Refurbished in 2016, this apartment has a double sofa bed in a family area for additional guests. The main bathroom has a shower over bath with screen and hand rails. The apartment has spectacular views, a large leather lounge and a curved screen TV in the spacious living area. A 2nd TV in the master bedroom is provided as well as 2 bathrooms and a powder room. - Morgan (10/5): A great location for a large family gathering and well looked after apartment with great management. - The building was clean and tidy, easy to find and easy to access. Our hosts were excellent and accommodating.
The apartment we stayed in had been renovated to a good standard and was very well maintained with everything you need in the kitchen which was great as many other apartments leave you with blunt knives and poor assortment of pots and pans…. That was it the case here. Parts of the building are a little bit dated but that is to be expected with a building of its age but is in good keeping.

- Steven (8/5): Ideally located near to sports facility we were spectating at. Street cafes across road were good - location, view and nearby facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Right on waterfront and good walking paths. Very little, everything was fine, except the furnishing in our apartment was a bit basic but certainly adequate.
- Nieve (10/5): Great accomodation with plenty of room and amazing hosts! - Zoe and Matthew were awesome hosts and so flexible. They allowed us to have late checkout for no extra charge. They were both so friendly and willing to help wherever needed. The view was great and the apartment was spacious. Highly recommend staying here! The wifi was quite slow so this could be improved.

- Ange C (10/5): Awesome managers - Zoe & Matthew are the friendliest, most accommodating managers you will find. Went out of their way to respond to out of hours messages and make our stay as comfortable as they were able. Careful of the speed bumps and gutters if you're driving in. 🙂
- Susan (5/5): Falsely Advertised – Dusty, Dated and Unsafe for Asthmatics - Zoe and husband were fabulous hosts. They went out of their way to help. Location is ideal for people who love watching boats, skis and the water. Wrap around balcony. (2 BR water facing, unit 42). Small issue with bathroom light fitting was speedily addressed by Zoe who offered another unit (declined as also fully carpeted). Nice washer dryer. Great View. Coffee shops and walking track nearby. Carpets. In a coastal holiday apartment. Beige, stained, over 10years old. No pics on booking.com looked like this unit. Kids with asthma, I would never have booked this venue had I known I would get something so different than the pictures. Unit 42 is so outdated you feel like you’re either in an opshop or have time warped back to the 50’s. Think full wall mirrors and fake flowers in every corner. Owners clearly don’t value their guests; skimped on everything; no complimentary milk, terrible instant coffee sachets, no sweetener. Mismatched crockery, tired laundry room, one tiny shampoo for 3 days and one tiny body wash per bathroom for 3 nights stay. Mismatched towels in main BR, (one sheet, one bath towel) Bed needs replacing, suggest Queen and get rid of the cream dresser. And cream walls. And cream everything. Cream died about 60 years ago. As lovely as the hosts are, this unit was very very poor value for money. Lots of potential but I would never stay here again. Units like this should be highly discounted; these owners do not deserve the revenue this unit makes.

No Lighting at the pool at night

The lounge room faces east and could see the sun rise which was phenomenal. 270° waterfront view.The apartment is spacious and the beds very comfortable. There was a bit of damp musk smell on entering, probably could have ad rain come in. But it was okay after opening the doors.
- Jessica (9/5): Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with views from every room! - Our family of 5 booked a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was huge! Large living and dining room with plenty of space to relax. This area had a very large balcony that looked out over the water and amazing view of Surfers Paradise skyline. Full kitchen for nights in complete with dishwasher. Laundry with high quality appliances are a game changer for family holidays! Main bedroom had large walk in robe and ensuite. Second and third bedrooms had balcony access with more amazing views. Renovated, large second bathroom was lovely! The apartment had access to 2 lovely pools - one heated very nicely, beautiful grass tennis court and sauna.
The apartment host and staff were very kind and helpful at all times.
Location of apartment was superb. Very easy access to theme parks - we could see SeaWorld from the balcony! Close drive to Main Beach and Surfers Paradise. Close walk to bay side playgrounds and calm waters for young children to swim in. Apartment is very close walking distance to amazing restaurants and a very short 2 minute drive to a large shopping complex with multiple supermarkets.
Would definitely recommend this accommodation to families. Not so much dislikes but minor suggestions.
The wifi wasn’t fantastic. We hot spotted the tv to access streaming platforms - minor issue! We don’t go on holidays to watch tv!
It would handy to have pool towels as well as bath towels provided in the apartment as this one didn’t.

Cleaning an old apartment with corrosion and rust is impossible.
The wind whistled thru gaps.
You cannot paint it white and hang a cheap poster to make it a coastal apartment.

- Christine (7/5): Lovely views & comfortable bed - The view was awesome, the bed was comfortable, the unit was clean and spacious, lots of extras in the kitchen it was a nice unit but dated Only underground parking with restricted height of 2050 high, we couldn't fit under there as we were too tall, no outside overnight parking we had to park on the street as they tow your vehicle if you leave it on the premises overnight, toilet seat was broken in ensuite, went to office to report, no one there called the number & got answering machine no one called us back, poor lighting blown globes, also on our last night we had a man walk into our unit apparently he was told he could leave things in the unit as it was empty (clearly it wasn't) ....Windows dangerous didn't have security locks you could open windows all the way no screens & one of the single beds was up against the window so a child could climb out of the window & we were up very high. Its 15 stories high

- the price was unbeatable Just some minor things that considering the price we paid can be easily overseen:
- a couple of tripping hazards throughout the apartment
- aircon only in lounge and doesn't reach bedrooms
- every fan had a lot of dust on them which ended up on all 4 beds as soon as we turned them on in every room
- bathrooms are worn and could do with a fresh up
- batteries in the aircon remote and the tv remote were flat, clothes airer was broke (we asked for batteries and clothes airer and got them the same day, which was good)

- Malcolm (7/5): 3 night stay exploring the Gold Coast both coastal and rain forest. - The location was quiet but close to facilities. Comfy beds and the pool was clean and nice. The parking was safe and secure. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay on the Gold Coast in this apartment. We had to wash a few pots and pans before we used them. We couldn’t use one towel because it was stained. We would have told someone about these issues but the office/reception had limited opening hours and closed before we had time to report when we arrived. The apartment despite being a comfortable stay had a feeling of not being cared for eg curtains falling off the end of poles.

- Melinda (7/5): Access for vehicle was very tight but accommodation was very nice - The view was amazing They did not provide enough towels for the amount of guests and the light in one room did not work
- Amelia (1/5): Its on the same par as a motel or worse - It had a parking spot Check-in wasnt easy due to other cars in the facility. The property was really dirty, cushions were stained (so was the lounge, dining chairs), the plates weren't clean, there was little bugs on shelves. The WiFi didn't work the whole time we were there. The property looked like it hadn't been renovated since the 70s. There was very limited kitchen supplies. We visit the GC often but I wouldn't return to this facility unfortunately.
- Tim (9/5): Excellent - View was outstanding! Placement of the toilet roll holders in bathrooms. Entrance door was a little tricky as it didn't open to 90 degrees and i hit it.
- Lynn (8/5): Amazing views, great staff, comfy apartment. - The location is fabulous. Looking out over the water is very relaxing. Cleaning could definitely be better. Mould was a big problem, although when reported to reception they immediately rectified our concerns.

Also we rented a small boat for 4 hrs sightseeing and we couldn’t not find safer pontoon around the property just to get in or out with our supplies; test all great

- Jack (9/5): My family and I will definitely stay at this location again - It was so conveniently located easy! - The staff members were exceptional. They went the extra-mile for me and my family. They ensured sound communication in regards to the functioning of the facility. It would have been nice to be higher up the building for the best views of the Gold Coast, although the the staff member said that the long-stay guests are entitled to have the faster, more reliable wifi speeds which meant staying lower down the building - that was very kind of the to ensure this for us. Perhaps having reliable internet speeds consistent throughout the entire building would be better in future? I understand that the booking system is based on a first-come first-serve basis too.
It would have been helpful to have the blue folder's location and contents made more clear upon arrival - we had to contact a staff member to understand where the internet information was kept.
- Terri (10/5): PERFECT, BEAUTIFUL VIEW, FANTASTIC LOCATION - Our apartment had everything we needed with a beautiful view… beautiful place to stay for our daughters 18th birthday holiday, we didn’t want to leave, hopefully one day will get to stay again… ( I might already be looking for December/jan 😝) If I’m to be really picky, couple more toilet papers & dishwashing powders for our booking would have been fantastic. But that’s just been picky.

- Sam (8/5): A great apartment with a beautiful view. - The view over the water was amazing, sitting on the balcony looking out. The apartment was large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A few updates are needed. It needs painting and the furniture in the lounge needs to be replaced with comfortable seats. The balcony needs a small table, (we had to take one from inside).
Minor things: On arrival for a 4 night stay there were only 2 rolls toilet paper, 1 stick of sugar and no dish cloth.
