- Yanira (8/5): Overall convenient and good. - It’s a great hotel to sleep. Very quiet at night didn’t hear cars or weird noises. Quick check in, free parking, has breakfast, microwave, fridge and coffee in room. Hotel is very accesible to food and supermarkets. Only one elevator and breakfast was tricky. Didn’t have bacon like in the pictures. They should have coffee 24 hrs. The breakfast lady was rude to my husband yelling that they open at 7am.

- Jenny (6/5): Meh - Well I didn’t see anything crawling We were put in a handicap room and we’re not handicapped.Hopefully no one that really needed a room like that was turned away. Toilet kept running, had to jiggle the handle after every flush. Electrical outlets beside the bed where you need to change your phone didn’t work.

- Bart ( Lubertus) (6/5): Verblijf was redelijk. - Standaard Amerikaans hotel ontbijt die ik al kende van deze keten. Hotel werd verbouwd, was fijn geweest om dit te weten. De receptionist gaf aan bij het uitchecken dat zij geen factuur verstrekten. deze zou via Booking com verstuurd kunnen worden. Dit kon ik inderdaad op de app aangeven maar ontving geen factuur. Heb hier Booking.com over gebeld en die gaven aan hun best te doen. Dit duurde erg lang waarna ik zelf het hotel heb gebeld. Zij hebben toen de factuur opgemaakt en via mail doorgestuurd. Al met al wat omslachtig.

- Johnny (4/5): - Goede bedden Kreeg bij aankomst een kamer die nog niet schoongemaakt was. Kreeg een andere kamer waar ik na 1 nacht weer uit moest vanwege een verbouwing. Inde ochtend geen warm/ koud water en bij terugkomst ‘s avonds ook weer geen water. Veel overlast van de verbouwing.

- Leonard (7/5): - Staff was nice and polite. Tess at the morning breakfast was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel from the outside, lobby, and hallways appeared clean and relatively updated. Room was strange (room 213). Seems like it was made for a handicapped individual but only in some areas. Bathroom door was extremely loud, heavy, and creaky. The lighting in the whole room was poor. The lights in the bathroom were very old and rusted. The hotel parking lot was not even 1/4 full leading me to believe the hotel was mostly empty. It appears we're given a mediocre room although multiple rooms were likely available. We only stayed one night and we were tired, so we didn't ask to move.

We did not have hot water in the shower, which I reported to the front desk. We were only staying one night and the hotel was fully booked/very busy, so we didn’t bother to have maintenance come fix it. - carloscC1810EF (10/5): Overall, they do not disappoint - Overall, the hotel is very well maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. The ladies working the breakfast area are absolutely lovely and genuinely caring. Everyone at the front desk seems to enjoy their work and is welcoming, and the housekeeping team is equally courteous—especially the housekeeper on the third floor during the last two days of our stay. Thanks to the wonderful service, we will definitely be returning.
