- marie madeleine (9/5): - C'est notre deuxième séjour, hôtel incontournable sI nous allons à Hammamet, le personnel est chaleureux et attentif, la chambre est confortable, nous adorons cet endroit.

- Amélia (6/5): Séjour fin avril - Dans l'ensemble plutôt agréable : activités proposées la journée, soirée à thème, buffet varié, repas en intérieur ou sous une pergola, possibilité de faire des massages (testés et validés)/SPA, bar et espace détente sympa. Piscine extérieure avec pataugeoire non chauffée mais la piscine intérieure oui. Personnel poli et souriant. A proximité : des parcs d'attractions, Arcade, mer et des magasins. Certaines portes sont cassées comme celle des toilettes à la piscine intérieure, les portes fenêtres des chambres ne fermaient pas donc dangereuses pour enfants en bas âge. Niveau propreté : sol de la piscine intérieure sale, tapis des couloirs vétustes et tachés, pas super propres à l'extérieur des chambres dans l'ensemble. Un peu dérangé par les personnes qui proposent des services. Nous sommes partis à 10 personnes, 2 personnes ont eu une fois des vomissements puis nauséeux pendant 24h (tous les repas et boissons ont été pris à l'hôtel) Attention au change d'argent sur place, possibilité de changer les euros en Dinards mais pas l'inverse. Et le reçu n'est pas valable pour échanger à l'aéroport, il manque un code numérique et le tampon de l'hôtel.
- Beatriz (8/5): - This hotel is great for what you pay. Everything was clean, the room was big and confortable. The workers were really nice. All the food that i tried was good. They have always some Tunisian dishes, some pizzas and pastas for the picky people, and other options that change everyday. It’s not the biggest buffet but I always found something good to eat. As someone who already stayed in a lot of all inclusive, this one is obviously not the best, but it’s pretty great for the price point. For me this is not a criticism but I know that it’s important for some people: the animation team was not big, so there were not a lot of activities happening. The night shows were also a little boring so we just decided to skip it. However, the hotel is located right next to the Medina, so you can get out for the night.

- Anna (1/5): - Nichts Das war das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich je in Tunesien war. Das Essen war untererdisch. Alt, tagelang verdorben und kalt! Das Fleisch war billig und kam direkt aus der Tiefkühltruhe. Das Wellness-Hammam war kalt, und in der Sauna schossen mir zwei heiße Steine entgegen … brandgefährlich! Ich hatte Glück, dass ich mich nicht verletzt habe. In den Getränken wimmelte es von Fruchtfliegen. Das Personal war lethargisch; man musste sie förmlich suchen. Der Preis war derselbe wie in dem super Hotel, in dem ich letztes Jahr war … obwohl das Hotel Eden gar keinen Strand hat. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht als Eden nur als Hölle bezeichnen … eine riesige Enttäuschung. Sie betrügen und gefährden die Gesundheit der Touristen.

It was a waste of money, and all activities did not look like he described. I think the hotel should check on it as he was very annoying, trying to convince us to buy activities. All staff who worked in the hotel were very nice, but this agent was rude, and we wasted our money on these activities.

Le monsieur de la réception qui travaillait le soir adorable il m’a reçu à mon arrivée et était présent pour mon départ . J’ai eu un petit déjeuner à emporter par le chef . Et la dame de ménage parfaite . Le petit déjeuner et le bar sont sympas. Le jour pour payer votre machine ne fonctionnait pas vous êtes venus à 5 m’entourer pour payer . Très dégradant en plus vous forciez sincèrement. Horrible . De plus il y avait un EHPAD/ Maison de retraite dans l’hôtel donc au lieu d’être en vacances on est à l’hôpital avec des gens en fin de vie … ça s’était vraiment imprévu et dérangeant

They use same juice with every cocktail also no shakers, food is not so good but okey. Wifi is not working in my room I need to go outside for the reach wifi

En séjour avec mes sœurs, ma chambre d’hôtel a été littéralement pillée dans des conditions très suspectes … (enquête de police en cours). Je n’ai reçu aucune excuse de la part du directeur de l’hôtel qui n’a pas daigné donner d’importance à mon préjudice. Système de sécurité bidon, pas de caméra fonctionnelle au deuxième étage et double des clefs de ma chambre qui disparaît mystérieusement . Je suis profondément choquée de l’attitude de ce directeur, aucune empathie alors que j’étais en larmes et au delà des +1000€ de biens volés il y a aussi l’angoisse crée … il ne m’a proposé AUCUNE solution pour m’aider et il se dédouane en disant que ça n’est jamais arrivé dans son hôtel et que mon histoire n’a aucun sens …sous entendu : mes sœurs et moi inventons cette histoire de vol. Bref je déconseille car en plus il y’a d’autres pb : nuisances sonores extrêmes avec la boite de nuit de l’hôtel, musique à fond jusqu’à 3/4h du mat, invasion de fourmis dans l’hôtel même sur les lits, accès au spa payant alors que c’était sensé être inclus, pas très propre, gaspillage hallucinant de nourriture au buffet, connexion wifi désastreuse, fuite d’eau dans le couloir…

- Omar (9/5): - Nous avons passé en famille un merveilleux séjour à l’Eden Yasmine. L’hôtel est très propre et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. L’ambiance y est calme et agréable, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour les familles avec enfants. La nourriture est variée et de bonne qualité, avec des plats adaptés à tous les goûts. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien chauffées, bien éclairées et parfaitement entretenues. La piscine couverte est très propre, chauffée et suffisamment grande pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter dans le confort. L’hôtel est également très bien situé : à seulement cinq minutes de marche de la Médina de Yasmine Hammamet, ce qui facilite les sorties en famille. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Ssi Reda à la réception pour son accueil exceptionnel, ainsi que Mohamed Ali et Abdou au restaurant, toujours disponibles et attentifs. Une mention spéciale également pour le chef de cuisine, très à l’écoute et particulièrement attentionné avec nos enfants Un hôtel que je recommande fortement pour un séjour familial réussi. Prévoir plus de couverts adaptés aux enfants au restaurant. Ajouter un porte-vêtements dans la salle de bain pour plus de praticité.

Le spa La musique est beaucoup trop présente Je suis venue dans le but de me reposer, lire tranquillement sur mon transat. Ce qui n' est pas trop possible du fait d une musique présente toute la journée! Si une personne a envie de faire la fête danser etc ..elle trouve des endroits pour, mais ce n'est à mon avis pas le but d' un hôtel.

- Lisa (6/5): Bien de manière général pour un court séjour. - Belle piscine et personnel gentil. Hôtel un peu dégradé de manière générale. Chambre pareil. Il nous manquait un rideau obscurant, nous étions donc reveillés à 6h du matin. Nous avons fait noter le problème à la réception qui nous a ajouté le deuxième rideau manquant dans la matinée même. Donc assez efficace pour la rapidité du traitement du problème. Cependant, nous avions des fourmies dans la salle de bains qui sortaient d’un trou du mûr, et le matin nous étions aussi dérangés de 8h à 9h lorsque les femmes de ménage déplacaient les meubles dans la chambre du dessus. Aucun pad anti-bruits sous les meubles, donc un bruit insupportable tous les matins pendant 1 heure.

- Thamri Rédha (6/5): Un séjour calme dans un hôtel paisible, malgré quelques points à améliorer au niveau de l’entretien - La piscine pour enfants est agréable, propre et bien chauffée. La chambre est très spacieuse. Les repas sont corrects, sans être exceptionnels : le menu reste identique chaque jour et il n'y a pas de viande d'agneau proposée. La propreté des couloirs laisse à désirer, les tapis sont usés et mériteraient d'être remplacés. L’animation est quasi inexistante, malgré les efforts de l’équipe en charge, qui reste toutefois peu présente auprès des clients. Le mobilier est également vieillissant et aurait besoin d’être renouvelé.

Great price quality ratio! - Honestly went in not expecting much for the low price I paid for a family of 3 adults and a baby but we were pleasantly surprised. Price quality ratio is great. The pool was inviting, the personnel were extremely kind and the festivity coordinators were always encouraging you to come and join the night events for kids and then adults. Judging by how many comments complained about the food, I was expecting a disaster but every day, they had something different, there was variety and I got a chance to try different Tunisian dishes as they highlighted one per service. Also, unlimited free bottles of water. Lots to see and do right outside the resort (beachfront, Carthage Land, marina, etc). Some comments complain about the presence of an elderly home in the resort. Honestly, didn't bother us at all. They're sitting in a designated area with their minders for the meals and also at the pool and not bothering us at all..why are people so mean? You'll grow old one day too, you know... - I was allergic to whatever they treat their bedsheets with and broke out in hives the 3 nights we were there (only me: no one else). Thought it was bed bugs (it wasn't), but when I reported it to the manager at reception, I thought he would gaslight me as he started off as saying that it was impossible but then right away took me to the housekeeping manager and showed me different rooms I could change to and that they would fix up the problem right away (we didn't change in the end as it wasn't bedbugs, just allergy). - Our room was not ready despite us arriving at check-in time. I had to call a few times just to complete the bedlinen and finally stopped a cleaning lady passing by to do it. -Our room is big but a bit dated. The floor above ours is better as more newly renovated. - Our safety box didn't work and we alerted front desk who said they would check but it was never resolved. - Don't really recommend the photographer's photos. We bought two but had looked at them before and asked him to touch them up before printing as they were too saturated in colour and at the same time overexposed...he did nothing and printed it but we had paid already (he said it did it but doesn't look like it so it's
