- William (2/5): Poor budget hotel, but at luxury price - We booked 2 months ago for the Golden holiday break and expected higher prices. We paid £114 for one night (much more than our other bookings elsewhere in the same holiday week). We expected a degree of comfort for this price and were very disappointed. Wifi was poor, rooms were tiny, breakfast was Japanese only with no juice, bread or eggs (none of the normal concessions that you would expect for international guests at this price). Not recommended unless the price you are quoted matches that of a low budget hotel. Don't expect price to be a measure of quality. This was our worst experience of a hotel's after 2 months in Japan.

- Verified traveler (2/5): いい気分になりませんでした - タバコは吸わないから、喫煙室だと、やはりタバコ臭いって気になります。 窓も開けないし、電気が暗いです（机の上の電気の設置ところがあっても故障みたいでつけらない）。 朝ご飯が付いているコースで、終了時間の15分前なのに、電話で慌てて促してくれる。 ある日、食パンの中の一枚に変なホコリが付いているみたい、で、文句を言ったら、「申し訳ありません」そしてそれを回収しました。それ以外なんのお詫びもされなかったです。スターフがなんか不愉快な顔がしていました。
