- Jung (9/5): - 지리산 가족 여행 재방문 합니다. 정원 관리도 잘 되어 있고 무엇보다 친절 하시고요. 지리산 일대 여행 하기 최적의 위치 입니다. 패딩 빌려주시는 서비스, 1층에서 책 빌려 주시는것도 좋고요. 사우나는 8천원 가격으로 생각하면 나쁘지 않았습니다. 식사 퀄리티가 4성급 이라고 생각하면 조오그음 아쉽습니다. (특히 저녁 식사 메뉴) 조식은 괜찮습니다만, 가지수 많은것도 좋지만 과일이나 특히 빵 퀄리티를 조금만 더 올려준다면 좋을거 같습니다. 이 호텔을 애정하여 조심스럽게 말씀 드려봅니다.
- Michelle (9/5): Friendly staff - We stayed here for one night in a corner suite. The room was huge and was great for our stay. We loved seeing the sun set and rise from the windows. We are in the restaurant and it suited our young girls. The staff in the restaurant were really friendly. There are paper cups to use in the room rather than china and glass and a very limited complimentary tea and coffee. Be nice if it more eco friendly and used reusable cups. We thought we had a working kitchen from the pictures but it was only a kettle- we should have read what it came with more closely. We felt the use of the pool should be incorporated in the room fee, it seems silly to charge an additional rate for this.

Schwierig in der Nähe etwas vegetarisches zu finden ( Namwoon) von daher im Hotel gegessen...es gab 1 Gericht ohne Fleisch u. Fisch...war sehr gut...in der Küche haben sie uns noch einen Salat zusätzlich bereitet...toll Das Frühstücksbüffet liest keine Wünsche offen... Alles bestens

J’ai été très touchée de recevoir autant d’aide à chaque fois que j’en avais besoin. Merci! Et puis notre chambre était spacieuse et agréable. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas très bien (il est difficile de la contrôler depuis la chambre). Je ne recommande pas le resto de l’hôtel, même si c’est l’option la plus pratique.

- Ignacio (9/5): Exceptional hotel, great value - We got a fantastic room, two bathrooms, kitchenette. We are a family of four and like staying in the same room whenever we can, but this probably is the largest we have seen. There is a laundromat in the premises, very useful in road trips, reasonably priced. Although instructions are in Korean, two members of the reception team were extremely helpful and translated. In general, exceptional value for money. Food options in the evening and service in the restaurant could have been a bit better. Also, we were left alone for over 10 minutes. We did not have time to use the pools, but they are charged extra unless you have a special room rate that includes their use. I checked the booking conditions and it clearly says there is an extra charge, so my mistake for assuming it was part of our rate, but as the pools are extensively shown in the property pictures, I find it a bit misleading.

- Publishingexecutiveusa (10/5): Exceptional Stay in Namwon - We stayed in the royal suite and really enjoyed it. The suite is very very large, with an expansive living room and dining room, plus an office area and a small kitchen area, but no stove top. The suite has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom alone is over 1000 SQ ft. We especially liked the expansive balconies and windows, which line the entire living room/dining room area and the master bedroom. The easy to use shade controls allow you to open one or all of the window shades in a particular area. The entire suite has floor heating and there are 4 overhead A/C units. Unlike some hotels in Korea, we were able to use the A/Cs and venting even in the spring time. A 2-burner stove top and apartment size refrigerator would be a good addition. Wish list for our next stay! Very quiet and nice. Nearby walking paths along the river and a 2-5km trail up into the hills. Lots of parking and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. No bell service,. however for help with bags. No bell service for help with bags. No stove top and refrigerator too small.

The 2 reception ladies could understand a little English which was very helpful to us. The night shift lady even guided us how to use the washing machine and dryer. - Han (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice hotel with great views, facilities, vibes and room. The room was very spacious and with comfy beds for 3 persons. The bathroom was big with divided space. The upper shower head was broken so we could not use it.

- SEUNGYEOUN (6/5): 깨끗하나 층간소음 최고. - 숙소 시설은 너무 좋았어요. 깨끗하고. 다만. 바닥이 마루여서 윗방의 소리가 다 들리고 화장실 배관 소리도 매우 커서 괴로웠습니다. 이틀 머물렀는데 첫날 프론트 문의 했으나 어쩔수 없다고 하더군요. 다른 호텔의 경우 적어도 실내화 의무 착용 요청이라도 해주실텐데. 이틀 내내 잠못자고 와서 무척 속상했습니다. 쉬러갔다가 못쉬고 온. 아쉬운 곳
- ok gyu (10/5): 남원 여행을 계획중이라면 이곳을 추천합니다 - 부모님을 모시고 여행을 하였습니다. 숙소는 아주 편안하고 조용하였으며 직원들은 친절하였습니다. 침구도 깨끗하고 청소도 청결하게 잘 되었습니다. 예상치못한 작은 사고가 있었으나 직원분들이 책임감을 가지고 친절하고 능숙하게 잘 처리해준 덕분에 여행을 즐겁게 마무리 할 수 있었습니다

- Verified traveler (2/5): 더스위트 호텔 남원 관리 좀 잘하시길.. - 욕실의 샤워기가 고장 나 있었고 비데도 작동이 안되었습니다. 도대체 숙박비는 비싸게 받으며 뭘 관리 하는건지… 조식 뷔페는 2만원 이었는데 1만원도 아까울 수준 이었음. 음식이 떨어졌는데도 안채우길래 종업원을 부르려고 쳐다보니 눈을 피함 ㅎㅎㅎ 모처럼의 가족여행 기분 훼손되었음.
- jihyun (10/5): 위치가 훌륭한 켄싱턴 리조트 - 갑작스런 여행길에 오게된 켄싱턴 리조트 남원은 객실 컨디션도 좋았고 로비 직원들도 너무 친절했습니다 남원시내에 위치해있어서 인근 식당들 이용하기도 편하고 바로 옆에 춘향테마파크도 있어서 관광지 접근성이 좋았습니다 리조트 바로앞 강변에 고수부지처럼 조성되어 있어 아침 산책하기 좋았습니다
