william (1/5): Would not recommend this hotel and suggest you scratch it off your list - Location was close to where I was at There was bugs in the room and some were coming up out of the sink Also When I called the place to make sure that they were king beds in the room they told me yes but when we got there, there was only queens or they look smaller than me Also, I paid for an upgrade and you guys charge me $4.91 but when I got to the hotel, they didn’t show it in their system and they didn’t show that they were paid for it Two of my guests that were staying with me left because of the bad conditions so I had to refund them their money for half of the room I would appreciate if I could get a refund of about 50% for the inconvenience Thank you

Isacc (7/5): Reeks of Chemicals - The room was clean for the most part. The overall atmosphere was good and clean. The entire building reeked of bleach and other chemicals. There is a pool but the upstairs smelled more like bleach and other chemicals than it did down stairs. There were many areas of the room with large amounts of dust and places that had obviously not been properly cleaned in a very long time. The room also reeked of various chemicals and had a strong Marijuana smell.

AngelA (2/5): - This was an overnight trip on our way to NY. I chose this hotel because we like IGH. Went to use bathroom and there was no bar and toilet was very low. I thought all bathrooms had bars nowadays. We were thankfully moved to an accessible room. I had reconstructive foot surgery in January and am still healing. I have not been able to use a pool, walk on sand, go to a beach, due to the healing process. The time in the pool was heaven to me! We returned to our room after hours of pool and hot tub. To feel weightless was amazing. It takes a lot for me to walk with my walker as I am not full weight bearing. In order to sleep I have to take my aircast off and set myself up to have a safe night sleep. To our shock, someone opened our door and tried forcing themself past the latch, I instinctively jumped out of bed injuring my foot. The clerk gave someone the room we were in!! I was up all night shaking and in pain. Breakfast consisted of cold potatoes, eggs and hard, frostbiten turkey sausage. No bacon. No pancakes. One danish and stale lenders bagels. The OJ was brown. The waitress was kind enough to make us a plate of bacon and a fresh apple turnover. My experience was horrifying. I waited so long for that.

There was no other rooms available so the front desk gave us some fresh bedding to put on ourselves. Not ideal but it was very late to find another hotel. Danielle (10/5): Hidden Gem in Carlisle - Our room was spacious and beautiful. We stayed in the king suite with jacuzzi tub and were not disappointed. The pool and hot tub were clean and the room was a pleasant temperature. The breakfast buffet was very nice In your room is ample showering products and hair dryer. We will absolutely stay here again.

The room itself was better, but only a bit. Don’t have so much carpet if you’re not going to keep it clean!!! The beds were clean & comfy. A good TV. Things are dated. We will look for elsewhere to stay if we are in the area again. Shower was OK, just don’t look closely at the corners, etc.

Stephen (8/5): Safe haven from the weather. - I am on a motorcycle trip. I ran into heavy rain and decided to call it a day. The Holiday Inn was the closest and I booked on the app. Check-in was easy, the room is nice. They have an indoor pool and hot tub. I definitely enjoyed the hot tub. I haven't had breakfast yet so I can't rate that. Overall a good stay
Sundar Sairam Yadlapalli (4/5): - Hall way smells weed. Carpet was stinky and dirty. bathroom taps, mirrors were rusty. Room smells weird. Since we reached the motel around 11:30 and kids were really tired and so couldn't think about other options. Otherwise we would leave the property.

Passport53722695523 (2/5): DONT STAY KEEP DRIVING ! - Do not stay here keep driving! Very run down and dirty. The wall paper is dirty our room smelled like pee we could not sit on the furniture it was dirty and smelled like pee. The bathroom stunk i had to get disinfectant and clean it. Toilet seat was even loose and you slid off when using it. The alarm clock didnt even have an electric chord. I am reporting this hotel to IGH Group it dosent deserve to be called a Holiday Inn!

Explorer18085240272 (6/5): Adequate Stay with a Few Drawbacks - I stayed here for four nights and had a mixed experience. Upon check-in, the first room I was given smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke. Thankfully, the staff was helpful and got me moved to another room without too much hassle. The second room was adequately clean, though it still carried a faint odor that lingered. Breakfast was nothing special—standard fare that did the job but didn’t stand out. Housekeeping only refreshed my room once during the entire stay, which was a bit disappointing for a four-night visit. Hospitality was average overall—not bad, just not memorable. The staff was responsive when needed but nothing went above and beyond. On the plus side, the hotel offers easy access from the highway, which made getting around convenient. Overall, not a terrible stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Berry (1/5): Awful - Everything is so incredibly dirty, dingy and not cleaned at all. I like that it doesn’t have bed bugs. And the air worked. Everything was so old, dirty, un cleaned and dingy. The hall way rugs were so disgusting and dirty! The room was so dirty and there were stains on the beds and the bed frames were ripped and dirty.

Theresa (8/5): - Our stay went well it was a busy weekend at the hotel. We slept well, it is decent stay just outdated which you wouldn’t know from the outside. Carpets were dingy and could use an update or good cleaning. Our head board had pieces of leather missing from people’s heads resting on it. Faucets were all calcified.

Very obvious room wasn’t cleaned. The man at desk did come to our room and clean up bathroom and take trash but obviously poor housekeeping here

Michael (2/5): - The place was disgusting. We had them switch us to a new room because the first had a sickly aroma of multiple chemicals no doubt attempting to cover the moldy smell of the room. The tile floors were so sticky you could hear your shoes lift off them. No surface was free of water rings, dust, grime, etc. The room hadn't seen a vacuum in who knows how long. The worst was the hallways between rooms. Dirty stained carpets...again, not sure the last time they were vacuumed. The jetted tub had scum rings and looked untouched in a while. The hot tub filled with scummy foam as soon as the jets were turned on. Avoid this place at all costs. Had our reservation been refundable we would have ran out of there. Oh, almost forgot the mouse droppings on the corner of the 2nd room we were given after the retched 1st attempt. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to someone I hated.
Kym (4/5): Do Not Recommend ... OLD hotel - I usually trust that a Holiday Inn Express will be standard in its condition. I didn't pay enough attention to the ratings ... they indicated otherwise. This hotel was in very poor condition..... it wasn't terrible BUT it stood at the front door of terrible. It was old, not maintained (paint peeling everywhere) and overall in sad condition. it felt like a very cheap, cheap hotel.

Mollie (6/5): - Booked a hot tub suite for one night. Overall, the room was pretty good. Linens and floors were clean. Bathroom was a little dirty, as was the fridge. The hot tub in our room was NASTY, you could see the ring of dirt around it before you turned it on. Jets didnt work, and it wasn’t all that hot. Had to send my husband out for bleach to clean it, and there’s not many stores close by that were open. We were disappointed it was more of a big, warm bath than it was hot tub. Didn’t have any breakfast. Lady at desk couldnt be bothered to get off the phone (personal call on cell) long enough to even check me in, very unfriendly and unwelcoming. The night guy seemed nice.

18reshmap (10/5): Hahaha - I stayed with my family last week. Stay was very nice and comfortable. Front desk staff was polite and helpful, breakfast was delicious. We were very happy in pool and spa with nice temperature, very close to two highways I 81 and I 76. We enjoyed.
Kaitlynn (10/5): 10/10 loved this hotel! - The front desk employees were super friendly and helpful! They even upgraded me with no charge when asked. I would definitely come back to this hotel. The pool was a bit chilly but tolerable and the hot tub was wonderful. The free breakfast had so many options and was very inclusive of all diet restrictions.

Lisa (4/5): - At some point, this was a nice hotel. But, that season has passed. Currently, the carpets are very dirty. The beds were clean, or I would have asked for another room even though we came in late. The countertops had spots from previous occupants. Cup rings, fingerprints, and even though beds seemed to be changed, surface areas were not clean. There is Dove shampoo and conditioner in the tubs, but they've been filled with some other soap because that wasn't Dove. Breakfast was okay, but it still lacked the usual Holiday Inn cleanliness. Trash cans were overflowing. Got a nice little surprise when my friend turned on the hair dryer and fire came out of it. Thanks for the memories, Carlisle. Still, not worth the price, and I won't do that again! Note: Our room was spacious. It had a table, desk area, and a couch. It was made to be a nice place.
Jodi (10/5): - The staff was extremely nice. Had the opportunity to meet the owner after breakfast. Very kind and engaged with guests. Came into the pool area and talked the kids to get their opinion on the temp of the pool. Will definitely stay there again.
