• marinunzia (8/5): Nice stay - Nice hotel, very comfortable room We had a small dog and at the reception, during check in, we had the feeling that it was a problem (even though the hotel mention pets allowed) but in the end we could had breakfast with the dog so it was fine in the end. Breakfast a bit too expensive

• Vasily (4/5): Chouette mais l’odeur et le bruit ont ruiné notre expérience - L’emplacement au centre ville et l’accès au parking publique. Dans la chambre, j’ai trouvé que le lit était confortable. Notre chambre avait un odeur fort, sans une idée claire d’où était la source. Il ressemblait un peu à l’odeur des égouts… Au niveau d’isolation sonore, la nuit on entendait bien nos voisins (bruits de chaises, comment ils discutaient et puis comment ils marchaient). En somme ces deux facteurs nous ont empêché de profiter de notre séjour à Namur, et pourtant on a trouvé la ville sympathique.

• Jeroen (4/5): Fijne stad, hotel niet op zelfde niveau: hoge verwachtingen als design hotel - Het ontbijt was niet inbegrepen, dus moest er nog 25 euro per persoon worden bijbetaald. Op zich is dat niet onredelijk, maar wél als je weet dat het ontbijt echt niet op niveau was. Bonen, worstjes en spek waren koud, eitjes moesten zelf gebakken worden, koffie was uit een automatische machine. Erg teleurstellend qua kwaliteit en niet smaakvol. Er was ook maar één iemand die bediende en die persoon kon niet aan de vraag voldoen. hoofdkussen, ontbijt, hygiëne in de gangen (stofferig), artficiële omgeving (ziet er mooi uit op foto, maar in het echt mist het karaketer en authenticiteit.

Et le restaurant qui a toujours était excellent C'était ouah en médiocrité 1h15 pour un plat immangeable Réponse pas assez de personnel Je vois pas ou ca justifi le plat Dommage !j’espère que c'était passager et que les responsables ferons le nécessaire

• Giuseppe (8/5): Ganz ok für kurz! - Die Lage ist gut. Man ist in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Das Hotel ist Modern und bietet viel Comfort. Das Bett war gut. Internet hat gut funktioniert. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum, den jeder nutzen kann. Die Toilette war bei Ankunft leider nicht ganz sauber. Im Zimmer roch es komisch. Das Personal war leider sehr unfreundlich. Die Zimmer sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man muss sich schon sehr mögen, da die Dusche mitten im Raum ist. Das Bad, bis auf das Klo, ist komplett verglast. Sauna und Pool kosten extra.
