The Omni Nashville is precisely such a place. From the moment of arrival, we were received with the kind of grace one had begun to fear extinct. The staff — gallant on welcome, attentive throughout, and positively mournful upon our departure — conducted themselves as though hospitality were not a job description but a calling. Foremost among them stands Samantha Dundee, Loyalty Ambassador, whose warmth, wit, and uncanny knack for anticipating every want elevated our stay from excellent to unforgettable. She is, in plain terms, a treasure — and the management would do well to guard her closely. The room itself was a sanctuary: spacious, spotless, handsomely furnished, and possessed of a bed into which one does not so much climb as surrender. Sleep arrived swiftly and departed reluctantly, as all good sleep should. In short: splendid staff, splendid quarters, splendid stay. We shall return — and gladly.

She upgraded our room with an amazing view and gave us a welcoming gift with a complementary bottle of wine. We were also gifted an additional drink voucher during our stay which we used for coffees at their coffee shop for our drive back home. We also did a couples message at their spa and it was an amazing experience. We were able to fully relax and it was such a calming and refreshing facility. It was a little too cool to use their pool but I sat in their hot tub and it was relaxing as well.

Omni makes it that much better. The staff in Nashville are always welcoming and great to be around. Great location, food, and overall atmosphere. For the price range it was on point and the services were on poit as well. My wife and I enjoyed Barlines Bar in the hotel, which had a live band and outstanding drinks. The team communicated well with the timeline of room availability, offered different locations of where I could go while waiting. John was very kind and attentive when taking my luggage to store until my room was ready. The food options were a nice variety, and I was easily able to get seated quickly with friendly service. There were a lot of great spaces to work and talk with folks throughout the lobby area and second floor. I was very impressed and would recommend/stay here again.

Everything was perfect… down to the AMAZING cake their pastry chef made special for my baby girl!! Alyson Rockholt made sure everything was perfect!! Can’t thank her & the entire staff enough! No complaints whatsoever
Rebecca (9/5): Great location, can walk to all the museum’s & restaurants - The Omni is in a great location, it’s a beautiful hotel. Check in was easy. Nice lobby with places to sit & relax. Rooms were spacious & very comfortable & clean. We enjoyed the pool & whirlpool on the roof. Parking is expensive, only valet parking available at $65 per night. Taxes weren’t included in the booking.com fee.

Her name is Soher Toos, a person who likes her job and offer more attention than normal, treating us ( 4 people ) and made us feel like home. Very respectful with good manners! She was part of our good attitude to start the day!!!

G3341JLleos (8/5): Downtown nashville hotel - The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were great however there were 10 hindus there that clearly were not guests at the hotel. They were fully clothed in the hot tub, they were splashing everywhere and making noise. And they smelled terrible and were in the pool. We came across them to the hotel elevator and entrance to the pool and they did not have key cards. They were let in, twice by us because they were waiting at the door for the pool entrance.

We ate at Bob’s and it was perfect for a night in at the hotel; great steaks, the most delicious old fashioned we’ve ever had, and the bread pudding is next level mouth watering! We had breakfast at “the Kitchen” and Rasha made this feel like more than just a meal! The food was great but her customer service went above and beyond! From our latte’s made with love to our delicious fresh waffles, we couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary breakfast, mostly because of Rasha (and the amazing buffet of course too!). We will stay at Omni as often as we can!

Justin (4/5): Too many “hidden fees” clean but for rich high class! - The cleanliness and how nice it was! We paid through booking.com. The hotel said they was putting a “hold” on our card for 200$ and ended up charging my card 668$. Took me 5 people to finally have someone help me and still have not got the money returned to my card. Upon checkout they again charged another 70$ fee. We was waived this fee due to still not being able to use our debit card because they charged it so much and put us in the negative! The 70$ fees couldn’t be explained on what they was for. Just taxes and “departure fees” never in my life have I ever been charged upon departure. The parking was also 75$ per day!!! No hotel should charge for parking. The hotel was nice and mainly for “high class” folk but we will never stay here again!

meganlR7450XG (4/5): Old and rundown - I really wanted to love this place. The location is great, and the staff was pretty great too. The hotel was not. It is old and showing a ton of wear and age. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance the whole time we stayed there. There was a massive flood from a sprinkler head the day we checked in and we were not warned about it, so we stepped out of an elevator to soggy carpet and loud vacuums pulling up water and fans. The rooms were very warn. Our carpet had stains, and was torn and thread bare. There was a huge stain on the sofa and the bed skirt had several tears. Everything is very dated and worn. The seats in the bar and restaurant had cracks and tears and weren't level. For the amount of money you pay, there has to be nicer hotels available for that price. I do not recommend staying here until they do a whole hotel renovation. Thr employees weren't responsible for the flood, but it would have been nice to have been told a check in what was going on and to have been offered a discount or vouchers to make up for the issues.
KarlaJacobs (10/5): Great experience - My mom and I had a blast celebrating her 60th birthday at the Omni! Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Before even checking in, Samantha was reaching out to ensure we had everything we needed when we arrived. Valet was easy. Check in was a breeze. The restaurants were all yummy. Each of them gave my mom a complimentary birthday treat. Gary at Bob's Steakhouse was welcoming and attentive our whole meal. All of the ladies at the Mokara spa were so sweet and took great care of us!

929heidir (6/5): Inconsistent Experience Relative to Price Point - My recent stay at Omni Nashville presented a mix of strong individual experiences and notable inconsistencies that, overall, did not align with the price point. There were clear highlights. My spa treatment with Mindy was exceptional, her professionalism and skill created a truly high-quality experience. Additionally, the dining team delivered attentive and welcoming service, which stood out positively. That said, the broader guest experience lacked consistency. The check-in process felt transactional, with minimal engagement and no proactive sharing of property information or amenities. The spa experience reflected a similar inconsistency. While the treatment itself was outstanding, follow-up interactions with staff the following day, when I inquired about a lost item and considered booking an additional service, felt unwelcoming and disengaged. As a result, I chose not to rebook. The guest room and sleep experience were also below expectations. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the pillows were overly firm, which significantly impacted overall comfort. Finally, the departure experience was disruptive. Being approached by housekeeping at 8:00 a.m., followed by a second interruption from a supervisor well before the stated 11:00 a.m. check-out time, felt unnecessary and detracted from what should have been a more seamless close to the stay. In summary, while there are strong individual team members delivering excellent service, the overall experience would benefit from greater consistency, stronger guest engagement, and closer alignment with the expectations set by the brand and price point.

Cindy (10/5): Wishing we had stayed a couple of more days — lots to see and do! - The location of the Omni was terrific just a couple of blocks off Broadway in the center of lots of restaurants, entertainment, museums, very walkable and safe. We ate at the hotel’s Kitchen Notes & Bobs Steak & Chops — both excellent! If you want to try other restaurants in the area make reservations to be sure you’re able to get a table.

Dr. Krishenna M (10/5): It was a wonderful anniversary weekend! - Breakfast at Kitchen Notes was excellent—husband and I got the buffet, the front desk staff was really nice—made up for missing anniversary gift that was supposed to be in our room when we arrived but was not there with a $60 breakfast comp on our room, and the spa and its treatments were wonderful—gentlemen’s facial and Mokara facial! Love you Ms. Renee—my facial professional. We will absolutely stay again! There was a weird stain on the sofa—looked like a burn. That was the only issue.

In addition to your staff, the buffet at Kitchen Notes is always amazing and the location is perfect for entertainment venues and work.

However, the service and food at the restaurants in the hotel were outstanding! Rooms were spotless, staff was always around to help or answer any questions you had. Felecia (7/5): Check-in/Check-out Process Inconveniences - The location was ideal for the event we were attending. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The cost was somewhat reasonable given the events happening that weekend. The check-in experience was NOT good. The Receptionist who checked me in was friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, she provided me with a key to a room that was already occupied. My key did not work on the elevator or on the door. We knocked on the door and, the occupants in the room confirmed they were assigned that room. When I returned to the desk and attempted to get the situation corrected, I realized my ID had been misplaced. It had been a long day. The 2nd Receptionist would not assist me, but did offer me a bottle of water to take with me while I searched for my ID. Luckily the 1st Receptionist recognized me. She apologized for the error and corrected the room issue. She was AMAZING!! Thankfully I found my ID and I was able to make it on time to my Uber taking me to my event event. The shower was nice with great pressure. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was IDEAL for the event I was attending. We had a good night stay. The next day while preparing to check out, I received a text stating I could do a contactless check out by using the link in an e-mail. That would have been ideal because we were checking out early. Unfortunately, I did not receive the e-mail and had to go to the front desk to check out. I encountered Receptionist #2, but opted to use another attendant. I requested a copy of my receipt to confirm the fees were accurate. Overall, I would stay at the OMNI again. It is a beautiful hotel. I just hope my check-in and check out experience is less eventful. I hope my feedback is helpful.

Clean rooms that smelled fresh, plenty of amenities and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Not only that, I either got lucky or it's just very quiet and well insulated. I hardly heard any noise from other rooms or above. The staff is fantastic. Super friendly, they smile and are eager to help.
marcyb547 (6/5): Not as nice as expected - Stayed at the Omni Nashville for a business trip from 3/15-3/19(Room 843), and unfortunately this stay did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect from Omni properties. The room showed noticeable wear and a lack of basic upkeep prior to arrival. There were visible scuff marks on the walls, and the bathroom had residue (toothpaste or shaving cream) left behind from a previous guest—something that should have been addressed during cleaning. The carpet near the entry was frayed and shredded, creating both an eyesore and a potential trip hazard. Several items in the room were either damaged or not functioning properly. The lamp next to the bed was missing its dial, making it unusable, and the iron had a broken tip that ended up snagging and damaging my clothing. The chair by the window was heavily worn, and the window ledge consistently accumulated a significant amount of condensation, leaving standing water each day. Additionally, the HVAC/heat stopped working during the stay and required a maintenance visit to resolve, which was inconvenient. In the bathroom, there was also visible buildup/black residue behind the shower caddy that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Individually, these issues might be minor, but collectively they point to a lack of attention to detail and preventative maintenance. For a property at this price point and brand standard, this was disappointing. I’ve had much better experiences with Omni in the past, which is why this stay stood out in a negative way. I hope management takes a closer look at room condition and housekeeping quality to bring this property back up to the level guests expect.
pollys638 (4/5): Rude Security officer - I have had reservations in the past at The Omni Nashville & have never had a problem. In fact, everything was always very & comfortable. The staff were always helpful. This time, I stayed with a friend who had the reservation. I was sitting in the lobby with friends & was approached by a security officer who told us that we could not ask anyone for autographs. (There were country artists coming in that day). We had noticed there were some people in the lobby, who were getting autographs on guitars & other items, so they could sell them, but we were not them. A short while later, a country artist came in the lobby & was talking to people & we talked to them too. The artist was so sweet & took photos with us. Soon, thereafter, this same security guy told us that we could not be in the lobby. I told him I was a guest of the hotel & had a room key. He said it didn’t matter, that I needed to leave! He was so rude, hateful, & disrespectful, saying he’s told us before & had to chase us out several times over the past years. (Which is NOT true) I had never seen this man before in my life!! We didn’t realize we were doing anything wrong. Since when can hotel guests not sit in the lobby & visit with friends? I have never been treated so poorly by hotel staff in my life. Needless to say, my friends & I took our business elsewhere & checked into another hotel. I am a retired police officer & I don’t make a habit of causing trouble, but this kind of treatment was uncalled for!!

They had my keys and tickets under another name 😫 motel had charged my card when nothing was charged to my room. So they are returning it in 3-5 days. Beware

We chose the Omni Nashville Hotel - great decision. Perfect location, beautiful hotel, and everything you want within walking distance. The real highlight was Loyalty Ambassador Samantha Dundee, who went above and beyond to make the birthday feel special. She made us look like much better planners than we actually are. Fantastic stay - would...will absolutely come back

If they have rooms available, they don’t even consider staying anywhere else. I paid for this reservation in FULL on booking.com MONTHS in advance. The front desk couldn't see that and continued to say it wasn't paid in full. I was charged a $100.01 incidental fee (understood) and then upon checkout, I was charged another $100.01 (made no sense). Still at checkout, I was told it wasn't paid for. Someone had to assist the lady to show her where to find the booking.com payment.... I had called and spoke to someone over the phone Friday and confirmed they showed it paid. I waited until Tuesday to see if the two 100.01 charges were lifted, they weren't. I had to call the accounting department and the lady had to call the credit card processor to get them lifted, ONLY for the first 100.01 incidental fee to be lifted, NOT the second AND I was charged again for the full balance of $930.89, which made my account extremely negative. This weekend reservation was a Christmas present for my parents, and utterly a catastrophe as soon as they got there. We specifically picked this due to be one of the most highly rated and nicest hotels in Nashville, but with the experience and customer service, I can promise you - we will NEVER book again. Worst experience I've ever had with a hotel.

RecentVisitor918 (4/5): Bad Experience - They Changed My Reservation Without My Knowledge - When I tried to check in on the day of my reservation, the lady at the front desk calmly told me that I would be staying at another hotel that evening. Apparently, they could not accommodate my reservation, despite the fact that I had the confirmation and had booked it two months in advance. It was a major joke showing up to check in for them to tell me they could not accommodate me. I showed them the confirmation, and they didn’t seem to care. They just said they overbooked the hotel.
