- Paula (8/5): - El hotel destaca por estar rodeado de arboles y verde, lo cual acerca diferentes especies de aves, monos, ardillas, lizards que están dando vueltas por el establecimiento y pueden ser disfrutados. La atención excelente y dedicada de todo el personal que trabaja allí. El baño de la habitación en donde me encontraba estaba bastante deteriorado y poco cuidado.
- Bart (10/5): Absolute aanrader in Brasilito! - Het kleinschalige hotel straalt geweldige vibes uit. Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Het binnenplein met zwembad is erg gezellig. De locatie is top, vlak bij het strand. Het ontbijt en diner zijn super. Een absolute aanrader als je naar Brasilito gaat !!! Dat we niet langer konden blijven :o)
- Paola (7/5): Cómodo para visitar playa conchal. - Creo que lo mejor es la ubicación, casi frente al la playa. Me gusta como se ve alrededor de la piscina, con bastante vegetación. La habitación es grande y cómoda. El baño esta bien. El desayuno correcto. Solo fui al restaurante, es bonito pero demasiado calor, los ventiladores no dan abasto. La comida correcta.

Really cold AC. The bed was a bit hard. Also we didn't love Brasilito, a bit dirty. Although Playa Conchal was outstanding.

Standouts were The papaya restaurant staff as well as the cleaning ladies/pool people. The front desk were great too, just had one weird issue and felt like I was contacted too many times during my busy day (I’m trying to move here and start a business) over something silly and basically asked the same question about 20 times. It became annoying but I know they were trying to help?! Just bugs in the rooms. Maybe not use pesticides but make some type of repellants to use outside the rooms because there were and are big cracks in the doors to room 15. Maybe since on the end, lots of stuff from the next place or trees.

The restaurant was very good, and the staff were friendly. Easy walking distance to the beach. There is street noise, as it is right on a main street. Breakfast wasn’t included for some reason, although it was for other guests.

Готель спокійний, чистий і має гарне розташування - до пляжу Conchal ми ходили пішки 15 хв (якби не приватна власність, то було б навпростець 3 хв, а так довелось обходити). Нам надали рушники-простирадла для пляжу. Сніданок смачний і ситний, в ресторані є щасливі години і смачне розливне пиво локальної броварні, що було для нас приємним сюрпризом. Обидва дні ми бачили величезне сімейство мавп на деревах і багато великих ящерів, які всі дружно гуляли прямо по території готелю. Шум від дороги може заважати, особливо гучні мотоциклісти, але нам було нормально, бо ми мали беруші.

- Lise (8/5): - J' ai aimé l' hotel c'est vraiment beau beaucoup de verdure et la piscine. C' est bien situé pres des plages. Il y a un restaurant, agreable d' entendre la musique. J' aurais aimer que le café soit inclus vu quil n' y a pas de cafetiere dans la chambre. Plein d' endroit ou je suis aller rare sans cafe ou cafetiere dans la chambre.

- Rachel (8/5): Pleasant - Grounds are beautiful with monkeys in the trees right outside our room! The patio dining area is lovely with a great breakfast and Happy Hour. Great location that allowed us to walk to the beach. We also appreciated being able to check-out comfortable and practical beach sarongs from the front desk when going to the beach. Comfortable and clean room. Very friendly staff! Room was next to a busy road, which was loud at times.

- Bénédicte (8/5): Petit hôtel sympa aux bâtiments colorés, qui vous rappellera vos années "back-packer". - La salle de restauration à l'étage. Nous avions pris des chambres avec lits king size. Très sommaire et au final. Situées au RDC d'un bâtiment "encaissé" : pas de vue, fenêtres donnant sur une cour passante, fermetures (porte et fenêtre) pas vraiment sécurisée. Mais ces chambres sont toujours mieux que celle situées en bord de route ! Bien pour une nuit ou deux, pas plus.

Le lit supplémentaire intégré dans la suite lune de miel n’est pas archi confortable. Il est toutefois suffisant pour des enfants de moins de 10 ans.

Nice tropical vegetation, pool setting and restaurant upstairs was convenient. Staff great, rooms nice, short walk to beach and more restaurants and groceries. Jennifer at reception was great long before we got there and throughout our stay ! Traffic noise, but nothing can be done about that - construction is everywhere

- Antony (10/5): Excellent - Best hotel in Costa Roca - The hotel is set in stunning grounds with plenty of resident wildlife. The restaurant upstairs is very charismatic & overlooks the pool & beautifully painted buildings. It’s just a shame that the prices are more expensive than all the local restaurants & as such it is mostly empty! Breakfast was excellent & always served with a beaming smile & charm by the lovely Donald. The room was charmingly rustic with a HUGE & extremely comfortable bed. The gorgeous Conchal beach is just 15-20 mins walk away. We have spent 7 weeks travelling all over CR & Panama & this was our favourite hotel.😍 Restaurant was very overpriced - but food was excellent.

- Yvonne (1/5): Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. - Nichts Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt nach nur einer Nacht abgebrochen, obwohl wir zwei Nächte gebucht hatten. Die Unterkunft wird auf Booking.com als 4-Sterne-Hotel geführt. Entsprechend waren unsere Erwartungen. Vor Ort entsprach der Zustand jedoch aus unserer Sicht nicht diesem Standard. Das Hotel wirkte eher wie ein Stundenhotel, was für uns sehr überraschend und enttäuschend war. Das Zimmer und die Anlage machten insgesamt einen stark abgenutzten und wenig gepflegten Eindruck. Zusätzlich gab es mehrere erhebliche Mängel: • extremer Straßenlärm die ganze Nacht • Schimmel in der Dusche • verschmutzter und unappetitlicher Duschvorhang • dreckige Ablagen im Bad • beschädigtes Moskitogitter mit großem Loch • zahlreiche Ameisen im Zimmer Für den von uns bezahlten Preis empfinden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als nicht angemessen. Das Personal war freundlich und hat sich entschuldigt, konnte jedoch keine Lösung anbieten und verwies uns an Booking.com. Besonders irritierend fanden wir abschließend das sogenannte „Happy Hour“-Angebot. Uns wurden 3.500 CRC für zwei kleine Biere berechnet, während ein reguläres Bier 1.500 CRC kostet. Ein Preisvorteil war für uns nicht erkennbar.
- Yannick (7/5): Good - It is a very cute place. The colors of the appartments are vibrant and joyfull. They have a realy nice garden and swimming pool. Breakfast is amazing and you have a some pretty wildlife saying hello every morning. Close to the beach Concahl a must visit. You need 15 minutes to reach that beach on foot. As in a previous comment I have to agree that it is the thinest toilet paper I have seen in my life. You need at least several meters to be able to fold it in order that not all the mess ends up in your hands. It is located next to the main road we were somehow unlucky for one night as it was very noise as the town had its fiesta and it was very noise.

Hats off to Ariel, Dickson, Do - The Conchal Hotel could be best described as quaint, quiet, comfortable & cute! Our room could have used a little updating ie. with regards to replacing the shower head that provided little pressure & doing something about the damp musty smell.

Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet très copieux. Le bon rapport qualité/ prix. Le jardin et la faune environnante L'emplacement de l'hôtel, trop près de la route et donc le bruit du trafic routier .

- Lisa (10/5): - If we can rate this hotel in an 11 we would. We can't say enough good things about the way they run things. The manager Jennifer is an exceptional english communicator and really goes out of her way to make the guests comfortable. The rest of the staff are 2nd to none. Professional, friendly and The pool area of this hotel is Lush and cozy. The location is was perfect for us as it was smaller and quieter but central to everything we wanted to see in the area. 5 minutes to Haucas, 10 minutes to Potrero and just under a half an hour to Tamarindo on our moped. The brekky included was awesome we got 3 choices of Pancakes omelette or Costa Rican.The Papaya restaurant is mid-priced with superb food and live music treats! The hotel plays a constant easy listening to lovely music not the annoying stuff. Brasilito beach is about a 5-minute walk down the road but once you get there you will want to continue up the beach to get to playa Conchal. It's magical, white shell beach with clear water and fun waves. Great for all levels. We absolutely recommend Hotel Conchal The entire stay was excellent we stayed for a full week, but if I have to pick something it is a little close to a main road but we were upgraded to a room that was much quieter and so it was perfect for us!

- Miryam (7/5): A nice oasis but look for food elsewhere since the quality of it lessened - It’s like a little oasis tucked away with some nice wildlife. The pool is nice and relaxing with easy access We also went here 2 years ago and compared to then the portions for breakfast were a lot smaller with a lot less value for what you pay.

- Anna (6/5): Non consigliato - Gentilezza dello staff, buon prezzo dei servizi arginine (navetta aeroportuale, massaggi), grandi dimensioni della stanza Pulizia e scarsa manutenzione della stanza e della struttura. La nostra doccia si è riempita di formiche. Dopo le sei di sera nessuno è raggiungibile quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare la mattina per avere una soluzione. Poca cura dei dettagli. Scarsa qualità del cibo (abbiamo cenato con un tonno poco fresco che ci ha dato una gastroenterite poco piacevole)

- eduardo (10/5): Un hotel súper recomendado - Nos encantó la atención y la actitud de todo el personal. La piscina Muy seguro Comida excelente. Refill de jugo , café . Nos regalaban el hielo para llenar nuestra hielera para ir a la playa . Sinceramente no tenemos ninguna queja .

- shannonn130 (10/5): Perfect Playa Conchal Base with All You Need - We loved our 5-day stay at Conchal Hotel! It's just a short walk from Playa Conchal, a shell covered beach with calm waters. Luxury all-inclusive resorts nearby like the Westin and the W can easily run around ~$900+ per night, so save your money and stay here instead! This hotel gave us everything we needed without the hefty price tag. The place has a private pool and gives you daily clean towels and fresh sarongs for the beach. The free breakfast every morning was out of this world with eggs, fresh fruit and coffee. It’s also super convenient for day trips to Tamarindo, Flamingo, and other beaches nearby, making it the perfect chill home base for exploring the coast.
