• Aline (9/5): Uma joia no deserto! - É nossa segunda viagem para San Pedro de Atacama, e este hotel é uma joia no centro da cidade, com muito conforto, muita segurança, extremamente limpo e confortável, uma grata surpresa ao chegar e ver que o hotel é espetacular. Superou nossas expectativas! O quarto é muito confortável e espaçoso. Ótimo chuveiro. O café da manhã é formidável, foi o melhor café da manhã de toda a nossa viagem de 7.500km. Tem estacionamento dentro do hotel, raro por lá tbm. O restaurante dentro do hotel é maravilhoso, tanto o ambiente, quanto os funcionários e a comida! Tudo estava ótimo!

Me indicaron que debía pagar una garantía, al final no sé si fue descontada o no, nunca me habían solicitado eso en un hotel en San pedro; y en la aplicación no indica lo mencionado.

Agradable terraza con piscina ideal para cuando se regresa cansado y acalorado. Falta mantenimiento general. Puerta de baño es de policarbonato transparente, ventanas de baño no se podían abrir. Sin enchufes al costado de las camas.

No me gusto que en el desayuno ya no había huevos, siendo las 09:30 am y este servicio terminada de entregarse a las 10:00 am, por otro lado había 1 sola persona atendiendo las mesas, que por lo demás era muy pesada para responder y mirar a los huéspedes. Dejo una sensación amarga en el desayuno y para nosotros es una parte importante de la estadía, sobre todo por el valor pagado.

Ficamos num bangalô.....Café da manhã delicioso e bem diversificado, funcionários muito atenciosos, quartos amplos e limpos, cama confortável, superou minhas expectativas em tudo. Precisei de um travesseiro mais baixo e prontamente fui atendida. não consigo dizer algo que não gostei.....foi tudo ótimo !

• Marko74 (10/5): Little oasis in the middle of San Pedro - Great place, like a little oasis in the middle of dusty San Pedro, amazing location 1 min from main street but still very quiet. The hut is great, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, little terrace, you really feel at home there..staff working there are amazing, so very nice, always smiling, chit chating with you and eager to help. The restaurant is also very good. Nice breakfast.. Parking also great, always place and very secure..didnt use the pool.. No electrical outlet near the bed, "buffet" before breakfast is very very poor ( just cookies and coffee), would be better to prepare little lunch box with a little sandwich and juice for those people that go early on tours and cant take breakfast (it was 2 times out of 3 nights i stayed there)

Pedimos una bolsa y me Dijeron que no podían darme , tuve que sacar la que estaba en el basurero. Pedí una vela para cantarle cumpleaños a mi hijo, me dijeron que no tenían. • Rodrigo (8/5): Excellent location, cozy hotel in San Pedro. - Very nice hotel. Common areas are beautiful and cozy. Very confortable and great to spend some time in the receiving hall or by the pool. The breakfast was very good. The rooms could be a bit nicer. They are much simpler than the common areas and look not as nice. My room smelled a bit and the mattress was uncomfortable. It is a bit of a contrast with the rest of the hotel. Perhaps it was only my room.

Und gerade ruhig um vom Trubel nicht gestört zu sein. Sehr ruhig und beschaulich um zu relaxen. In der Anlage auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Parkplatz war sehr praktisch. Personal, besonders am Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

A cama tem os lençóis e edredom bem gostosos, é grossa e grande, mas é mole, depois de algumas noites a coluna dói. Solicitamos um dia para lanche/café da manhã separado antes do horário pois o nosso passeio começava 5:30 para o geyser e houve algum erro de comunicação entre eles. Tinha o café da manhã na recepção mas o moço não nos deixou comer porque falou que não estava na lista de quem havia marcado 🫨

O wi fi no quarto nao funciona. Acho q é o mínimo a fornecer ja que nao tem TV. Tinha uma recepcionista muito mal humorada, e impaciente, mas a Andreia e Grazi com sua simpatia compensaram o mal humor da outra.

La cama tenía un hoyo en un lado del colchón por lo que hizo que el dormir no fuera muy cómodo. Se escuchaban mucho las habitaciones cercanas. El desayuno comienza a las 7 pero hay muchos tours que comienzan muy temprano, te ofrecen un snack como desayuno previo a las 7 que no es muy rico ni abundante.

Muito lindo , rústico e limpo . Café da manhã bom com um pão delicioso . Fazem lanche para vc levar de café de manhã se vc sair muito cedo, só pedir com antecedência. Muito perto da rua Caracoles onde fica o centrinho com restaurantes e lojinhas , ótima localização. Tudo muito lindo ! Gostei de tudo!

• Hendrik (7/5): - Wir haben drei Nächte im Hotel Tulor verbracht – die Anlage und auch die Cabañas sind super schön angelegt. Das Personal, besonders Grace, sind sehr nett und hilfbereit. Die meisten von ihnen sprechen auch Englisch. Allerdings müssen wir sagen, dass alles schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist; Sitzpolster und Liegen sind super dreckig und fleckig, ebenso die Handtücher – sowohl für den Pool als auch im Zimmer. In unserem Zimmer ist das Fenster in der Dusche komplett kaputt und lässt sich weder öffnen noch schließen. Ein weiteres Fenster im Badezimmer hat ein Loch in der Scheibe und in der Dusche befindet sich überall Schimmel. Zum Frühstück gibt es frisch zubereitete Eier, ansonsten ist es ähnlich den Frühstücken in anderen Hotels. Die Lage ist ruhig, dennoch ist in San Pedro alles fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt kein kostenloses Trinkwasser. Das Wifi ist in der gesamten Anlage sehr schlecht. Wir mussten beim Arbeiten unseren Daten-Hotspot nutzen.
• Tatiana Maksimova (3/5): Tulor Hotel — You pay for the location, you live in the past century. - The main and almost the only plus is the location. It's just a 2-minute walk from the bustling Caracoles street with its restaurants and shops in the heart of San Pedro. The breakfast was also good (buffet-style, eggs made to order). But everything else is a complete mismatch for the price. You pay for the prime location but live in a dangerous, outdated room without basic amenities. For a triple room from January 1st to 2nd, we paid $237 per night. For that money, we received: · Wi-Fi only in the lobby. None in the room due to "thick walls." Reception suggested sitting outside or near the front desk. · A bathroom like it's 1987. A rusty tap made from two pipes with old-fashioned handles — unsanitary and absurd. · Safety hazards: The socket in the bathroom was slightly burnt, others were loose, chargers kept falling out. · A room full of "surprises": Warped floors, a squeaky door that doesn't close properly, and a huge spider as a roommate. · A hidden fee of ~19% when paying with a debit card

El lavamanos del baño, es muy poco funcional e incómodo al tener la salida de agua muy arriba, salta agua para todas partes, es muy difícil lavarse la cara sin mojarse el pelo.

It would be nice if the terrace for sitting outside was more private. The WiFi in rooms would be helpful.
