A reggeli nagyon finom, főleg a melegen elkészítettek. Minden nap cserélik a törölközőket. Tömegközlekedéssel könnyen elérhető, a közelben található egy Publix szupermarket. Az erkélyen jó lenne egy kis ruhaszárító csipesszel. Szemben építkezés folyik, így napközben nagy a zaj. A reggelinél lehetne bővebb a választék.

- Vinicius (10/5): A great stay made even better by the kind and helpful staff. - My family and I had a wonderful stay at Aloft hotel, and while the location was great, conveniently close to Brickell city center and train stations, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, what truly made this experience special was the people. We were celebrating my dad’s 80th birthday with our family, including 14 elderly relatives, many of whom speak little to no English. The staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. I had asked if they could place an “80” balloon in my dad’s room, and they surprised us by decorating the entire room with balloons, ribbons, snacks, and thoughtful touches that made him feel incredibly special. Throughout our stay, the team showed so much patience, kindness, and generosity. They helped us with everything we needed, from providing umbrellas and power adapters to offering bottles of champagne and a room where our whole family could gather to celebrate with cake. Every request was met with warmth and professionalism. What we will remember most is not just the hotel itself, but the people who made such an important family moment feel easy, joyful, and meaningful. We are deeply grateful to the entire staff for helping us celebrate my father’s milestone birthday in such a thoughtful way. Nothing, really.

- ViajeroESQ (6/5): Urban hospitality chaos - This hotel sits in a borderline location and feels drab. It is overpriced. Yet it is clean and my room was spacious. It feels disorganized and the lobby is in disarray. It is not a business hotel or a family hotel. I think it has a "new economy" niche. Feels a lot like a co-working/co-living space. Breakfast is basic. Amenities are basic yet there are small bright spots like a steamer instead of an iron and a good size safe deposit box. I would not stay there unless there are no alternatives.

Even though I’m part of the Bonvoy Program and asked for a late check-out, he just ignored me. Then he asked for both my ID and my wife’s ID and made inappropriate comments suggesting she wasn’t my wife but a “companion,” which was very disrespectful. On top of that, even though the website and the Booking app said check-out was at 12:00 PM, we were basically being pushed out of the room at 10:50 AM. Completely unacceptable experience.

- ciredeelron (2/5): Rude and dismissive - I don’t usually write negative reviews, especially for a stay I didn’t personally pay for, but the way this was handled afterward left a bad enough impression that it’s worth sharing. I stayed here on March 21 after being bumped from a flight and given a voucher by American Airlines. At check-in, I worked with Ayesha, who was kind and helpful. I was traveling with a companion who also had a voucher, and I offered to share a single room with two beds to make things easier on the hotel. My intent was simple. Save the hotel the work of turning over two rooms, and still have the stay attached to my Bonvoy account as a Platinum member. What I didn’t realize is that the hotel immediately checked me out of the system minutes after I checked in. I only discovered this the next morning when my folio showed that I had not stayed there at all. That’s simply not true. I slept in the room. The morning staff told me to call later to have it fixed. When I did, I spoke with manager Elias Garcia. He told me voucher stays “never” receive Bonvoy credit. That would be fine if it were true, but it isn’t. My travel companion, who was in the exact same situation, received full credit for the same night. When I pointed that out, his solution was not to fix my stay, but to suggest removing the points from my companion’s account. That response was honestly pretty shocking. It came across as dismissive and, frankly, a bit condescending. I followed up directly with the General Manager, Kathlyn Tancrede, and never received a response at all. At the end of the day, this isn’t about trying to game the system. The hotel was paid for the room. I stayed there. The record just doesn’t reflect that because of how the reservation was handled on their end. I actually tried to do the hotel a favor, and it ended up costing me. What’s frustrating is that this could have been a very easy fix, or at the very least a conversation. Instead, it was brushed off, and then ignored. For what it’s worth, the front desk experience in person was positive, and the property itself was fine. But how a hotel handles issues after the fact matters just as much as the stay itself. In this case, it fell well short.

The city view outside balcony had chairs and had a good view of the nearby condo towers in Brickell Miami! The bar downstairs had a evening happy hour and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves! The neighborhood is safe and quiet at night and there is a liquor store across the street and also a gas station to get cold beer and snacks from! McDonalds and Wendy's is just down to the right and there is a publix down to the right and there is also a free Metromover light rail station over to the right across from the hotel which is a free fast way to get around Downtown Miami! Lots of high end shops and restaurants around the Brickell area which is a short walk! I would definitely stay here again!

El personal fue muy amable y la limpieza de las habitaciones muy adecuada. El wifi funciono muy bien y se puede uno mover por Brickell andando perfectamente desde el hotel, que además no está en zona ruidosa.

- tanyaka (8/5): Great location, close to food and shops and will stay there again for sure. - The location was good walking distance to the major sites and we used public transportation from the airport and was a 6 min walk to the train, Bar had great drinks and the food was so good definitely try if you stay here. I thought it was closer to south beach but that was my own miscalculation.

- 677sergeyz (4/5): Overdue for a good update. - Despite a very responsive and wonderful team and funky lobby vibe this property has aged and rooms are getting a bit gross. Walls are paper thin so when a group of cruise travelers has a one night layover you won’t get any rest.

- 232robf (2/5): I Was Stabbed by a Needle in My Hotel Bed — Marriott’s Response Was Worse Than the Incident - While staying at Aloft Miami Brickell, a Marriott-branded property, I was physically stabbed by a needle embedded inside the bedding. This was not debris. Not a loose object on the floor. Not a minor inconvenience. It was a needle concealed within the blankets that penetrated my skin in my glute area when I laid down in bed. This presents a serious biohazard and bloodborne pathogen risk. I immediately reported the incident to hotel management. The response was dismissive and procedural. There was no urgency, no meaningful concern for medical risk, and no serious effort to address the gravity of what occurred. The item was “secured.” The room was “removed from service.” But the fact remains: a guest was stabbed by a hidden needle in a Marriott-branded hotel bed. I escalated the matter to Marriott Corporate. That process was equally disappointing. There was minimal engagement, no meaningful resolution, and no clear accountability. This property operates under the Marriott name, and guests reasonably assume Marriott-level safety standards. However, when a serious incident occurred, the corporate support structure appeared ineffective. If a needle can be embedded in bedding without being detected during housekeeping and inspection, that raises significant questions about cleaning protocols and quality control. This is not about inconvenience. It is about guest safety. A hidden needle in hotel bedding is a severe health risk. It should be treated as such. I am documenting this publicly because internal escalation channels did not produce an adequate response. Marriott Corporate leadership is welcome to contact me directly to address this matter appropriately. Until then, future guests should understand that even a preventable physical injury at this property may not be handled with the seriousness it deserves. Do better. This isn’t over!

- Vacationtraveller88 (8/5): Good 3 star hotel - Decent 3 star hotel. Clean and quiet rooms, good housekeeping. Location is good but coming in February meant that streets were jammed and it took a long time to get to places by Uber. The only minor complaint I have is that the TV channels were not very plentiful and YouTube and Netflix required your own account. Not much of a benefit.

Housekeeping came after 3:30 pm each day, halls are very dark, only one elevator works. No closets, just a dorm room cubby. Windows do not seal so very noisy!

- Blackbirdmk (6/5): Eat somewhere else! - Skip breakfast, find another choice. Despite best efforts from front office staff breakfast is bad, synthetic, processed. Over priced and low quality “cooked” food is disappointing. All made worse for lack of choice to go somewhere else outside as it appears there are no local diner options. Warm (at best) coffee and weird milk put seal on it! We’ll leave early tomorrow to get breakfast somewhere else. Crazy parking fee results from them exploiting lack of street parking, use taxis. Room OK, bed ok, bathroom ok. (Except a shower in a smooth bottom bath is waiting for a fall accident to happen, be very careful showering to avoid slipping in soapy water! Just needs friction strips added by Marriot on bath base and a holding wall bar like we have at home.)
- sredheada45 (6/5): It was just okay - We stayed here because it was supposed to be close to the cruise port. Not close. We paid $56 for a taxi one way. This is an old hotel. The neighbourhood did not feel safe at night. There is a Wendy's and McDonald's close by.

The location was excellent — close to plenty of food and shopping options, which made everything super convenient. The staff was truly wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. We had an issue with our room, and Julie, who assisted us, handled it without hesitation. She was kind, understanding, and incredibly professional throughout the process. She made us feel taken care of, and the problem was resolved quickly. It’s clear that the entire team with Kathlyn takes pride in helping guests and ensuring a positive experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We have stayed in other locations in Miami and Brickell is in our top 2 - the other being the beach. Everything went as we expected.

- Pamela (10/5): - las habitaciones son muy cómodas, con servicio de cafè y tè que es un detalle que el huésped valora. que fui a la pileta a las 10 de la mañana con mi familia, mi nena necesitaba entrar al baño de urgencia y un empleado del estacionamiento del hotel estaba ocupando el baño y no salìa, luego de 15 minutos seguía ahí. Tuve que llevarla toda mojada a un baño dentro del hotel. Cuando el empleado salió entrè yo y descubrimos que no salìa porque estaba fumando marihuana. Dejó todo el piso sucio y un olor que no se podía respirar.
