• HOWARD (10/5): - It was close enough to Bangkok Central via Grab or MTB. Very safe to walk around the community even in the dark. The staff was accommodating and courteous. I would stay there again and again. Hidden Gem !!!
• Dave (4/5): very isolated place - VERY ISOLATED PLACE. you are at least 1 hour drive from every touristic attraction. The breakfast is really bad and not much European taste food. mostly Chinese food. Too size is ok but very bad and old loud a/c which make it impossible to sleep. There are no shops or any metro or any attraction close to this place. Be aware you are very isolated

• Priyadarsanan (8/5): - Located interior, difficult to access main road, but the hotel provide drop and pick up to the nearest main road in a tuk tuk. Swmimming pool is a name sake tank. The 'beer garden' is a not so hygienic roadside restaurant run out of the hotel garage.

• Rhuddhesh (10/5): Nice cozy place tucked away near Chatuchak market - Nice little cozy place tucked away in the interior residential part of Bangkok near Chatuchak market. The staff is lovely and always helpful. The restaurant Cher And is lovely (both in the lobby and on 2nd floor) and the rooms are comfortable without any unnecessary frills. Cheers to the staff and keep up the good work! P.S.: a note of advise for Breakfast buffet. You may want to add some options for vegetarians in the offering. Vegan/Vegetarian is the growing trend in the world.
• DUY H (8/5): - The service was great. Staff were extremely friendly. The only problem that I had was that the WiFi could use some help. Oh and there was no such thing as soundproof so you can basically hear everything that your neighbors make and they are loud.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Very friendly staff! - We were in Bangkok for two nights and definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They were great helping us get a taxi and helped direct us where we needed to go. I would use them again.
• Claudia (8/5): 1 Night In Bangkok - Our Stay in the hotel was pleasant enough, will not stay there again, they have a decent restaurant on site, the food was good and a good value. Reason why we would not stay there or recommend this hotel is because we were ripped off by the hotel staff, we had asked for an Airport pick up and was told that they could have a taxi pick us up for a fee of $ 1177.00 BAHT which we agreed to, ( not knowing any better), we found out the next day that a pick up from the airport to the Cinnamon Residence should be $ 500.00 BAHT, both my husband and I were a little taken back , that the hotel would charge us what they did. Our advice to anyone staying at this hotel is arrange your own taxi transportation, they are all metered, don't trust the staff at the hotel.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel - This is a very nice little hotel. Room was clean, internet was fast, bed was comfortable. I would for sure recommend this hotel. The staff were all very nice as well. Good buffet for breakfast. About 45 minutes from Don Muang airport. Excellent hotel.
• Kay (10/5): Good value hotel. - The bed was extremely comfortable and the TV had a good film channel. The microwave was useful. It was a cheap taxi ride to the Ladprao Shopping Plaza and the hotel staff called the taxi for us as well as providing a free shuttle to the Son Muaeng Airport. The shower head needed cleaning and we could only use the internet on one device at a time which was inconvenient. The pool is very nice with towels provided. The breakfast was good - a buffet as well as the choice of scrambled eggs or an omelette. The staff were professional and friendly. They spoke English which was very much appreciated.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Convienient hotel - Due to the late night flight I took a cab to the hotel. It was a little hassle to find a taxi driver who were sure of the location. It was about 10 mins away from the airport without traffic and shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was convienient.
• Rudy (8/5): Need more info- Airport shuttle pick up & drop off - Since they have specific airport shuttle services pick up hours, the hotel should have indicated that in their website or Expedia's website especially for first time tourists in Thailand or late arrivals from the airport. Besides, the hotel doesn't respond to emails. We only found out when we contacted Expedia. Also, the hotel should have specify that airport shuttle service is available at the DMK airport only.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Little gem of a hotel. - Lovely little hotel. Staff were absolutely great. Room was good and clean. Resturant was good, had lovely evening meal and buffet breakfast. Would recommend to anyone.
• Robert C (10/5): Nice hotel, with above & beyond customer service. - This was a really great place to stay. All members of the staff were very, very friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and very acceptable. Not to hard or to soft, not worn out, it was just right. The breakfast buffet was a Thai selection of food and was good. The second day they asked if we wanted scrambled eggs and they made them just for us! They did not charge extra for room service, as we ordered supper to our room. The shuttle service was also a great benefit and the driver was very helpful. In retrospect, this place made up for the rip off artists that parade as taxi cab drivers in Bangkok. Why do I say that? Since our flight was delayed seven hours we got to Bangkok at 4:30 in the morning. The airport information told us to this hotel we could expect to pay 300 Thai Baht ($8.62) at the hotel they told us we should not have to pay more than 100 Thai Baht ($2.87). Make double sure the taxi driver has a meter and make him start the meter and use it! In conclusion Cinnamon Residence gets the top top rating for a hotel.

• Lorraine (8/5): Great posi near the airport! - We stayed here since we had missed our flight. The hotel was ideal due to its proximity to the Don Muang airport (about 15 min). It was really cute and I wished we had a bit more time to enjoy it as it was really cozy and spacious. I'd definitely stay again if I am doing an overnighter but I'm not too sure what else is around the area...

• Jon (6/5): could be improved - I stayed just one night, room was OK, reception staff could have been a bit friendlier, struggled a bit with the language barrier. close to Dong Muang airport, traffic can be quite busy in the area. a large tour group checked in so things were a bit chaotic.
• Roger (10/5): Close to the "Wrong" Airport - I booked this room because it was near the airport. However it was the wrong airport. Bangkok has 2 airports. We arrived at midnight from Chicago to Hong Kong to the Bangkok international airport. It took almost an hour to reach the Cinnomon Residence. Hotel was wonderful with a terrific free breakfast. Learn from my mistake and confirm airport.
• Richard K (8/5): Cinnimon Hotel - The staff was very helpful and friendly. They advised us of places to go and how to get there and could communicate in English. They were quick to have a taxi ready when needed.
• GOH (6/5): Very noisy - The building was new, location near by Dong Mueng Airport. But very noisy...terrible sounds noisy although we request for highest floor.

• Bianca (10/5): Amazing.... - I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was not in a perfect location but since I had to study and do things for university this room was perfect for me. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended for another night and I even got a free upgrade.
• El (6/5): Was a reasonable place, good for the pricing level - The rooms don't look anything like they do in the picture. Buffet breakfast was extremely limited but the staff other than one manager were extremely helpful and lovely. Their service was probably the best we had received while in Bangkok. There is only a 7eleven 500m down the road other than that it is a taxi ride everywhere. If you need a taxi make sure you plan in advance as you have to be driven down the street by the concierge to the main road to find one or they head out on a scooter to lead one back. Either way allow extra time if needed.

They do have shuttle services so do check the timing at the website before your booking and remember to make reservation at the counter beforehand.

• Shany (6/5): A bit far - This hotel is brand new and beautifully decorated. It is also clean and offers a great room. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. It is however very far from the main attractions in Bangkok. The neighborhood has a much more residential feel to it and you can't just get a cab or tuk tuk off the street. It was also very noisy at night but this could have been due to the arrival of several tourbusses.

• jeri (8/5): not bad - it's a nice clean hotel with friendly and knowledgable staffs. there's a coffee house just opposite the hotel that sells delicious home cooked food. location is far from BTS and hotel. most taxi driver will charge by meter from the hotel but most will ask for a min 200baht from the station back. the hotel shuttle runs at limited time period so most of the time we opt for taxi.
• Bob1 (8/5): Great value for money - I arrived at this hotel for the first time to find my booking was not recorded however once I produced my Internet receipt everything was ok. Lucky there was a room available
• Verified traveler (10/5): Fitness room with Weight Machine! - This is a condo turned hotel. Decent size studio, but sheets were dirty upon arrival - looked like 3 birds pooped on it while it was drying - guest services changed it right away. But all is forgiven since they have a weight machine in the air conditioned fitness room! Location is obviously out of the way, you should know that already. But the staff was helpful and drove me by golf cart to the main road to fetch me a cab. Breakfast included was great.
