Every morning and evening we were greeted warmly, which made the experience feel very personal and welcoming. The villa itself was stunning, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Manik und Ari, die unseren Urlaub wirklich bereichert haben – sie waren super aufmerksam und haben uns bei jedem Anliegen sofort geholfen. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber. Besonders toll fanden wir den Service: Jeden Morgen wurde nachgefragt, ob wir etwas benötigen, und jeden Abend wurde das Zimmer noch einmal vorbereitet und gegen Insekten gesprüht. Man fühlt sich hier rundum umsorgt. Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Alles hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

• Eleftheria (8/5): - The Highlights: Our stay at Berry Amour Seminyak had some high notes. The room itself was fantastic—spacious, beautifully designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The private pool was also a highlight and visually stunning. I was especially touched when the staff surprised me with a slice of cake for my birthday; it was a very thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated. Additionally, we both had massages and the therapists were highly skilled and professional. Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, several service and maintenance issues held this back from being a 5-star experience: • Disappointing Breakfast & Organization: Since the hotel lacks a proper restaurant, the breakfast options are very limited. On our first day, I requested a chia bowl and was told it wasn't available. The following day, we had to go to reception at 8:30 PM ourselves just to ask when they planned to take our breakfast order, as no one had contacted us. Only then did they "coolly" take our order, and suddenly, the chia bowl was available. • Cleanliness Concerns: After it rained, we asked for the pool to be cleaned. A staff member came by with a net and only did a very superficial job, which was disappointing. More importantly, used glasses from our coffee and cocktails were left in the outdoor kitchenette sink instead of being cleared away, which quickly attracted a massive trail of ants. • Spa Atmosphere: While the massage therapists were great, the spa experience lacked tranquility. There was no relaxing music, so we could hear all the noise and commotion from outside throughout the treatment. Verdict: The property is physically beautiful, but the attention to detail regarding cleanliness and proactive service is lacking. If you value a great room and pool above all else, you’ll like it here.

A big shoutout to the uncle at the front of the hotel, always alert and happy to see us & always asked if we needed anything for when we come back. The hotel itself was nice and private, everyone had their own villas and the pool and spa jacuzzi was a nice touch! Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was really good but it is on a busy road so recommend gojek rather than a car. You order breakfast straight to your room and was a decent breakfast

• Melanie (8/5): Beautiful rooms, helpful staff, chef was trash, eat out and the rooms were beautiful. - The front entrance doesn't look like the Berry Amour, it's hidden. The room and the pools are nice. The wall to the flat side to get out of the pool is very rough you will graze anything your body touches on there, those tiles should be smooth. I had prawn one night before that I sent back as I chewed one that was mushy out of the 3 garlic prawns. It didn't seem right, the prawns in Australia are crunchy ...I then had another dinner, the last one before I left, with prawns again. The LAST ONE WAS MUSHY and got me frikken sick as a dog on the airport flight home. I knew the first lot from the night before was bad. But you got me again with the prawns... The menu is hard to navigate. You need to scan QR codes for anything that's paper. Becomes frustrating rather than easier. The phone wasn't working to call reception, so they upgraded the room which was awesome though the pool had a very rough wall that will rip your skin off getting up the stairs. Very bad design. The rooms were beautiful, Serene. My partner whenever he used the phone they didn't know how he was or what room he was staying in. Whenever I used the phone they knew me straight away. A very long walk away unless you manage to find a driver driving up and down. The free massage - do not get it. She rushed and hurt my partner and myself. We had plenty of massages whilst in Bali. This one was the worst. Rushed, no oil, so it felt like she was dry rubbing your skin off around your neck hair, whilst slopped over sitting on a massage bed.. The menu QR codes.
