• sabrina (5/5): Good but staff needs to get better - The location is excellent and you get breakfast included the staff was pretty rude to me and my friend, they close the main doors at 10pm but there is no curfew - you can go in and out as you please but the night reception staff was threatening us on not letting us in if we leave past 10pm (not sure if this was a joke but did not find it funny)

• Rodney Mijael (1/5): Sucio y con cabellos y pelos por todo lado - Había cabellos y pelos en camas, toallas, almohadas, baños, pisos, etc . Me cambiaron de habitación dos veces y las dos veces las habitaciones tenían este problema me dijeron que las lavadoras no pueden sacar pelos como si esa fuera una justificación válida me parece uno de los peores lugares para alojarse fui por trabajo pero lo que menos pude fue dormir . Por un precio igual o incluso menos se puede conseguir una habitación limpia y una buena actitud del personal que no logró satisfacer una petición como una habitación limpia y sin este tipo de problemas que son realmente asquerosos pues cabellos en una almohada y en las sábanas y toallas es una muestra de falta de limpieza La actitud de los empleados al expresar mi malestar y las habitaciones sucias

Tiene varios personales de servicio a diferentes horarios el que nos recibió excelente pero de ahí en adelante las personas muy hostiles en sus repuestas nos hacían sentir como que molestabas . Las habitación 124 dolares por una habitación super pequeña SUPER pequeña .
• Jose (8/5): - 1. No cuenta con parqueadero el hotel como se oferta, tienes que buscar un parqueadero cerca donde puedas dejarlo 2. En la segunda noche al salir, el recepcionista nos obligó a dejar las llaves por " nuevas normas del hotel " donde nos pareció un poco extraño ese comportamiento.

• Michael (10/5): Excellent Stay at a Nice Hotel - This is a beautiful, old-style hotel with all of the modern ammenities. The staff were very friendly and the service excellent. The location is excellent at just a 5 minute walk to the main hiatorical area.

TV in central area was loud & unnecessary. After being on buses (with loud TV) for 8 hours it’s too much. Suggestion: Swap it for some gentle music for ambience

• Kathryn (7/5): Lovely staff, pretty building, but not that quiet. - Basic breakfast included. Room was big. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Location was good and building was pretty. Lighting in room was not great - main light was nasty white light & bedside lamps fairly dim. Noise from room above - footsteps/stomping late at night/early morning kept me up. Hairs in bedding & unpleasantly stained bath towel.
• Jessica (8/5): Cute hotel well worth the price - The hotel was great! Good location, very clean, comfy pillows, good water pressure in the shower. It was very quiet overnight. It feels very safe. We did not eat here but saw people doing so and the food looked very good. One thing to note: if you have an early morning check out to catch a flight, unfortunately you will have to wake the concierge - they sleep on-site, all of the lights in the building will be out, and all of the front doors are locked up tight. Not a bad thing, just something to be aware of beforehand.

• Steven (7/5): I was upgraded to a nicer room but it was very noisy. - I was moved to a bigger, nicer room which was unexpected. The bigger room was facing the street which made it very noisy. Also the curtains were so thin that they did not block out the lights from outside.

• Jorge (9/5): Great hotel option in downtown Cuenca - Great hotel in the middle of Cuenca. It's just 5 minutes from the center and cathedral. The staff is great specially Alberto who was really helpful and always making sure we were enjoying our stay.

Sometimes it gets noisy, morning when they start serving breakfast, sometimes people arriving and leaving at night and when they walk the wooden stairs is really noisy. Breakfast is every day the same, getting boring after a few days.

• Robyn (9/5): Excellent value for money - Great location. Good-sized, nicely decorated room that was cleaned daily. You could refill your water bottle. Because it’s in an old building and built around a central courtyard, noise carries. But they do have a strict curfew - at 10 each night, the TV goes off and the lights downstairs go out.

Noisy, sounds echoed everywhere. We booked a queen room and got a room with three small beds, awkward for a couple. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast rather limited.

• Erin (3/5): Affordable, great location, incredibly uncomfortable - We booked a ''balcony with city views'' room with 2 double beds, but were given a small windowless room with 2 single beds. When we brought this to the hotel's attention and showed them the booking.com reservation they said that's not what they could see on their end. Eventually they moved us to a bigger room with a window, but seemed annoyed about it. This room had a motion sensor light near the bathroom that could not be deactivated, and would turn on in the night anytime the person in the bed closer to the bathroom rolled over. Beds were like rocks.

They are not only very courteous and friendly but they will go above and beyond to make of your stay an unforgettable one and to try to accommodate your every need
