- Panagakou (3/5): Συνολικά, η εμπειρία δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μας και θεωρούμε πως χρειάζεται καλύτερη οργάνωση και σαφέστερη ε - Το προσωπικό του housekeeping, ο groom καθώς και τα κορίτσια στο service του κεντρικού εστιατορίου ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικοί, πρόσχαροι και εξυπηρετικοί. Έκαναν πολύ καλή δουλειά και μας βοήθησαν αρκετά κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Η εμπειρία μας από το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο ήταν απογοητευτική για αρκετούς λόγους. Αρχικά, κατά την άφιξή μας δυσκολεύτηκαν να εντοπίσουν την κράτησή μας, κάτι που δημιούργησε κακή πρώτη εντύπωση. Παρόλα αυτά δεν δώσαμε αρκετή σημασία σε αυτό. Λάθη γίνονται. Επιπλέον, είχαμε επιλέξει δωμάτιο με ιδιωτική πισίνα, θεωρώντας πως θα ήταν θερμαινόμενη κάτι που για την εποχή είναι αρκετά σημαντικό. Ωστόσο, η πισίνα δεν ήταν θερμαινόμενη και αυτό δεν αναφερόταν ξεκάθαρα στην περιγραφή του ξενοδοχείου. Αν το γνωρίζαμε εκ των προτέρων, δεν θα επιλέγαμε δωμάτιο με πισίνα. Επίσης, είχαμε στείλει αίτημα για early check-in μεταξύ 12:00 και 13:00, το οποίο είχε γίνει αποδεκτό. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, τελικά μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο στις 15:00. Στη ρεσεψιόν αρχικά μας είπαν ότι το early check-in γίνεται μόνο κατόπιν αιτήματος, και ενώ δείξαμε την επιβεβαίωση στο κινητό μας, δεν υπήρξε κάποια ουσιαστική ανταπόκριση. Στη συνέχεια μας ενημέρωσαν ότι το δωμάτιο θα ήταν έτοιμο σε περίπου 15 λεπτά, όμως χρειάστηκε να περιμένουμε δυόμιση ώρες. Ακόμα και όταν τελικά πήγαμε στο δωμάτιο στις 15:00, το προσωπικό βρισκόταν ακόμα μέσα και καθάριζε, με αποτέλεσμα να περιμένουμε απ’ έξω μέχρι να ολοκληρωθεί η προετοιμασία του. Επιπλέον, αντιμετωπίσαμε πρόβλημα και με το air condition του δωματίου, το οποίο πιθανότατα δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά. Έβγαζε συνεχώς κρύο αέρα, με αποτέλεσμα το δωμάτιο να παγώσει μέχρι να καταλάβουμε τι συμβαίνει. Ακόμα και όταν το ρυθμίσαμε στη θέρμανση, συνέχιζε να βγάζει κρύο αέρα, με αποτέλεσμα να χρειαστεί αρκετός χρόνος μέχρι να επανέλθει η θερμοκρασία του δωματίου.

- Dimitrios (7/5): Nice outdoor space, not good services and indoor spaces. Definitely overpriced and not a 5-star for sure. - Nice resort, great outside space with several pools. The staff was very friendly especially Panagiotis in the reception, the barman and the people working in the Italian restaurant. Needs a renovation as furnitures are old. Space in the central bar is very old fashioned. We had a problem with the A/C and even though we called 3 times, they decided to help us at midnight and they changed us rooms. Beyond that, not easy at all to order something by the pool as there is just one bar that is probably understaffed and no waiters or people to help you. Also when we asked about room service they hesitated to respond. Beyond that, the Italian restaurant needs to change the menu as there are only 5 really average dishes. No pizza also(funny for Italian). Food a the buffet is terrible. Also, the spa area even though it could be nice it is really dirty.

- Arnold (6/5): Broken furniture. - The landscaping was very nice. The romantic design of the galleries and hallways. The central swimming pool. Inept staff. Our room lacked a window curtain (early wake up!) and we asked to solve this, three times, but they never did. Forced to get up early is not holiday like. Fitness has very little equipment. Vegetarians have a very hard time.
- Konstantinos (8/5): - The hotel felt recently renovated (room and outdoors). The overall common domain area and the pool area is exceptional, really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The room was really clean. The buffet (breakfast and dinner) had descent variety and the food was mostly superb. The beach house area is beautifully organized and there are many spots to relax. The best part was the SPA area which we visited daily during our stay. The SPA receptionist was extremely polite, professional and helpful and all of the offered activities (steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi pool, gym) were well organized and provided the best relaxing time. Although the receptionists that welcomed us was quite polite and pleasant, we felt that we needed more info about the hotel, the available activities etc. Also there were no info leaflets in the room (no room services, no spa info, no a la cart menu etc). Also some minor details should have been more carefully curated I.e the sheets at the beds, some outdoor minor maintenance

Δεν μας άρεσε ότι μας έδωσαν ημιυπόγειο δωμάτιο χωρίς θέα, στο οποίο υπήρχαν ζωύφια (ψαλίδες στο κρεβάτι), κάτι απαράδεκτο για ξενοδοχείο αυτής της κατηγορίας. Επίσης, οι παροχές συνολικά δεν δικαιολογούν τις υπερβολικές τιμές και η πρώτη αντιμετώπιση της διεύθυνσης στις παρατηρήσεις μας ήταν εριστική.

- ANASTASIA (8/5): - Καλό πρωινό! Ήρεμη τοποθεσία!! Το μπάνιο θέλει αναβάθμιση. Παλιά μπανιέρα, βουλωμένος νεροχύτης. Τα κουφώματα παλιά ξύλινα χρειάζονται αλλαγή. Αυτό που θεώρησα απαράδεκτο ήταν η καθαριότητα της τουαλέτας που βρισκόταν στην πισίνα. Δεν μπορούσες να σταθείς. Μύριζε απαίσια. Απαράδεκτο για τόσο luxury ξενοδοχείο.

- Alexander (10/5): - Die Bungalows sind sehr schön gelegen und funktional eingerichtet. Zimmerservice erfolgte jeden Tag, inklusive Tausch der Handtücher. Die Essensauswahl am Buffet war abwechslungsreich und das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Getränke sind generell sehr súß, so dass selbst die Kinder meistens Wasser getrunken haben. Generell herrschte auf der Anlage eine entspannte Atmosphäre und man konnte sich super erholen. Leider war der Kinderspiel "Out of Order". Animation erfolgt hauptsächlich in Französisch, so wie generell die Hauptsprache Französisch ist, alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels und der Animation sprechen aber auch Englisch und waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

- Maja (10/5): An amazing hotel with excellent staff! - The staff was incredibly nice, upgraded us to a private pool room because our two room were not side by side; after two days the rooms were next to each other and both had private pools! This was really nice, the staff was also really knowledgeable, helped us arrange a taxi transport to the airport and was ready to accommodate diets (gluten free). Most attractions were in French - we wished the grill & gyros would also be for other all-inclusive customers, but it was only for the members of this french club - still, the choice of food for everyone was great!

- Irene (5/5): - Επισκεφτήκαμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα πριν από λίγες μέρες, το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, κάθε μέρα μας άλλαζαν πετσέτες και καθάριζαν. Το πρωινό είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία , ωστόσο ήταν μέτριο προς καλό με αρκετές επιλογές για όλα τα γούστα! Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό ! Αρχικά, αντιμετωπίσαμε ένα πρόβλημα με το ψυγείο που υπήρχε στο δωμάτιο και δε δούλευε, ωστόσο το προσωπικό προσπάθησε να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Επιπλέον, μέσα στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε κάποιος καθρέφτης παρά μόνο στο μπάνιο και όχι ολόσωμος. Επίσης στο κατάλυμα δεν υπάρχει καθόλου ηχομόνωση , που σημαίνει ότι ακουγόντουσαν όλα κι όλοι! Από τις 7 το πρωί μέχρι και το βράδυ που πέφταμε για ύπνο ακουγόντουσαν φωνές και θόρυβοι από τα πάνω και τα διπλανα δωμάτια. Στη πισίνα είχαμε κακή εμπειρία, διότι από το πρωί που άνοιγε το πρωινό έτρεχαν όλοι να προλάβουν τις ξαπλώστρες βάζοντας τις πετσέτες τους και τις άφηναν εκεί έως ότου έκλεινε η πισίνα χωρίς απαραίτητα να είναι κάποιος παρόν , πράγμα δύσκολο για τους υπόλοιπους γιατί δεν μπορούσαν να βρουν κάποια κενή ξαπλώστρα. Το προσωπικό θα πρέπει να παρέμβει και να θέσει ως κανόνα να μην αφήνουν τις πετσέτες τους από το πρωί έως το βράδυ χωρίς να να είναι κάποιος παρόν εκεί πέρα. Το ίντερνετ ήταν πολύ κακό και το σήμα ασθενές. Στο δωμάτιο είχε πολλά ζουζούνια, δύο φορές είδαμε μια σαύρα στο ταβάνι. Το κλιματιστικό δε δούλευε καλά. Στη ρεσεψιόν εξαρχής δε μας ενημέρωσε κανείς για το τρόπο λειτουργίας του ξενοδοχείου και τις δραστηριότητες που προσφέρει το κατάλυμα. Ότι δε περιλαμβάνεται στο all inclusive είναι πανάκριβο. Επιπροσθέτως, το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα εξυπηρετεί κυρίως Γάλλους επισκέπτες , καθώς γινόντουσαν κάποια μικρά event που τα οργανώναν Γάλλοι και μιλούσαν μόνο γαλλικά και οι υπόλοιποι ήμασταν στην απέξω. Πολύ δυνατή μουσική σε μεσημεριανές ώρες. Θέλει βελτίωση στο κομμάτι της καθαριότητας.

- Ευάγγελος (1/5): Χαλασα τις διακοπές μου και τα λεφτά μου... πηγαίνοντας εκεί. - Μου άρεσε ότι είχε άνετο parking και πρόσχαρο προσωπικό. Δε μου άρεσε που πλήρωσα για δύο bungalows με θέα θάλασσα και το ένα είχε θεα τα σκουπίδια του ξενοδοχείου......και το άλλο ήταν ημιυπόγειο....... Η απάντηση όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκα ήταν οτι έγινε λάθος του συστήματος και δεν μπορούσαν να μας αλλάξουν δωμάτιο γιατί ήταν γεμάτοι........και για να μας ικανοποιήσουν από ημιδιατροφη μας το έκαναν all inclusive. Η παραλία ήταν πολύ μακριά και χρειάζεται να πας με μεταφορική μέσο.......διαθέτει το ξενοδοχείο. To μπάνιο ήταν γεμάτο σιλικόνη και μούχλα.......τα κουφώματα απαρχαιωμένα και η πόρτα έχανε 2 πόντους από το έδαφος.....και είχε χαραμάδες που έμπαινε ο ήλιος. Ο barman μας προσέβαλε λέγοντάς μας πως αν θέλουμε να πιούμε καλό κοκτέιλ θα πρέπει να είμαστε διατεθειμένοι να πληρώσουμε (λέγοντάς μας "γύφτους" επειδή είχαμε all inclusive) Δεν αξίζει τα 4 αστέρια το φαγητό ορισμένες μερες ήταν άθλιο εκτός από το πρωινό που κάθε μέρα ήταν καλό. Οι ξαπλώστρες έπρεπε να κάνεις τάμα για να βρεις στην πισίνα τις έπιαναν από το χάραμα.....για τα γκρουπ που φιλοξενούν.
- teddy maragozi (7/5): - It is a closed complex with an access control regime which ensures safety. The room smelt mold and dampness. The towels had a similar smell. Unfortunatelly, at the pool there was no control over the arbitrary "reservation" of the sunbeds with towels by the "all inclusive" guests who were appearing at noon or late in the morning resulting into non availability of sunbeds. Even though i paid for each consumed beverage at the pool area, it was not possible to find a spot to seat except the tables at the bar. When I made a complain at the reception, I was told that there is a sign somewhere that forbids the occupation of the sunbeds with towels without showing in person which obviously is not efficient as reely on the consciousness of each individual which if was existing there would be no arbitrary bookings in first place. In general, the price doesn't correspond to the quality of the services and the claimed stars. The accommodation obviously targets only "all inclusive" packages, hence the "quality" of the services.

Η απόσταση από την θάλασσα ήταν 7λεπτα με τα πόδια κάτι το οποίο είναι κουραστικό για οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά.Επισης ακόμα και να το πάρεις απόφαση και να πηγαίνεις έως τη θάλασσα,θα έλεγα ότι δεν αξίζει το κόπο γιατί έχει πέτρες και φυκιακαι χωρίς παπουτσια δεν κάνεις μπανιο.Τα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια ήταν υπερβολικά μαλακά με αποτέλεσμα να βουλιάζεις μέσα και να μην κοιμάσαι ανετα

- IOANNIS (7/5): Αξιόλογο αλλά όχι top. Χρειάζεται αρκετές βελτιώσεις για να δικαιολογήσει την τιμή του - Πλούσιο πρωινό και μεσημεριανό για όλα τα γούστα. Στα μεγάλα συν η περιμετρική πισίνα στην οποία μπορείς πρακτικά να περάσεις όλη την ημέρα. Γήπεδα μπάσκετ και βόλευ μεταξύ άλλων για όποιον θέλει να αθληθεί κατά την παραμονή του. Αρκετή φασαρία τις μεσημεριανές ώρες με μουσική και προγράμματα που διοργανώνονταν προφανώς για την διασκέδαση γκρουπ τουριστών. Το δωμάτιο αρκετά μικρό για 3 άτομα, επίσης βελτίωση χρειάζεται και στο θέμα της καθαριότητας/ απολύμανσης καθώς το πρόβλημα των εντόμων μέσα στο δωμάτιο δεν λύθηκε παρ'όλες τις επαναλαμβανόμενες παρατηρήσεις μας στη ρεσεψιόν. Η παραλία έχει αφεθεί χωρίς καμία φροντίδα και δείχνει πραγματικά εγκαταλελλειμένη.

- Fatma (8/5): - The pool is amazing—very big. There are a lot of activities with the club. We also had a little pool in our bedroom; it was so great, we could swim at night. The staff was very nice, spoke French and English, and they were very reactive to our demands and did everything to ensure we had a great holiday. We didn't like the food at the buffet; there were not a lot of choices. On the weekend, the food is great (tastier and more choice). However, the morning buffet is always the same, so we didn't appreciate it a lot. The money is not worth an all-inclusive. The beach bar is great, but unfortunately, the beach was very bad when we went.

- Kostas D. (8/5): - Ωραιο δωματιο ευρυχωρο καθαρο με ωραια διακοσμηση καλη ηχομονωση και σε ησυχη τοποθεσια . Το ξενοδοχειο στο συνολο του προσεγμενο και καθαρο δινει την αισθηση μικρου χωριου. Στα συν επιπλεον το προσωπικο σε ολα τα ποστα , πολυ φιλικο ευχαριστο και προθυμο να εξυπηρετησει. Στα μειον η παιδικη χαρα που ηταν κλειστη λογω μη πιστοποιησης , ο καφες fredo espreso που παραγγειλαμε απο τη κουζινα και μας το εφεραν στο δωματιο δεν ειχε παρασκευαστει σε μηχανη καφε αλλα ηταν απο καψουλα .Η ποιοτητα του φαγητου ηταν κατα,την αποψη μου μετρια ωστοσο η παρασκευη τους ηταν αρκετα καλη κ εσωζε την κατασταση. Τελος το γεγονος οτι το ξενοδοχειο προσελκυει κυριως Γαλλους τουριστες δεν δινει τη δυνατοτητα για,συμμετοχη ελληνοφωνων παιδιων στις διαφορες δραστηριοτητες. Παρολαυτα περασαμε ενα πολυ ωραιο ΠΣΚ με τα παιδια μας και θα προτειναμε το ξενοδοχειο σας και στους φιλους μας .

- FERIDE (7/5): Could be better - The rooms were very big, the food was good, the pool amazing This is not a beachfront property as it shows in here, the beach is far and not like the pics, it's not sand, very huge rocks. Also we didn't like that everything was in French and not English, and the rooms they didn't clean them everyday even if they did they didn't change the sheets

- Olga (6/5): A beautiful setting with friendly staff, let down by cleanliness and maintenance issues - The staff was very friendly and welcoming; however, the hotel appeared to be significantly understaffed. The rooms were spacious, and the pool was large and exceptionally well-maintained. The hotel is in need of significant renovation. The rooms were quite dirty—possibly due to our last-minute reservation. While the garden has great potential, it could benefit from more maintenance and care.
