Showroom, need a divider to stop water from shower running down to the washbasin, make whole floor wet. Cleanliness need to look into. Room no slippers, cloths hanger or extra pillows. Room should come with mosquito repellent. Shower curtain lower portion dirty.

Gleich um die Ecke gab es den weltbesten Milchshake. Wie so oft in Indien, die Sicht auf die Dinge ist etwas anders. Es war sauber, aber zum Teil etwas vernachlässigt.

Restaurant had reasonably priced dinner and breakfast had eggs to order along with Indian cuisine. Received an English language newspaper in the morning. Didn't have any hand towels.

Did not clean the room although I told them before I left the room 3. The restaurant staff were super slow. I ordered a coffee and received it after 45 mins after calling them three / four times. 4. The bed sheets had strains and when I asked them to take a look they came in after an hour.

- Viji (9/5): Superb - My daughter and I had an extremely comfortable stay at Quality Inn Viha. The rooms were well kept with a modern bathroom, and the hotel was tastefully decorated. The staff at reception were very helpful and allowed us a late check-out. There was even accommodation and meals arranged for drivers. The food at Annalakshmi Restaurant was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kumbakonam. There was nothing to dislike.
