Steven (10/5): - I completely recommend this property for a great stay in Lviv! Its location is close enough to the central square area to easily walk but not stuck in it with the constant crowds. The hotel is very modern, they gave me an upgrade with my gold status as well😃! Breakfast was good, all staff was wonderful and I especially enjoyed the spa and gym. The spa has several saunas, a steam room and cold plunge pool, and many more items - it was a daily treat for me. The hotel is attached to a large Eurosport gym which I also used daily. Far superior than the regular garbage gym at 95% of the hotels I stay at (since I live in hotels — it is a lot! From a huge boxing area, extensive equipment to a large 2nd floor cardio and stretching area - it has it all. Had dinner twice in the hotel and was also very delicious. Absolutely nothing negative to say.
Denis (10/5): Excellent design and sport hotel in Lviv - Was my 3rd stay in LH Hotel. I particularly enjoy the modern design of this hotel. A particularly relaxing atmosphere. The building is very well maintained as it was built yesterday. The Eurosport complex atrached to the hotel offers a full set of sport activities like fitness, large double swimming pool, spa.

They treat the Hotels.com VIP program seriously and have upgraded me within without my asking. The room decor is supermodern though at a slight expense to practicality. I would also recommend their restaurant. It's inexpensive and the food is decent.

Brent W (8/5): Nice place, but not for me. - I went with my special lady friend for a romantic b-day weekend. It is a bit hard to be romantic when the lights are as bright as they are at this hotel. It was either stadium lighting or completely black. I can't comment on the spa because we didn't use it, but it looked nice. The pool is very large, but unfortunately they only have a lap pool. I had the impression it would be a regular hotel pool. I was wrong. Since I was not interested in swimming laps I did not get in. I was quite happy with the breakfast. The coffee was good, there was lots of fresh fruit, and of course eggs and some remains of dead animals. Quite tasty. I didn't have many interactions with the staff, but when I did speak to them or ask for help they were very capable and polite. I doubt I will stay here again because a) I won't use the sauna or pool b) the light situation in the room is beyond annoying

Le restaurant est très bien mais un petit bémol pour le service. The room cleanses is impressive. The breakfast is Ok. The swimming pool is amazing!

james (10/5): Christmas in Lviv - I spent the Christmas holidays at this hotel, and was invited...with all the other guests....to a special Christmas dinner. Without charge! It was a typical Ucranian Christmas Eve meal, filled with delicious, symbolic dishes. I loved it!

Nadia (10/5): Contemporary and Comfortable - The hotel is wonderful. The bedding and rooms are very comfortable, the overall atmosphere is very relaxing, and their spa is great. The location is also very ideal. You are walking distance to everywhere. If you're looking for an upscale and professional experience, without having to pay extreme amounts of money, this is your place. I would definitely book at this property again, and would even consider to stay for a week of vacation. Yes, it was that nice.

Joyce (8/5): Stay here but Deluxe room only, not Standard room - I stupidly chose the Standard room (not the Deluxe) and when I arrived in the evening, there was no one no help me with my luggage. I had to drag luggage up a few stairs (there was also a ramp) to where the Standard rooms were, and they are vastly inferior to the Deluxe rooms. I moved into a Deluxe room the next day and the front desk was very accommodating in making this move. I will explain the difference between the first two categories of rooms and the Deluxe and post 4 pix of the room in which I stayed the first night. The standard room is smaller (as can be expected) but the mattress is about 5 inches less than mattress in Deluxe rooms. Most hotel beds in Ukraine have top mattress on a wooden platform, with no box spring. In the Standard room, I couldn't even sleep on this mattress. When they moved me to the Deluxe room, the mattress was thicker and I could sleep. Also in the Deluxe room, there are curtains you can draw to block out the light. In the Standard rooms, there are windows only on ceiling light skylights. One was permanently covered, the other had no shade. In Standard room, the ceilings are slanted, it is like staying in a garret. This is why I moved into the Deluxe room for not that much more money. The LH is near the center of town and has a good breakfast.

Rooms are nice and clean.The staff is excellent.Very friendly, especially the ladies at the front desk.The food is good. The one drawback is they need satellite television.The channels are limited.The only 2 channels in English were Fashion, and Euronews.The location is very central to Old Lviv, the Opera House etc. The hotel is connected to a Fitness facility.It has everything in there, from a swimming pool, to sauna's, spa, all the machines.I had 2 massages.They were excellent!! I would definitely stay at the LH Hotel again. I would recommend it. Big hello to Administrator Olha, Yana, Yulia Z. Yulia, also Wolodymyr,Taras, and Irina in the restaurant.They are all very friendly and helpful.Keep up the good work!!!

Would come back. - Nice and well maintained place. 20-25 min away from all the attractions which will cost you $2-3 by taxi - strongly recommend to get the taxi through the Hotel Receptionist. ) Great and affordable SPA facility with Rome, Russian and Finland saunas and cold and hot water pools. You will love that experience which is included to your Hotel package as well as the breakfast.

Verified traveler (6/5): Rude front desk staff - Upon arrival, the woman working the front desk was so polite and inviting. Checking out was a different story. The woman working treated me like dirt. She was annoyed with me because I wanted my room charges to be one transaction which she said "she could do but preferred not to because it was difficult." She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed, begging me to change my mind. I couldn't believe it. When she finally agreed, I thanked her when I left. She never acknowledged me or said thank you for coming, etc.

Patrick (10/5): LH Hotel is a first rate hotel in Lviv, Ukraine. - This is a clean, well maintained hotel not far from the center of town. My room was serviced each day and everything in the room functioned as it should. The only slightest complaint I have was that the water should be hotter. It was tepid, but not hot. But virtually everything else was excellent. The staff are efficient and I cannot give enough credit to the young ladies who work at the check in counter. They are efficient, very helpful and charming.

Although paid for the deluxe sweet in high season, it was good value, an excellent room and prices in the hotel were very good, was a very nice hotel for a weekend break, would definitely go back.
Igor (10/5): Best of Lviv - Despite being a little further away from core centre than a few other premium hotels, it's still only 15 minute walk, making it top value of any 4 and 5 star hotels in the city! No kettle or coffee machine in the room, but a 5 star buffet breakfast makes up for it in gold!
bogdan (10/5): Excellent hotel and service!! - Excellent!! When people say staff is very nice because they smile is cute... In my case, beside the usual smiles and area information we were allowed to get back in our rooms after our flights were cancelled early morning even though the rooms were cleaned already. We also received packed breakfast as we left very early! This is what 5* service is in my opinion! Just a mention about the hotel, opened in 2012, it is very modern!

About 10-15 minutes walk to the main tower. Spa has a pool, a range of saunas, Jacuzzi, and a great massage service!

Victor (10/5): Really nice hotel... - Hotel was really nice...everything was nice, employess, service, food...is about 15 min walking from dowtown, or 50rph ($2.50 usd) if you wanna take a taxi, the only thing i didnt like is if you wanna change the temperature in you room you have to call the front desk so they can program the computer to change the tempeture in you room. I highly recommend to get a massage from the spa, they are amazing in there. And dont forget you speedo if you wanna use the pool cause they dont allow any type of shorts...

Kevi (10/5): Best service ever - Very clean hotel with a delightful modern design. For its price it can hardly be criticized. The location is good, but not perfect. It locates about 15 minutes walk from the city center. The highlight of my stay really is the service I received. Receptionists speak perfect English and they are very polite. I had problems with my train tickets and they did a great job in helping me. More than that, they gave me useful information on where to go, as well as satisfying every single one of my countless requests. I have stayed in the best hotels like Grand, Hyatt, Marriot, Kempinski etc. and its service is definitely comparable if not better. Highly recommend!
Dave (10/5): Little known gem - About a 10-minute walk from the city center, I thought the hotel had a helpful and friendly staff, and nice rooms. It's relatively new and few people, including taxi drivers, know about it. If you want to go out there's a club called Chocolat right across the parking lot
JS (10/5): High standards and great service - Service was exceptional - receptionist spoke fluent english and couldn't have been more helpful. Rooms and facilities were excellent - clean, modern and well maintained. Adjacent leisure facilities were extensive and to a similarly high standard. Location is the only potential weakness - 10-15min walk from the centre, and on the other side of town from the railway station. However, I would definiely stay again.

Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent hotel!!! - I do not normally post feedbacks on hotels but I was so impressed by LH Hotel & Spa that I simply must give the hotel a well deserved plug. The hotel itself is brand news (opened in December 2012) and is conveniently located about 10mins walk from the centre of Lviv town Centre (and about 2 mins from tram stops. The rooms and accompanying en-suites are simply fantastic… extremely spacious, equipped with everything you might need, immaculately serviced and quiet. There is an excellent restaurant/bar serving a superb breakfast (included in the price of your stay) + supper and drinks – at very reasonable prices. And best of all (since this is not the norm in Ukraine) the LH Hotel staff are simply the most pleasant, courteous and helpful hotel staff that you could ask for. The fact that the spa was out of action made no difference. If you want to enjoy your stay in Lviv to the full, I highly recommended you try this hotel!!!
Olesia&Tomasz (10/5): Great hotel, completely satisfied - Hotel&Spa appeared to be very nice modern high level hotel. We were staying over just one night, but really appreciated everything about it: style, close location to the city center, clean and newly furnished room, friendly personal, who was very helpful for all our needs, and included full breakfast. Since we traveled by car, we also got included to the service free secured parking place. We highly recommend this hotel and next time definitely will stay nowhere else, but there!
Thomas (10/5): Gem in the Making - Very stylish and efficient new property with outstanding service and features. The adjacent spa was well equipped and included in the price. A fine breakfast was also included and the laundry service was a real bargain. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful, and all spoke good English. Airport shuttle was reasonably priced and the connections were seamless. A great hotel in a lovely city, within 1 km of the centre.
