Ed V. (8/5): Pleasant hotel in great location, with good restaurant and great pools. - The hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants, walking street, and airport. It's an older hotel, but kept up well. The restaurant was quite good, never had a bad meal, and breakfast was very reasonable. The pools were very nice, with two large pools that many guests were enjoying. The rooms are large and beds comfortable, with balcony overlooking the pools. Overall, good stay for a reasonable price. The hotel is a bit dated, and could use a renovation, but in no way was it lacking for all the basic amenities.

Joseph (2/5): Nasty, don’t go there. - This hotel was last updated in the 70’s. The pictures on the website were deceptive. I was let to believe that this was a luxury hotel. The room I ordered was to have a hot tub in it. The hot tub was so old that the bottom of it was blistered and we could not set in it or we would have cuts on our bottoms. When you turn on the facet in the bathroom, the water was yellow. The room was dated, like the 70’s. everything was old. There was a TV in the that you could not watch, no channels available. The menu in the dining room as also dated. This was supposed an international hotel, but the menu was mostly Filipino food. When you walk out the door, the stench was so bad, it would make you vomit and get sick. I asked for my money back, but they only gave me 10% off my bill. This hotel is mainly for men picking up prostitutes in town and bringing them back to the hotel for the night. Definitely not for families. We will never go back. Tear down the old part of the hotel and rebuild it

Mirasol (1/5): Disappointed in Booking.com charging me triple the price for the room - location was nice and pool was nice Advertised rate on the hotel's website was 3,700 pesos and Booking.com charged me over 12,000 pesos for the same exact room, what a rip off. Manager said we were limited to 2 children max in the pool. This rule is crazy and is not listed anywhere on the hotel's website. I have 3 children and 1 was not allowed to swim due to the Manager. Will not stay again here

mark (3/5): 5 rooms in 5 days ! - The location and swimming pool were really good and the staff very polite. So I arrived and asked for a quiet room especially as the money I paid was more expensive than most. I was in the room no more than 30 seconds as it was facing the main road and the noise was bad- I was given another room. When I woke up the following morning I open the curtains and looked out onto a wall no more than 2 feet in front of me with building supplies leaning on it. I moved again and that night the air conditioning failed to such an extend that the room was shaking and several rooms on the floor complained. I was given another room and to be fair I was given a free upgrade but the next door had an internal door and it was like the people next door where on my room . Finally I was given a decent room but the whole matter left a bad taste in my mouth

Josh and Alvin by the pool awesome. All of the staff awesome. Talked to many customers that come here yearly because of the relaxing atmosphere and the staff. I found a little piece of heaven on earth. The manager Eddie found me a room when none was available. I would have never got this experience without him.. I will be back and back again. And lastly the house driver Mel. Professional driver who got me everywhere on time. Thank you staff.... Your more like a10 star hotel with the people you have.. N/A
Alexander (7/5): - Pool and staff and good value for money with food. Better pool facilities eg. Reclining loungers. I paid for an upgrade to lagoon room with a balcony, which I had, however shared with 2 other rooms, this meant I had no privacy and was not what I wanted so did not use it.

Like its sister hotel in Subic it's starting to look a bit tired. There has been some refurbishment but it needs a lot more to keep up with the competition in the area.

Timothy James (8/5): Enjoyable place for a short stay in Angeles City. - Its location to the bars and restaurants of Angeles City. The swimming pools and outdoor areas of the resort. Staying in the older part of the hotel meant walking up stairs to access the rooms on the upper floors.

Jörg (8/5): Erholsamer Urlaub in zentraler Lage - Die Lage des Hotels ist nahe an der Walking Street, also sehr zentral. Der grosse Swimmingpool ist das Highlight des Hotels, sehr schön. Die Qualität der Nachtruhe hängt sehr vom Verhalten der Leute in den benachbarten Räumen ab, da insbesondere die Balkons sehr nahe aneinanderliegen. Das ist reine Glückssache.

johnnie walker (8/5): Great location wild orchid resort - The hotel is clean and safe. Fantastic staff always happy to help and assist. Great location offers food and drink at the going rate for the area.. The room fridge didnt work it was unplugged so they knew it didnt work.not good .... and the section of the hotel we used had no lift not an issue for me but my travel buddy struggled with the stairs.

The restaurant is 24/7 and the food is really good. I would suggest some updates and hot water. The shower water wasn’t freezing, certainly not hot
