- Upmanue (3/5): Improper room, lot of sound from outside. Disturbed sleep through out night. Overall bad experience - Breakfast was fine but not that great Room was shabby and doors do not block sound from outside. I went there late evening to be able to sleep comfortably. However, on the contrary, at 2am in the night on the 7th Floor, I experienced screams and shouts from the corridor and I just could not sleep after that. It was a painful experience. Despite my request, even the staff didn't change my room. Room was also very shabby and stinking. Room refrigerator was not working at all. many other issues!! Washroom too was not clean and unhygienic

- SAMPATH (2/5): Not worth the spending. - Front Lobby Staff were very Polite and service oriented.. Old furnitures and wardrobes in the room.
Shower switcher not working.
Cloth drying string not functioning.
No Safe locker provided and the next day only provided after making a request.
- Pedro (1/5): Noisy guest and no action by the hotel - Clean, comfortable bed. Every night was very noisy due to guests and the hotel wouldn’t do anything. Last night I told some guests in room 611 to turn the music down, they had it at full volume and the door open. They punched me in the face.

I wanted to book a pleasant staycation with my girlfriend/friend, but the front office staff is questioning my local address and refusing the booking. It's disappointing that your management doesn't accommodate locals who simply want a peaceful stay. Just because someone is from Chennai doesn't mean they shouldn't be allowed to enjoy a hotel experience. - Prasanth (10/5): Reception lacked warmth, despite an otherwise pleasant 5-star stay. - We had an early departure scheduled for 6 a.m., and the hotel kindly packed breakfast for us. Overall, our stay was pleasant and satisfying—we left feeling happy and well cared for The receptionist could have been more pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. I made the reservation shortly before arriving, and it should have updated in their system within 5–10 minutes. He asked me to wait 15 minutes, but even after 40 minutes, there was no update or communication. Strangely, there were no other customers at the desk, yet I was left waiting for 45 minutes without explanation. I eventually had to approach the reception again to check on my booking. This should have been handled more proactively—guests shouldn’t be the ones chasing updates

Nice and responsible staff The rooms were horrible, and definitely not worth the price charged. They charge the price of a 5 star hotel, but offer the cleanliness/facilities of a budget hotel. Wouldn't stay the next time at all

The gentleman at the reception asked me to wait in the lobby, however i realised that they asked me to wait till 12 pm which is the regular check in time. I would have appreciated a clear communication that the early check in was not possible.

- James (8/5): Value for the price - The hotel looked very pleasant at the waiting area. Rooms need some upgrades but the bed were comfortable and had a good stay.
- Sharmila (3/5): Poor - The place was old and the rooms were musty. The Air conditioning was not working. Called the front desk. They had to change filthy filters in both rooms. The AC still wasn’t working in the second room. When I complained in the morning that it hadn’t worked all night, the maintenance guy apologized and said it hadn’t been turned on. Poor customer service.

- Vignesh (8/5): Good place to stay - The food was good, the shower was good with hot water. The bed was very comfortable. The room light can be brighter, no blow dryer and bathrobe was provided. If the two was provided it would have been an excellent stay.

And Front desk staff didn't ask me whether I needed a safe locker or not normally they would have in the room so I didn't ask the front desk.reached to the room and found no safe locker provided in the room . On the second day I left the room around 9.20am to have my breakfast and I went out and back around evening.i found my room is clean it seems I didn't ask to clean my room I check my cash which I kept inside laptop beg (Rm 3000) which I make it 3 buddle rm 1000 each the money is there . third day I out same time after breakfast and went out back to room around 2 30pm.around 7pm open my luggage to take shower and I found its been open and my belongings been disturb my mind run to my laptop beg I opened check my money and I found notes missing from every buddle.Rm700 Reported to front desk and manager call me around 9pm said will investigate but end of the no proper answer from management team even there is no words to convince me even no sorry really dissopointed .. Report lounged I will follow up until I get justice if no I will bring this issue to the relevant department...
