Der Pool ist spitze und die Poolbar und -restaurant ist auch empfehlenswert. Die Lage für Nachtschwärmer könnte nicht besser sein. Die Klimaanlage ist schon sehr alt und zu laut - die gehören getauscht. Ich habe sie jetzt nur bis zum Bachhausekommen laufen lassen und Nachts nur den Ventilator. Und das ist in 3 verschiedenen Zimmern der Fall.

- TropicalWind (10/5): Great Budget Lodgings! - This is and older hotel but there's a good vibe. The staff is very capable and friendly with good English Language skills. Food is above average and pricing is fair. The have live music poolside on the weekends but shut it down early enough to get a good night's sleep. It's in the heart of the entertainment district with numerous restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are comfortable if not newly upgraded and wifi is good. There's a store next to the parking lot for liquor, food and snacks. They offer laundry service but just outside the poolside bar exit at lower cost. There are two dining areas, one in the lobby and another by the pool. Currency exchange is available at the front desk with good rates. Guests can enjoy the Wild Orchid Pools (which are the best in Angeles), which is a short walk with no minimum spend or charge for towels. SM Mall is close by if you want to shop for just about anything. The only issue I have are the late night partiers coming back with bargirls in tow. Annoying but this is a common issue with every hotel in Angeles.

- 217lenl (10/5): A very relaxing and quiet stay - I have stayed at this hotel many times in both Hibiscus and Jasmine wings. For at least the last five years I have booked a room in the Jasmine wing. The rooms are spacious, beds are only around three years old and the air-conditioning, if you need it, works a treat; although many times just the central fan is needed. The rooms are cleaned daily if you want. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Literally a three to four minute walk to Red Street (Walking Street). That means many of the restaurants are also that close. That said, Orchid Inn has a great selection of food at good prices too for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Absolutely no noise from nearby venues. I cannot fault the service provided by the girls - whether the administration, waitresses or the cleaning staff. All deliver exceptional and friendly service.

I have also stayed at several other AC hotels in the area which are also nice, but Orchid Inn is my go to hotel in AC. I consider Orchid Inn to be a "value hotel". If you want top quality, you will and can pay more. For the difference in money, I'm willing to sacrifice a few luxuries. That said, the staff is the best - efficient, friendly, available and do a great job. The hotel is clean, comfortable, nice pool and has everything I need for a pleasant stay. As the Terminator said "I'll be back".

- M3664JZgarym (10/5): A place to call home when away from your real home where your wants and needs will be fulfilled at an economical price. - I have been staying at the Orchid Inn from just one night to a couple of weeks or more for over 25 years. The economical cost, location in the center of the area’s nightlife, the outdoor pool & restaurant area, and the friendly and helpful staff are all reasons for me to repeatedly come back here. For me, the free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, kettle, A/C, desk, and newly refurbished economy rooms are all selling points for me. There are other benefits to staying at Orchid Inn that aren’t as important to me but maybe to others.

- randall (5/5): Disappointed after 4 previous visits - I have stayed here 4 times before, this was the only 'poor' stay I experienced. My room was substandard, part was fault of staff and part was due to not maintaining the facility over time. This was the first time that I'd stayed at Orchid that I truly felt I over paid for what I got. r Cleaning, security and wait staff were totally great. It was the lack of interest in making the room 'as advertised' where things went 'poor' phone did not work property, no dial card instructions when phone started working, no reading lights on the bed as they would on replace the bulbs, incomplete room service menus and a very bad dust environment with a big renovation going on from 8am-5pm daily. To their credit they warned me at checkin but that warning was useless as they would not provide me a different room even upon polititely asking. Basically, they politely ignored the situation.

Food was really not good, ordered the pancakes (was just plain pancakes with butter) and the banana smoothie (was very watery taste). Didn't order anything else there given this experience. The room had no window on the outside, the window opens on the retaurant which is not bad after all.
- Inderjeet (2/5): - ⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience at Orchid Inn Hotel My stay at Orchid Inn Hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. Upon checking in, I found the bed in my room to be in poor condition, with visible stains, and the bath towels were both stained and had an unpleasant odor. I reported the issue to the front desk, but the staff member simply responded, “Sorry sir, there is no refund,” without offering any meaningful assistance. My intention was not to request a refund but to have the room changed. However, when I was moved to another room, it was equally unacceptable — the bedsheets had stains, and there were hairs on the bed. Due to the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service, I decided to leave the hotel and check into another property the following day. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness standards and guest service quality moving forward.

Really helpful and pleasant staff from the security staff to the front office staff to the restaurant staff and cleaning staff - all were wonderful. Lovely large swimming pool and bar open all day with TV showing sports. Safe in bedroom and fridge with a freezer compartment for ice. Breakfast was very nice. I would definitely stay here again if someday I return. Also it was excellent value for money. Can't think of anything.

- Resort591869 (10/5): Great Experience in prime location! - I have stayed at many hotels in Angeles for work and by far this has been one of the best, The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful for all requests that i had, Everyday there were staff cleaning, gardening and maintaining the pool and they restaurant had great deals during the week with a BBQ and other specials. The Hotel is close to everything in Angeles with a short walk to Checkpoint and the SM Clark hotel and a short walk to fields avenue.

- Getaway771264 (8/5): A good, economical place to stay. - The staff prides excellent service. Housekeeping is very thorough. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The pool is clean and the outdoor bar/ patio very nice. My only complaint is that the water temperature in the shower fluctuated, requiring constant adjustment.

Rooms getting a bit tired with noisy Aircon and lumpy mattresses but that said are clean and comfortable. Overall hotel is still good value
- Brian (8/5): - The room was clean and the staff was great. The pool and patio area was very nice and peaceful, and provided a great area outside your room to relax. My only problem with the resort was my shower pressure was terrible. The water was nice and hot but just a trickle. If I got up early or late at nice the pressure was just a little better.

- O2686GPjohnm (10/5): Stayed many times, will stay again - My room was over the old bar in the front entrance, it was fresh and comfortable, new beds and pillows made it east to fall asleep (no not Drunk!) Stayed here many times and will again. Great staff, TV in room a bit small and audio bad, I'm not an Aussie so too much Aussie footy, sorry guys but my game is Rugby, so close to footy, but for men. ha ha

It is important to go to a place and have a wonderful experience when you arrive from a foreign country to relax and enjoy the tremendous facilities available .

- bunya2232 (10/5): A1 - The usual high standard of service was supplied by ALL staff. Rooms were exceptional. Reception staff were friendly and courtesy, while the Restaurant staff were diligent, friendly and efficienrt plus the choice of meals was very good. Pricing was on par with other establishments.

- 888dalel (8/5): Location location location, - I rarely ever give 5 stars, so a 4 star is quite good from me. The room was clean and tidy with the staff doing an excellent job with any questions or concerns raised dealt with promptly. The room had a few mosquitos in it but a quick spay of bug spay took care of them. The restaurant area is quite dated but comfortable enough with the staff friendly and attentive. The menu could have a bit more variety on it but what is there was quite good and the prices are very competitive to everywhere else in the area.
