• Todd (3/5): Compromised privacy - The house and location we were very happy with, suited all our needs Our privacy was compromised by the owners/managers of the property, they allowed external contractors access to the property whilst we were there without our knowledge. The external contractors accessed a locked door to enter the house and retrieve linen. We were not informed at all that contractors were coming. The worst part was, the contractors accessed the 'kids retreat' and we have two young kids, had they been in the room at the time they would've been put at extreme risk. I find it unfathomably disrespectful that management would allow contractors to sneak into the house when we weren't there. And when I confronted the management they were dismissive and unapologetic, they claimed to have no knowledge of the contractors making entry into the house despite the overwhelming evidence of their presence. I would never stay here again based on the knowledge that management obviously hand out keys to this property to anyone, they also are not local, they're based in Melbourne, so any issues that you do have with the property can't be resolved by them personally.

Helen the proprietor , is wonderful to communicate with. Cook tops older type and difficult to gauge but kitchen otherwise well equipped

• Helen (8/5): Port Elliot house - Great location. House had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms No dishwasher. Beds were uncomfortable. No shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or body lotion. Had to supply our own sheets and towels.

• Nick (10/5): We loved Port Elliot and the property and is an amazing place to be based in to visit the area. The historic railway is - We very much liked Port Elliot. It is not a major resort but it has much to commend it. The property for us was vast but very comfortable and comprehensively equipped. Everything was close at hand with excellent cafes and restaurants and historic places in a quiet environment. We would prefer that all predictable costs are included at the time of booking. Our small difficulty might have been compounded by communication problems by our own provider from the UK and nothing to do with our host but the system used for bedding is unusual.

• Adams (10/5): Truly the best house I’ve ever stayed in; the perfect house for a getaway. - From the very first message, Helen's communication was absolutely amazing and made me feel so welcome. The house was spotless, huge, in the perfect location (literally a 1 minute walk from the Pt Elliot Bakery), and had literally everything you could ever need (and more!). I was blown away. This stay completely exceeded my expectations, and I honestly can’t wait to come back again! Everything was phenomenal - there was nothing that I didn't like.
• Stephen (8/5): - It was close to the Port Elliot Hotel which was very convenient. Lots of condiments, crockery and cutlery etc. The house was very spacious. The bbq could have been cleaned, the 4th bedroom bed was hard.

• Richard (10/5): It was a last minute decision to stay a few days in Port Elliot and so glad we found accommodation at All Seasons. - We absolutely loved the location but most of all the presentation, facilities and effort the hosts made for our comfort was exceptional. As consistent Booking.com users, we have never given a review that described a property as ‘exceptional’, until now. Enjoy!
• Barbara (9/5): Would definitely recommend this one. - Location excellent and overall a very comfortable one night stay. I sensed that the owner too great care of the property and it showed. Furniture a little old fashioned but that was fine. In historic part of Port Elliot and with excellent eating opportunities within easy walking distance. Try the new Boulangerie bakery on The Strand for breakfast pastries. Nothing really.

• Alex (10/5): Perfect property for family getaway! - The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. Also a lovely lawn area, great for our baby. We felt very relaxed in the space. Everything was labeled with clear instructions which made things easy. It was about a 20 second walk to the Main Street, it doesn’t get much better than that! Helen and Jack were so accommodating, and fabulous commentators.

She had everything organized and ready to go for us and even went above and beyond to have the beds and everything made so when we arrived at 2am we didn’t have to make beds! Would Defiently stay again and recommended to friends. The location was great and the house was perfect with all the things you need to travel with kids. Thank you again Helen for a lovely weekend!

• Karen (9/5): Great house in a great location. - The location within walking distance of all the shops was great. Lots of basic provisions in the pantry and every cooking implement you could need. A dishwasher would have been great. Some guests just seem to rinse things and shove back into cupboards. A dishwasher probably won't change their behaviour but would make it easier for clean people to wash everything they want to use.
• Michelle (9/5): Absolutely beautiful house with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms close to township of Port Elliott - Very well appointed with everything we needed We wished it had a Purotap or Boxed drinking water available. We struggled with the hot plates as the working diagrams for them have rubbed off. We suggest a new direction diagram be drawn up & stuck on wall somewhere .

• Kate (9/5): Superb - This house was very well equipped and we loved the fairy lights. Helen was a lovely host and rang before we got there to check if we had any questions. The location was amazing. Easy walk to the bakery every morning and to the pub for dinner plus Horseshoe Bay wasn't too far. 🙂 Also a great spot to base ourselves while we finished hiking the Wild South Coast Way.

Linen was an extra cost which is okay, but I did expect the beds to be made up on arrival. Did not realise that the beds had to be made up with the sheets left ready to be used until it was late, tired and bed time. Also not all the pillows available had slips on them and no extra slips were provided. Minor issues... I know.... but feed back is asked for. Would definitely revisit. A truly lovely well presented holiday space.

Close to town, beach, clubs and easy access to attractions in adjoining towns. Some of the outside solar lights outside bedroom windows a bit annoying making it seem like daylight all night long.

• Suseb06 (10/5): Ideal holiday home ìn Port Elliot - We were surprised by how spacious the house was, had everything we could possibly need, exceptionally clean and position ideal. A short stroll to shops and beach. Host was responsive to our requests and followed up with a phone call to ensure we had settled in. Will definitely stay again.

• Richelle (9/5): Perfect Family Holiday Home. - The house was warm and inviting. It was very clean and tidy and the facilities were amazing. We did not need to bring anything with us as it was all provided, apart from our personal goods. The owners were brilliant with their communication and friendly, as well as flexible. The location is perfect. Right off the main street, close to everything, nice wide driveway to park in, sensor lighting for security. Even getting access to the key was easy, especially as we arrived around 2200. The bed was not comfortable, but that is a personal preference.

• Ailsa (10/5): A Holiday to Remember - The home was very clean and it made us feel happy to be there. I liked the bright, spacious dining/living area and the huge kitchen bench for meal preparation. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. You could easily walk to cafes and also to Horseshoe Bay if you wished. We loved the closeness to Victor Harbor as the Granite Island walk always creates lovely memories. It was truly a delightful stay and we would love to do it again. The owners were very kind and ensured we had everything we needed. There was nothing I did not like. I am certain my grandchildren felt the same.

• Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay at All Seasons Pt Elliot House. The house itself is fabulous- spacious, clean and has everything you need for a great stay. Location is fantastic- only a couple of minutes to the main street and short walk/drive to the beach, and for those with young kids, a couple of minutes walk to a small playground & reserve. Fantastic property-would highly recommend!
