on site and they checked her room. Nothing found and a reminder to always lock things up in the safe. Our mistake.
• Francis (8/5): Layover inKL - We were in between trips and decided to see KL. Used this hotel to relax and rest between the trips and also to schedule and do some local sight seeing. It all worked for us.
• 58ChrisK (6/5): Noisy and is in need of room refurbishments - The entrance lobby is nicely appointed but the rooms are tired and need updating. The Pool area is tired but it does have a very large pool. The breakfast choice was poor and low quality, low budget choices. However, the worst part of the accomodation are the rooms that overlok the highway/toll booths. Cars and bikes race away from the toll booths and unless you have ear plugs, it is very noisy and leads to a disturbed nights rest.
• 999kasperb (8/5): Nice an spacious appartments - These apartments are really nice and spacious with a separate living room to the bed room. The complex has a good gym and a great pool. There is a small breakfast restaurant, but much more restaurants just around the corner within 5 min. walking distance.
• patrick (10/5): Home sweet home - Wedgewood is a top notch facility for the price. We paid $96 a night and we feel it was well worth it. It's very well secured and the staff is more than accomadating. Within walking distance is many multi cultural restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely attend Wedgewood again and strongly suggest you do also. It's a great deal if you can reserve it for under $100. Doable between $100 and $120 for the two bedroom suite and not worth a thing above that.

The rooms are very spacious and the appliances are up to date. Within a 10 minute walk is a variety of restaurants, a cold storage (grocery store), banks, ATMs, and it's very easy to access uber and taxis. We strongly suggest staying here

• Verified traveler (8/5): 3 Nights Stay - Business - It was short stay for business. We brought the whole family for the stay. The rooms are clean with good selection of tv package - so the children were not bored. The condition is so and so but good enough for the short stay. Neighborhood is nice. There are a few nearby places for shopping and food. We've got the view facing the highway - so apart from watching the traffic jam and the toll booth, there's nothing much to see - but we didn't go there for the view so no harm's done. Overall it was a nice stay.

The residences does seem dated.Our residence was particularly dark with no window to the living area and lounge. Breakfast is basic and doesn't get much attention from guests. not really worth the price paid. Service was good yet needs a little more communication. We were locked in the pool area intentionally by a worker who didn't even bother to say that time was finished. Had to use a mobile to get help after a wait. Good location to premier food outlets. handy parking available which was very secure.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Confused and disorgarnised Frontdesk staff - I booked a 3-bedroom apartment for my family of 6 adults. We are from out of town, we came in with 3 separate cars. However, only ONE PARKING SLOT allocated each apartment uni. So, I have to pay EXTRA CHARGES for the 2 other parking slots. We parked at the assigned slot. After settling down, we were forced to remove ALL 3 cars because the slots assigned to us at check-in were actually allocated to another long term tenant. While having dinner, AGAIN we were asked to MOVE our cars as the spots where we're asked to parked the 2nd time were also assigned to another tenants. Totally UNACCEPTABLE in making us to go up and down 3 times since we PAID for the extra parking slots!! This is very inconvinient coz we want an uninterupted holiday.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Slow service during Check-in and Check-out - The property is located in a residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Just what we needed. What disappoint me most is their reservation/filing system. It took ages for them to find my booking even though I had produced a printed copy of my CONFIRMED BOOKING. The front-desk personnel didn't seem to know how to use the credit card reader (for me to put on the incidental charges of the room). Check-out took a long time too. The room floor was a little dusty when we first entered. Luckily, complimentary sandal were provided. Aircond units are SMALL capacity, hence didn't do justice to cool off the living room and main bedroom to a proper/desired temperature.
• Wendy (10/5): (West) room 7-3 - Stay in this 3 room apartment with 4 adult and 3kids age 6,5 and 3 years old from 17 to 21 Dec 2014 and my kids absolutely love it there...will definitely revisit again.Hotel stuff are very friendly and helpful,room is very spacious but location abit out of the way for shopping location,have to always rail a taxi...nevertheless,there is cold storage from walking distance. .so travellers who preferred to dine in and cook themselves can buy stuff from there.Overall feedback for improvement will be: 1) to have a rice cooker in the kitchen and have a larger cooking pot instead of just one small pot which is just enough to cook for only 1 packet of instant noodles. 2)for the masterbed room toilet bind curtain ,suggest instead of one piece type..make it to foldable type for more privacy. .I dare not use the bathtub as it is not completely seal.(there is a big opening from the corner ) 3)To have a kid swimming float at the pool side incase travellers with young children need 1. 4) to have more light at the swimming pool so that traveller that wanna swim at night can have a more pleasant swim than not using the facility at all b cuz is too dark.

The apartment was within walking distance to most eating & retail outlets. The bed were comfortable and the 3 room apartment was very spacious. It was only one night stay.

Good when travelling with family where you can have your own space n bedroom and at your convenient to cook or buy own food.
• Moaad (10/5): great stay - Honestly for the price that I got it for it was a bargain!! Great things about it- Staff!!! Very very very helpful and I've stayed in plenty of Hotels!! Their is a lady that works I the front desk I forgot her name but she was about 40-50 years old with glasses if she is working she is your best tour guide she finds great places for you to go and helps you find places with reasonable prices!!! Also two other people that work their Jeet and Mac were also very helpful always stopped taxis for us and found taxis that only use The Meter which is very important. Room was clean and very big very comfortable also my room came with a living room so if you wanted to just stay at the hotel for a day you didn't feel constricted big bathroom big tub and the swimming pool was huge always clean and empty. bad- location is far from everything which didn't bother me but hard to find taxis at night willing to drive their but one thing Jeet and Mac showed me was the taxi app which showed you who was going to pick u up and also they already know where you are going before they accept to pick u up. I stayed for 9 days and everyday the staff was as nice as the first day "great staff especially the Three members I mentioned!!!

Is my first time book a room through Expedia and it has impressed me with their good work. I do recommend you have a look at Expedia and compare with their official website of the rate before you book. The room is awesome, super specious and modern. With 2 Astro TVs, long bath tub w view and every little bits. Will come back to this place again someday.

• Belinda (10/5): Beautiful Wedgewood - When we arrived at Wedgewood we were all blown away with its beauty! Beautiful, clean & very friendly staff. There is nothing about our stay I can fault. Rooms were immaculate, the gorgeous dining room & chandelier made us feel like we were in a palace! Only thing was the pool was under renovations, but that didn't matter as we were told they would show us to the neighboring pool which looked amazing! LOVED IT! Would definitely recommend & stay there again.
• Steve (10/5): Simply gorgeous - We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was huge. We had plenty of space to spread around. Security was very good and the friendly staff helpful with ordering taxis or providing anything we needed. We bought breakfasts in the restaurant and could not fault the meals. While the pool was under renovation, we were able to access the neighbouring resort's pool. This pool was stunning and the pool cafe was cheap and quality. I wish all properties we stay in were as good as this. The only downside would be that taxis had trouble finding the address. We would tell them to head towards Mont Kiara International School and direct them from there. No problems.
