- Wright (10/5): Relaxed, clean and safe - The rooms were clean,bright, airy and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful from the front desk to the cleaning attendants. Plenty of parking and not noisy No isssues

- Damon (9/5): Lovely place to Stay - TOP NOTCH FOOD. - We ate at the restaurant. The Food was Exceptional. Room was lovely. Slept well. We loved our visit and will DEFINITLY STAY AGAIN. Some noise from outside could easily be heard through the walls which was surprising for me and my wife. But wasn't too bad.

- Lonie (9/5): Great stay to explore the surroundings and easy to get to the Zig Zag railway - The motel is quiet big. It could do with a little more greenery. The rooms are typical of a country motel, big and comfortable. Heating was perfect. The staff in reception were great. There are good options to order breakfast that you heat in your room and also able to order a lunch pack to take on your travels. We had a fabulous dinner in Frankie's at the motel and yummy happy hour cocktails. Good food, drinks and at a reasonable price. The bar and wait staff were very effiecient and friendly. Over all a really lovely stay. Lack of greenery.

- Sharon (8/5): Location great. Cosy. Compfy. - Location was very good. Close to town Although there are a lot of rooms it was very quiet. It was convenient for our visit. The room was spacious and comfortable It was lovely and warm even without the heater. The bed was comfortable.

- Tammy (8/5): Great location, extra large rooms & perfect in room spa to end the day - Great Customer Service from the staff who helped us check in with an after hours arrival. The process was easy and they were very accommodating. The location was perfect for our stay, being very close to everything in the centre of town and the room was quite large, very clean and super comfortable. The spa in our room was incredible! Big enough to relax in and the jets were perfect to soothe a tired body from traveling all day. Only small issue we had was that the rooms weren’t very sound proof from outside noise. We were woken up early hours of the morning by children running around and yelling outside the room doors as well as other guests gathering outside their room doors to hang out and chatter. We heard everything from our bed.

- Sharon (9/5): Self contained house for a small group - I liked we got a house for our group of 5. The washing machine and dryer was a bonus that we found we really needed. For the amount of people it sleeps (6), there were only 4 dining chairs available. Need a couple more chairs so everyone can sit around the table.
- Ngoc (9/5): - The bed is very comfortable and all other kitchen and room facilities are good. The bathroom's sink is so small, making it difficult to wash face. The bathroom's fan is constantly on when switching light on, making it so cold. The clothes rack is so high that I need to stand on a chair to be able to reach.

So convenient. Because I wasn't driving, I called a taxi at the train station. It took over an hour for a cab to come. It's just a bit far to walk with any bags. So, the lication was a bit difficult for me as it wasn't in the central part of Lithgow. I would still stay there again. The staff were lovely and the restaurant had great service and top food. I'm a vegetarian and I had their sweet potato rissotto and a side salad. It was very well made, including the salad, and very large portions.

- Schirmer (8/5): Clean, comfortable and quiet - A very clean, comfortable and well set up motel with wifi that works well, TVs where you can log easily into streaming services, and a good restaurant on site. At the moment there's a lot of traffic noise outside due to traffic being diverted from the Great Western Hwy closure, but the rooms have good glazing and are good at blocking out noise even if you're in a room facing the busy highway. Not hugely convenient to town, but a very short drive in.

- Amanda (6/5): Disappointing - Nice and clean, spacious, comfy beds. The lady on reception was unnecessarily rude. Huffing and puffing from the moment we walked in the door. She made us feel like we were asking to stay in her own lounge room for free. Needs a lesson in how to smile and say welcome, thanks for booking with us.

- Renee (10/5): Amazing location, Amazing Service and Fantastic Value for Money - We were really happy with the stay - the bed was cosy, air con was amazing, everything was easy and effortless. Picking the keys up was a breeze. The staff member was pleasant and gave us all the right information. Location wise was great - walking distance to the main street and having the Bowling Club a 2 minute walk away was an added bonus. The unit just had a nice feel about it, was very comfortable and welcoming. TV and Wifi were welcomed! Would of liked more information on where to be able to park. There is 1 driveway for Units 1 and 2, we were in 2 and there was already a car in the driveway. Was not sure if we park on the grass etc.

Could have done with a few more kitchen utensils, paper towel, paper napkins, glass microwave container to heat food. The refrigerator noisy.

Restaurant was lovely, we ate there both nights. The bed was a little soft and sagged in the middle. My son has rods in his back from scoliosis and this made his back a little sore .
