- Thaomy (8/5): Wir dachten wir sind in einer Ghosttown. - Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Es gibt ein Restaurant. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ungeschickten Lage. Drumherum gibt es keine guten Restaurants und auch wenige Supermärkte. Wir konnten auch keinen ATM finden. Der Ort ist sehr leer - es gibt viele leerstehende Gebäude. Wir haben eine Pizza aus dem Restaurant gegessen. Es war eine Tiefkühlpizza…. Allerdings waren wir auch nur für eine Nacht, da wir am nächsten Tag eine Schiffsfahrt hatten. Ich würde euch empfehlen in der Stadt zu übernachten!

- Thuý (3/5): Khách sạn lừa khách trên tictok. Ko bao giờ quay lại. - Tạm gọi là sạch hơn nhà nghỉ Quá xa Bãi Cháy, tốn tiền xe đi lại lên Bãi Cháy ăn và chơi. Chơi ở công viên Tuần Châu KO CÓ GÌ mà quá tốn tiền lại hành xác, trên tictok quảng cáo chỗ nghỉ như resort mà thực tế là căn hộ nên phải leo lên tầng 3, xung quanh là toà nhà khác vừa ồn vừa xấu, ko có view gì như quảng cáo. Bãi biển riêng bảo đang bảo trì không được dùng. Nói là ăn sáng free nhưng không free mà còn ghi giá 250-300k/ bữa sáng. Bắt đặt cọc 50% trước khi vào ở tận 3 ngày, và báo số thẻ ngân hàng kèm 3 số mã bảo mật ở sau thẻ ngân hàng đã nghi nghi rồi mà người nhà cứ đòi đặt. Đặt mà không vào ở thì thu phí 100% khiến khách PHẢI ở. Nhân viên booking nhắn tin báo 1 đằng, khách sạn đòi thu tiền thêm 1 nẻo. Làm mất thời gian tranh cãi xong mới check out được. Con cái ngủ cùng bố mẹ, và bố mẹ chịu giường chật nhưng khách sạn lại đòi thu phụ phí. Hài! Trải nghiệm bực mình.

- Rick (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf voor een lage prijs - De locatie is perfect om de hoek van de 500 steps berg en de familie die het hotel runnen verzorgen je enorm goed. De kamers zijn schoon en ruim genoeg. Het zwembad is heerlijk en de ligging tussen de bergen is prachtig. Er zijn fietsjes die je gewoon mag pakken om daar rond te fietsen en het eten wat ze klaar maken is heerlijk. Raad het zeker aan! Niets

- Ana (10/5): Uma muito agradavel surpresa - Reservei horas antes, sem grande pesquisa, quando percebi que iria chegar a meio da noite, tendo um cruzeiro ao meio dia. Lá estavam preparados para nos receber às 3h30 da manhã com um sorriso ensonado e muita simpatia. O quarto era enorme e a cama muito confortavel. O pequeno almoço muito variado. Até ficamos com pena de nao poder fucar mais tempo para experimentar a piscina e a praia.
- Shu-pin (10/5): Wonderful - We have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and the Paradise Suites was one of the best. From the pleasant, ever-helpful staff to the luxurious, spotlessly clean room and enormous, sumptuous bed, to the restaurant serving superb Asian and Western cuisine, to the large, well-kept pool and private beach (a five minute ride away by free shuttle), this hotel is the equal of many 4-star establishments we've experienced in Europe and the UK. The hotel is located close to the docks from which depart the many cruise boats which take visitors around the stunning Ha Long Bay area. The hotel offers its own cruises but, as these were booked up, it happily arranged a free shuttle to a competitors' boat that we booked on. Reception also arranged a (paid) transfer to Hanoi by luxury minibus. Although we only stayed here for two nights, we just did not want to leave (especially that wonderfully comfortable bed!). The fact that we paid just over £30 per room (our party had three) in a major tourist area makes this hotel just amazing value for money! Disliked · Nothing. It's rare that we don't find something (however small) to fault in a hotel but this place is as near faultless as it's possible to get.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. My mother was celebrating her birthday, and the team prepared a birthday cake and even sang for her, which was a very lovely. The reception is open 24/7, and since we arrived late at night, we really appreciated this convenience. Although the reception is open 24/7, we did not receive a response to our messages during the night, so we were unable to reach them at that time. Fortunately, everything worked out well in the end.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The street that the hotel was on is very pretty and very close to the cruise ships. Although the island was very quiet when we went, it was a nice contrast after Hanoi and we enjoyed cycling to the beach and the pool. Our room was huge and very comfortable with a large comfortable chair (unusual for hotel rooms). Thank you to the staff for helping us out when our taxi was cancelled at the last minute. - Christian (10/5): Great stay at Paradise Suites Hotel - Huge room with a huge bed, definitely one of the most comfortable rooms we had in Vietnam! Clean room with all comforts. The staff is really friendly, great breakfast. It's hard to get a better service and hotel at this price!

- Samantha (10/5): - Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, we had one night before our cruise and the staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and really comfortable and quiet, and the food in the restaurant delicious. The best hotel breakfast we’ve had in Vietnam so far. The staff also organised the hotel buggy to take us to the port for our cruise on departure.

If staff are sick, please either let them not serve the guests anymore or they take extra measures to present themselves hygienically (eg., wear masks and not blowing their nose in front of guests while welcoming)
