Breakfast offered a nice selection of cereal, bagel, pancakes, fruit, biscuits, sausage, gravy, omelet, fruits, milk, juices and coffee. Great choice if you are in the area.

• April (4/5): A lot of money to pay for a pet smell hotel. - Great location. Service was absolutely phenomenal. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The problem belies with the cleanliness of the room. The first room was a king suite and smelled like pee so bad it made my eyes water. The front desk said they were not let rooms however the smell was overwhelming. The second room was almost as bad. The side tables had not been wiped down and the smell is horrible again. It actually made me take my inhaler and double allergy meds. This was also a non let room. They definitely need to take better care of the housekeeping issues including cleaning carpets!

She made them feel so welcome even when it was overwhelming in there. 3 days she was there the kast day she wasnt and you could tell she makes ot breakes the mornings arpund there. Pool is big and clean. Room was in great condition parking was easy.

The room was good the staff was helpful then this happened I brought it to the manager attention was told since I booked thru the IHG app there is nothing they can do but offer points which up until now I haven’t received!! But how many points is worth a roach in your food!! Then I call customer service and they said case is closed by management and there is nothing they can do! And I was told by a member of housekeeping this has happened before but they won’t do anything! Now I get I’m one person and I don’t matter but it speaks volumes of how they feel about customers
