Skyler (1/5): Not good. - one thing i liked was the amount of security on the premise. the bartender kyler was amazing as well! The front staff people were far from friendly or accommodating. I went down to the lobby for extra linens because the room was freezing i waited 2 plus hours for them to bring them up after going back down to ask them again. The stench of urine and garbage in hall was horrible.

Made reservations for 2 queens got a single bed suite instead for my family of 4. as my son was to have surgery at the attached hospital they offer discounts for those situations however I was informed it was unavailable because I booked through Expedia.
Laurica Stepan (10/5): This is a lovely hotel. Very convenient if you have an appointment at the HSC. Staff is wonderful. - The hotel was very clean and well staffed. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Reception staff was very fast and friendly. They explained things thoroughly and answewred all of our questions.I appreciate the extra level of security in having all guests ID themselves. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurants have a variety of foods and hours, menu items and prices are readily available. Check in and check out was very pleasant. We used the fitness centre, it was clean, well lit and the amenities (treadmill, bikes, etc) all worked well. Nothing.

Stepan (10/5): We had to attend the hospital in Winnipeg for a medical intervention - The location of the hotel beside the hospital is fabulous. The convenience and the availability was much appreciated. The hotel is very well laid out and very well marked finding reception was very easy. Our check-in was very quick. The person who checked us in was very friendly and polite. She explained everything that we needed to do and any questions we had were promptly answered. This was very much appreciated.

Ivan (1/5): Horrible location - Since we did not stay, no comment. The location is terrible. It looked/felt like a safe injection site. My wife did not feel safe staying there so we did not even spend the first night. We slept elsewhere and cancelled the remainder of the reservation. Would not and could not recommend anyone stay there unless they have direct business either in the hospital or university. Absolutely horrible location.

I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was excellent, close to the place I needed. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. While my stay was excellent overall, it would have been even better if the price was a bit more affordable. Including dinner in the package would also have made the experience even more enjoyable. I couldn't see anything wrong in the services. Everything was excellent.

An intoxicated woman nearly fell on me by the elevators. My room was filthy, bed cover had old blood stain, walls had dried splash marks, bed skirt was filthy with dried stains. The experience contributed to the misery of my loved one’s health crisis rather than create a safe haven. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They took care of all my needs and if I even had any question, they were ready to help and solve the problem. Geralynne (4/5): - Very insecure because you access your floor with your room key and once you swipe your key card anyone else just hops on the elevator and press any floor and the elevator delivers and stops at their floor. And was told by other guests in the lobby that they woke up with bed bug bites and many smokers and unsavory folks hanging in thd lobby or directly by front door smoking.

Verified traveler (6/5): Okay place - Rooms where a nice size and clean, but was concerned that after 2 day housekeeping did not come in to even check the garbage cans. On those 2 days housekeeping was in rooms near by. When I inquired about it to one of them I was told I would have to call downstairs and talk to the supervisor. They did come and take out the garbage and brought fresh towels when i mentioned even having garbage removed.

All staff are unfriendly, not terribly helpful. No perks offered for VIP. Room was nothing special, it was spacious, bed was ok. Parking across the street was semi-convenient but the staff did not clearly explain validation process until check out and they were going to charge me even though I already paid (but eventually didn’t charge me). Location was fine for my purposes this trip. Probably would not stay again.
