- carey (6/5): Room Not ready - We arrived 1.5 hours after check in time. Our room was not available along with an entire lobby full of people. We were advised we needed to wait because rooms from the previous night were not clean. I paid $569. for a room that was very small. The rate was way to high for what we received. The women who was checking us in was clearly frustrated when we advised it wasn't ok that our room wasn't available. We had plans that we needed to get ready for. The women checking in walked away from us and had another team member help us.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Average - While the manager was doing every thing in her power to make everyone happy, she was taking on way too much. I wouldn’t ever book here again the day after a concert/day of the next concert. Many people were unable to get a room before hand. They need to really look at a better solution and maybe not allow late check outs without a fee. Many people were upset and those that were showing aggression or being rude were given their rooms and the ones of us that were being polite were pushed off. The rooms were super clean and the hotel isn’t too far from the stadium but I don’t know if I would stay again for an event. Need to definitely have more than one manager on and maybe have all hands on deck. I would also suggest having at least two people at the front desk when the concerts or events end, the gentleman at the computer was overwhelmed by everyone coming back after the concert, either to finally get their rooms or get snacks out of the shop. Overall- the room was very clean and well stocked. Had a nice view of Levi Stadium and they did try their hardest, but I believe some changes should be made.

- congchihan (6/5): Don't recommend - Good thing first: the hotel look nice and the room look clean. Now the down side: - I had a hard time to understand the front desk guy. I'm so sorry, not trying to be mean but I can't understand Indian accent. - The hotel was not very clear about airport shuttle. Be aware, they only pick up until 10 pm. We arrived 10:45 pm and had to use Uber to get to the hotel. The only reason we booked this hotel because we thought we will get complimentary airport pick up. - They still charged us $20/night for service fee even they didn't pick us up at the airport. - We booked a king room with sofa bed for 3 persons. They didn't have any extra bedsheets for the sofa bed. We called front desk and they said we have to go down to lobby to get it ourself. - The lobby was very noisy by a lot of asian people were drinking wine at 11:30 PM. Dont take me wrong, i like to drink too but the lobby is not a bar, go to your room and drink and chit chat. (I'm asian myself) - The room only have 1 bottle of water. I booked 3 people and only have 2 towels. I won't come back to this hotel ever again. Over charged and no service offer.

- Kacey (10/5): - Conveniently close to six flags but is definitely next to a rough neighborhood, that has sketchy people and drug addicts walking around. The only other downfall is the noise from the street; there seems to be no noise buffer.
- Pasi (8/5): Very good - A good comfortable room. "Made in USA" towels are superb! Target with CVS pharmacy in a 1 minute walking distance. Since the window faces the freeway, it was noisy, especially at night when street racers without mufflers hit the road.

Staff is great at recommendations and suggestions to get around the area if the shuttle doesn’t go as far as you’re wanting.

- Sheila (6/5): Ants/ loud freeway - My family stayed for one night. You could tell that the room was not cleaned well. There was hair in the bathroom all over the floor and in the shower. There was also ants in the bathroom crawling everywhere. Our view was the loud freeway. The only thing that was half way decent was the extra pull out couch for my kids to sleep on.

- Rajinder (5/5): Passable - The Hotel states that it has a shuttle 24 hours open to the airport and that was the main reason I booked it. The receptionist said it opens at 7:00am, but I needed the shuttle at 4:45 am because my flight was at 6. I had to Uber. Very disappointed ☹️
- californiafudge (10/5): Would stay again - Hotel is nice. Newer Courtyard, so if you’ve been to one, it’s what you’d expect from that model. The nice part is parking is free. Several of the hotels in this area charge for parking. There’s a Target in the same parking lot and a few quick restaurants across the street. I was pleasantly surprised to get Marriott points for staying IN ADDITION to free breakfast both mornings. I don’t know that this happens all of the time, but it was a pleasant surprise. Staff was helpful and friendly. I’ll likely stay there again.

According to the front desk employee that checked us in, that message was never relayed to them ans they didnt have one available with the same accommodations. Luckily my daughter's wheelchair fit through the bathroom door so the only thing she was not able to use was the shower.

The bed was so comfortable I was able to sleep all night. The room sofa was nice. Overall nice hotel. If ever needed we’d stay here again.

- AJSavery (10/5): Great modern hotel close to transport and Levi’s Stadium Santa Clara. - We booked a 1 x Queen bed room and a 2 x Queen bed room. Pros: Friendly receptionist upon our arrival. We requested adjoining or rooms on the same level and this request was accommodated. Rooms were impeccable - roomy and clean. Both rooms had a sitting area. We were able to take the free shuttle close to Levi’s Stadium for a concert and to the airport the next day. Hotel was situated next to a huge Target and it was a short walk to a number of food outlets. Easy to access from the airport or Santa Clara Caltrain station. Cons: none!

Free breakfast at Starbucks bistro within hotel. Front desk would issue vouchers at check in which is redeemed for breakfast meals. Clean and modern. Will stay there again.

- ridaa376 (6/5): Good stay but needs some tweaking - This place was great. It was within walking distance of a Target, and the hotel offered food and drinks that would be charged to your room. The receptionist was also very kind in answering our questions or requests. I also appreciated housekeeping very much! While the rooms were nice and spacious, and you could tell they were newly remodeled, a couple of the outlets did not work, namely the one next to the beds, which would be the ideal location to charge electronics. There was also an issue with low water pressure from the sink, which made it difficult to do things. The rooms are not very soundproof, so do what you will with that information. Other than that, this was a nice stay for a shorter trip!
