Banheiro extremamente apertado, vaza água do box minúsculo que é fechado com cortina, o banheiro fica todo molhado e você teu um rodo pra passar depois! Hotel extremamente barulhento, o elevador parece que vai desmoronar o prédio, e se você está dormindo vai ouvir o elevador subindo e descendo toda hora, impossível de dormir com sossego! Te cobram uma taxa que não é o preço original do booking e não avisam antes! Internet péssima, não funciona no quarto! É proibido comer qualquer coisa no quarto, ou seja, se você chegou cansado e quer comer uma pizza no sossego não pode, vai ter que comer na recepção!O preço não compensa e não mostra o que verdadeiramente é! O barulho da mesa que sinuca chega até os quartos com facilidade!

• Ezequiel Juan Pablo (2/5): Decepcionante lugar - Lo único aceptable del lugar es la ubicación No vale lo que cobran, el desayuno el café es rebajado, el baño es de un metro cuadrado (por eso no está en las fotos), la tv se veía pésimo, el lugar se notaba sucio y sin mantenimiento, flojo por donde se mire, quien lea mi comentario que piense dos veces antes de alojarse ahí, yo seguro no volveré

No me gustó el desayuno (por ejemplo, las fetas las cortan en cuatro y te las cuentan para controlar cuantas sacas), la habitación un asco, el baño peor que la habitación, no te cambian las toallas a pesar de dejarlas donde te dicen que “se cambian”, no te reponen jabón/shampoo, así podría seguir.. la decepción es total.

Sin desayuno al ser dpto, pero saliendo del edificio a 20 mts. hay cafetería. Repetiría. Lo único a tener en cuenta respecto a su ubicación es que si bien es céntrica, se encuentra en zona de bares y boliche y se siente mucho ruido por las noches (al menos en los dptos. que dan a la calle). Nada reprochable al hotel de todas maneras.

Elevador não cabe duas pessoas e uma mala de tão pequeno, café da manhã basicamente tem pão e medialuna, tomei água no café e tinha gosto de suco, o que dá a entender q não lavam as louças como deveriam. Para piorar adicionaram um custo absurdo de 30% a mais na nossa estadia porque pagamos no cartão de crédito, não achei essa informação em lugar nenhum no booking. Simplesmente o custo benefício ficou extremamente caro para o que o hotel tem a oferecer.

• Agatha Cristine (2/5): Péssimo custo x benefício … não indico para ninguém - Localização Inicialmente, as fotos do hotel não condiz com o local, os quartos são muito antigos, o banheiro muito velho e o local para banho muito apertado. Café da manhã simples não tem problemas, mas controlam até a quantidade de café que pode ser tomada. E o pior de tudo é que quando fomos pagar no cartão como de costume em nossas reservas pelo booking, nos cobraram 10% a mais do valor que estava no Booking, e não havia nenhum desconto do IVA (imposto). Achamos um absurdo cobrar 10% a mais, reclamamos e a funcionária nos tratou muito mau. Enfim, nada nos agradou no hotel, e nos sentimos lesados.

Instead, we’ve got the back of the property facing other properties. We’ve asked to be moved but there was no availability. We stayed for two nights. Room was a good size. The shower curtain was difficult to position, meaning water escaped onto the floor. However, a squeegee was provided to help dry the floor quickly.

The hotel is in a central location. Overall, the room and bathroom are too small. Breakfast is very simple and ration by the staff. The lift didn't work as it was too old and kept being stuck. Until very late at night, we kept hearing the door of the lift being slammed shut. A couple of cats roaming around the hallways ( love cats and these were cute, but if anyone is allergic, be aware)

Amazing view, very clean, and breakfast is absolutely fine. The woman in the front desk is amazing, will never forget her. Laundry service is very recommended. • sergios939 (4/5): You get what you pay for - Simple, but clean. Should be categorized as a hostel. I paid for a superior room, but it was smaller than other rooms. The only difference was the lake view, which is prety amazing. Also, it was not refurbished as some other rooms. The bathroom was very old and they even put a floor squeegee for the water that leaks from the shower. It could use an upgrade at least in all the bathrooms. If you book a room, be shure to ask for a new one. We also had a problem with the wifi and were told by the recepcionists that it didn't work because we had iphones. ??? Only started working on the last day. But the bed was good, warm water and heating worked fine.
• laurentccp (4/5): Cheap Fixer-upper Hotel - Didn't have high expectations when reserving, but I was not pleasantly surprised! This hotel should be categorized more like a hostel, due to the fact that it badly needs a upgrade and cosmetic fixes as well. The bathrooms are dirty, broken and have fungus on the walls! The rooms themselves are decent and very small! Personally I do not think that this place is very hygienic! 1st. The cleaning ladies do a poor job cleaning. The floors are still dirty and and haven't been washed since we arrived (bathroom). You can tell that they clean quickly but not thoroughly! I've got an earie feeling that they don't wash the sheets and towels properly either. 2nd. One morning we came to have breakfast and noticed that there were no more croissants (media Luna's), except 3 left on the table from previous people. The cleaned the table, and when I asked if there were any media Luna's (croissants) left, they went back in the kitchen and brought me the same left over plate from the previous table. Seriously!? I kindly declined and said that we no longer wanted them. Also.....they used the same cloth to clean the table and then quickly clean something on the floor, including the breakfast area! Really? Breakfast is decent and includes scrambled eggs, and on rare occasions.....pancakes.
• viajandoconzu (10/5): BARILOCHE IS A PARADISE - I was in Bariloche for 15 days, the frist 8 I stayed with a friend pretty close to San pedro peninsula, was amazing, you can go ahead and have a wonderful afertoon tea at Paila-Co. Then I stayed at Tango Inn downtown, wonderful experience, they have a little kitchen so I could cook my meal if I wanted, or heat Hot water for Mate, I made wonderful excursions with Turisur, I recommend Cerro Tronador ( Most wonderful experience, and amazing views) and El Bolson, its an amazing town. The I went to Osorno, Chile ( Shopping day tour) is the best way to go there, the people that organized this tour take care of everything even customs, if you have time and wanna do some cheap shopping go to osorno, 3 hours from bariloche. Please go to Cerro Otto, its an wonderful experince, and eat at the restaurant on the top. This time I dindt do cerro catedral, because it was summer, nothing attractive but in winter time is so wonderful. To cerro Otto, in Moreno street there is a cabin box where you can buy the ticket to Otto and the transportations is free from there, also on Mitre street is just front Aerolineas Argentina Office. I can spend a lot of time writing about my wonderful experience, if you need any advice, write me. Spanish or english
• likeah (4/5): Depressing - Yet another shabby well used dirty depressing hostel on our Geckos trip. Needs total scrub down painting etc. list to update and clean too long There must be a better place. Front desk people are nice lobby ok The only time to spend in rooms is with eyes closed
• Einatwm (10/5): highly recmmended - great service at the front desk, clean cozy rooms, best breakfast I have had so far during my trip to south america, didnt want to leave Bariloche and that hotel had a lot to do with that. should mention though that the wi fi wasnt working all that well in the rooms.
• CowboyWorld (8/5): Clean and friendly - It's a nice hotel located one of the two main streets. Love the staff. Very helpful and friendly. Easy going relaxed hotel. The wifi is working fast. There is a little bar at the lobby with good music.
• ada9999 (6/5): Poor maintenance good location - Ok. So, it all comes down to what you're looking for. For us, it was well located and the rooms were relatively spacious. The prices was alright as well. BUT - the hotel itself is in poor condition. The bathrooms were a dissaster, leaking toilets, wooden shower (?) and weirdly crooked plasma tv set... That was a first for me. The whole thing looked as if it were built from paper and old stuff they found on the street... Oh, and when we complained about the leak as well as the heat not working, they said that "they would take care of it", which they never did. To sum up, its ok but don't expect anything to be in good quality. And if you do go there ask for a room facing the lake cuz the view is really awesome.
• CaboSanAntonio (2/5): Yikes - From small lumpy beds, to paper thin walls, to sketchy bathrooms with outlets in the showers, throw in a handle that breaks off the door as you try to leave in the morning - there is NOTHING about this place that should make you want to stay here, unless you have some penance to pay.
• Amit_1990_9 (6/5): Cool but too far away - Stayed here for my first nights in Bariloche but later had to change- it was too far out. I liked this place a lot and it offers a lot, too- good vibe, great breakfast, cool people to meet with, table tennis, cozy rooms. However, it is far from the center of the town- if you want to do anything in Bariloche you have to take a bus and when you combine this with the fact that this hostel is relatively expensive- it's just not worth the effort. If you stay for a short period in Bariloche I guess it's okay but otherwise- I suggest you find a closer place.
• GillG296 (2/5): This hotel is a night club dont expect sleep until 0700hrs - We stayed two nights on Wed 27th and Thur 28th March 2013. The room was relatively clean, the bed soft and in need of a new mattress. The lady on reception spoke English and was pleasant but no check-in for our group of 14 until the alloted time. Breakfast was supposed to run until 1000hrs but by 0900 eggs, jam, butter, cups, glasses all had run out and were not replenished whilst we waited despite three women in the kitchen. Second morning at 0945hrs even worse three croissant was all that was left and others in our group said it had been that way since they arrived at 0930hrs. Complaints to managment were met with a look at the clock initially then 10minutes later as we prepared to leave an offer of eggs. Currency conversion was offered however they were unable to change even $20us as they had no cash to give. The second night was the worst stay in a hotel / pub / hostel we have ever experienced in all our travels and this was the second last stay of our three month Sth America Trip. The foyer doubles as a nightclub and the music started at 12.30AM AND DID NOT STOP UNTIL 0600HRS then the drunken yells and music from the nighclub across the road took over until 0700hrs. The noise in the rooms was loader than anything we have ever experienced and clearly guests were treated with contempt by this establishment. The heater came on at 2030hrs and but opening the window to cool things down was out of the question with even more noise coming in. Complaints were met with sorry and that was all. Dont stay here if you want any sleep or unless you are deaf or wish to be. Absoulutely disgraceful!
• zip98221 (6/5): An ok place with a few minor problems (the little things make a big difference) - This is an ok place for the price, but I encountered the following problems: 1. Keys do not fit the locks to your room, 2. WiFi in rooms does not work very well, 3. The help does not always know what the management has said they will do for you, 4. The walls are very thin, 5. The front desk lets drunk customers in at night that will wake up everyone on your floor, and 6. The hotel only fixes a few eggs for breakfast, any you are likely not to find any when you go to breakfast, 7. If the hotel arranges a tour for you, the will charge you a 20% commission on the tour, and 8. I almost missed a tour the hotel got for me because they told me the wrong pickup time. On the good side, the hotel is close to many things.
