- Dimineata (10/5): Perfect for Solo Travelers - A Hidden Gem in Westpunt!🩵 - I had an amazing stay at Nos Krusero in one of their 'container' units. As a solo traveler, it was exactly what I was looking for: the space was in excellent condition, very clean, and surprisingly comfortable. Having a parking spot included was a big plus! The location is unbeatable: • Beaches: One of the most beautiful beaches in the West (Playa Kalki / Alice in Wonderland) is just a 2-minute walk away. Two other beaches are also within walking distance. • Amenities: There is a small shop right on the corner and great restaurants nearby. The site even has its own swimming pool and restaurant. But honestly, who needs a pool when the most incredibly blue and crystal-clear ocean is right next door? • Exploration: It’s the perfect home base for exploring all the magnificent beaches of Westpunt. A small tip: Storage space is limited, so you have to be a bit creative with your gear, but for a solo traveler, it’s easily manageable. If you are looking for 'the holy peace' and a functional, well-located place, this is it. Highly recommended!

- Ilse1992 (8/5): - We hebben een prima verblijf gehad. Voor ons was de geboekte studio puur een uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen en we waren er dus alleen om te douchen en te slapen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is daarvoor aanwezig en hier is de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding ook naar. Ben je op zoek naar meer luxe en comfort, dan zouden we persoonlijk kiezen voor de grotere kamertypes. Wie weet doen we dit in de toekomst! Van het zwembad hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt, maar dit zag er mooi uit. De ligging ten opzichte van het mooie Playa Kalki is super. Het complex heeft onlangs ook een restaurant en minimarkt geopend, ideaal! De congierge en gastheer is erg vriendelijk. Als tip voor de studio; misschien een horretje voor het badkamerraam om zo wat meer te kunnen ventileren buiten de airco om.

- Sabine (8/5): - Die Lage auf der Insel und zum Strand war ausschlaggebend für die Wahl. Appartement im OG; die Terrasse wurde gerne zum Frühstück benutzt. Herrlich aso den Tag zu starten. Die Ausstattung war OK, wenn auch spartanisch; Betten gut, Klimaanlage in den SZ vorhanden. Ausstattung Küche mit Gewürzen und Salz/Pfeffer wäre wünschenswert. Wasser zum Duschen mit leistungsschwachen Durchlauferhitzer (weil's halt draußen tagsüber eh warm ist...) Fenster im Zimmer zum Lüften nicht dauerhaft öffnenbar. Beach Club mit lautstarker elektronischer, basslastiger Musik vom Nachmittag bis lange nach Beginn der Dunkelheit ist extrem störend auf der Terrasse... da waren wir bei Weitem leider auch nicht die einzigen, die das störte. Schade um die bemühte Anlage mit toller Lage bei dem Krawall in der Nachbarschaft!!!

Inside the appartment there is AC, and kitchen utensil for simple cooking (rice cooking, electric kettle, fridge, microwave, rice cooker, toaster). The matress was very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and offer me a help to make shopping since I came without my own car and the closest supermarket was 15km far away (that i have discovered only uppon arrival). The property has also swimming pool that you can use. Lovely stay, I highly recommend No remarks

Me hospedei em locais em Curaçao muito melhores pelo mesmo valor!

It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in Westpunt. Additionally it was quiet. This was perfect for relaxing and enjoying our stay. An enclosed parking space was included.

If you book a "studio with terrace garden view ground floor", you might get a container! We did, and upon arrival, the owner gave us a metal container with a strong chemical smell inside, no terrace, just a table and two chairs in the parking lot. It was not possible to stay there, we nicely asked him to reimburse us as it was not what we had reserved, he was very arrogant with us, told us that's what we had paid, cheap, and that's what we were getting, he said that we know it was a container, but truly, on the Booking.com app, it does not mention it at all...I would not have reserved a container. Very sad expericence, we lost 500$ canadian dollars, Booking.com cannot do anything as the owner does not want to reimburse us and said we knew it was a container because on is side of the system, it says! but not on ours! The pictures on the site don't even show this "studio", it is a blue storage room container! The other rooms, on the top floors looked nice, but they were full. Truly, the owner was the major problem, refusing to recognize that the description was wrong and refusing to just reimburse, at least a part of the amount and let us go. We did even make the cancelation in the app, which would allow us a partial reimbursement at that moment, and he refused that also.

Sorry! - Het strand was lekker dichtbij en de auto kon veiliig achter het hek, Dat zijn pluspunten! Ik kan helaas geen goede recensie geven. Het spijt me. De recensies die er staan zijn niet die van huurders die zoals wij een omgebouwde container huurden. Zij zullen een appartement hebben gehad. We verwachten echt niet veel en hoeven geen luxe maar de prijs voor deze container was echt te duur. De inrichting in de container was verouderd en alle deurtjes hingen scheef en konden wel een verflaag krijgen. Het zag er allemaal niet goed uit. Qua keukeninrichting vond je een paar borden en kopjes en alleen een koffiezetapparaat en een gaspitje met 1 pit met een gasbrandertje. Niet echt om iets te koken. Midden in de slaapkamer stond een koel-vriescombinatie, dat was prima (geen klacht hierover) maar maakte best veel herrie. Toen de huurder van de container naast ons vertrok, heb ik daar de waterkoker geleend zodat we in ieder geval snel water konden koken. De kraan ging defect. Deze werd wel dezelfde dag nog gemaakt. Dat was netjes. De eigenaar vertelde wel dat hij het aan het opknappen was, maar dan had hij het eerst af moeten maken en niet moeten verhuren voor sorry meer dan 70,-- per dag. We hebben ons door de foto's die er op staan laten verleiden maar in werkelijkheid waren de 3 laatste foto's die van onze container, alleen deze foto's nog beter! Als ik onze foto's nakijk dan ziet dit er niet uit zoals op deze 3. Ook de communicatie en reactietijd daarover nog niets gezegd maar die was ook niet goed helaas. Over de communicatie deze reactie terug: Aangezien u voornamelijk buiten kantooruren arriveerde en vertrok, was persoonlijk contact inderdaad beperkt, maar wij hebben steeds gereageerd zodra dit mogelijk was. Hier ben ik dus niet mee eens. Ik heb emails en apps gestuurd met vragen en als ik terug kijk/lees, word er op pas steeds laat op gereageerd of niet.

- Cynthia (8/5): Clean, safe appartment with kind staff - If you want clean, safe, simple lodgings to beach hop, this is perfect. The bed was comfy, and Im a difficult sleeper! The view is amazing, the people are kind. If you've stayed in backpacker places, you ll get this place. You don't need the AC, breeze is cool and lovely. Techno music from the nearby beach resort, but it was soft and stopped at 6 pm.

- obxjfh (10/5): Serene Beauty and Relaxation - We spent three lovely days in the container studio apts ( each had a couple). While small, they were perfect for relaxation with their covered porch/table and chairs. The pool was fun and never crowded. We had a great view of the ocean for the 2nd floor unit and an easy walk to Playa Kalki and the Playa Beach Club. Neither was crowded while we were there. Tariq and his father were most hospitable and generous with recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing. (definitely eat at Playa Forte and Isabelle off the Beach) This location was a perfect anitdote to Mambo Beach ( which we also loved) in terms of its nature, non touristy atmosphere. Great snokeling; diving too - but we don't dive. We had easy access to the upper west coast beaches, the Mtn state park and Shete Boka. Definitely recommend for a few days.

- Jasmine (3/5): Fine for a couple of days, not clean - Really nice pool, best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the apartments are not clean and very, very small. I didn’t take into account how small they would be, but that was not the problem. The floor was very dirty, every time you walked on it you were left with stuff on your feet. We got moved to a different apartment as our first one the shower was leaking everywhere and the floors were also dirty. The apartment we moved into had just been cleaned as we were there but when we got in the floor was still dirty. I ended up finding a broom and doing it myself as well as this the fridge was mouldy.
- Joseph (2/5): - Right from the start, our stay never felt right. "Check-in instructions" required us to inform the property of our ETA, which we did. Although, we didn't receive any information (we reached out earlier with some questions and didn't get a response until we reached out directly on their website) for check-in procedures which was a little unsettling. Instead, we were unsure about manually opening the gate (some heads up would have been nice). The place wasn't what we expected. And so many extra costs that were hidden: $20/day for A/C in kitchen, extra charge for housekeeping, extra charge for laundry. Things not included opposed to the add: TV, king bed was actually 2 beds side by side, no tub, ceiling fan broken in bedroom, and stove didn't work very well. When we informed the owner of our issues, he responded in a defensive matter like a bully, asking us if, "we could read" and "that's Expedia's fault". His professionalism was poor and I didn't appreciate his condescending demeanor towards my wife. There was maybe one other couple during our stay so the entire property was quite vacant. We thought we were offered to change rooms for the last couple of days to salvage our trip (lost in translation) but there was a charge required. At that point, the offer was tainted and felt out of spite, just to get a decent review. So, they doesn't actually care about their customers, just the review...

When we first arrived we had been assigned a 3rd story apartment with a beautiful view (according to my husband) I have mobility issues so I didn’t go up and through my own fault I didn’t think to mention it. They immediately made accommodations for me and put us on the ground floor. We were grateful and lucky they had another apartment available. The apartment was clean but minimalist. No t.v but we didn’t miss it. We would recommend a few more kitchen items. There was one medium pot and two pans and no mixing bowls or containers of any kind. The pool area is beautiful and well kept and the location is 2 minutes from the beach and dive shop. We would definitely go back.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good accomodation near beaches - Got the owner to arrange a taxi from the airport as we didn't want to hire a car for our stay. There is a local public bus service which is good but not frequent. We stopped at a supermarket before getting to the apartment and stocked up. We spent a week at westpunt in nos krusero. The room was clean and comfortable . Good shower, Aircon and a lovely view of the surrounding area. We were upstairs and had our own balcony,which was fantastic as it caught the breeze. We had a kitchenette and did our own cooking. Any problems we had were sorted promptly by the lovely man who works there. There are 3 good beaches, kalki, the nearest. Had a cafe . A 15 mins walk to forte beach, shingles beach but our favourite. Not busy and crystal clear water. Then piscardo beach, busy and again clear water. This is the beach where they feed the turtles. You can get food here too. Beaches get busy at weekends. We easily caught the bus into Willemstad, download the ABC app for information. It was 3 us dollars for two people one way. It's worth a look . The accommodation was just what we needed. Loads of parking for people with cars. And loads of choice of room choice. Nice pool too.
- Charles (9/5): Superb - Bathroom facilities worked well. Had good kitchen facilities for some of the rooms. Friendly staff always willing to help.Beds were pretty comfortable. Nice refrigerators. Walking distance to the dive shop and beach which took 5 minutes. The air-conditioning worked well..It had a nice parking area for people that had a car. I didn't use one however because my main purpose of being there was scuba diving and it was a short walk away. So, I saved money on not getting a rental car. I stayed in two rooms. One room had weak Wi-Fi. The other room had no problems and was strong though. If you don't have a car, there are limited places you can eat within a ten minute walk. There were more choices if you are willing to walk 20-30 minutes however. Walking 20-40 minutes was your only option if you wanted dinner that was open till 8 or 9 at night.
- Sir (8/5): As a first time visitor to this island, I got very lucky choosing to stay here! - Location! The beach access is directly across the street. 24 hours a day you can walk out your front door and enjoy the most tranquil beach location on the island. We also loved the swimming pool, and the rooms looking west have a great view. If you want, perfect perfection, spend a lot more money and stay in a fancy resort. This place has plenty of small quirky items that could be fixed up, but they are easy to overlook.

- Marinus (6/5): Nice, great views but it’s not deluxe. - Hard to describe and I’m not one to criticize but will. First overall the room was ok but a deluxe, not. Many little things. Walked in the room which was clean but fridge wasn’t plugged in, took a day to get to temperature. Patio furniture looks good but it’s not comfortable for sitting. It’s a deluxe room yet only had one lounging chair. Patio is great though, large, private and overlooking the ocean. Pool area is quaint which was ok, however the furniture was homemade wood loungers and frankly got hard after a while. Finally, a pet peeve, basically although there was internet for five of the seven days it bordered on non functional. First two days speed was fine, actually could watch a show. Last five days, no speed (1-2 mbps) and it basically shut down every 5-10 minutes. Raised the issue several times and in the end never resolved. It is the south so we are ready to expect the unexpected, u fortunately we did have some unwanted insects. We took care of it and management did say they exterminated regularly but they were still there. Overall, location was great, view is fantastic but it is not a deluxe room. Maybe for this facility but not when compared to many others.

My only issue is, I seemed to be one of 2 or maybe 3 apartments booked, all in the smallest apartments. (It was the slow season). I did book the smallest apartment, but the fact that every other apartment was empty? I got what I paid for and really what I needed. But why not upgrade a paying guest when everything else is sitting empty?
- Chiara (4/5): Expectations not met - There is an outdoor area with a small table and chairs. There’s also a drying rack which is very handy for beach stuff and snorkeling gears. The room/studio is very dated every single item is worn out or damaged (pieces of furniture, kitchen utensils). The room/studio is no more than 8sqm, we could barely open our backpack in there and we had to jump over them to make our way to the bathroom. It was also pretty dirty with hair and trimmed nails from previous guests. No basic toiletries or coffee powder is provided, considering that the next market is 15min drive it’s pretty inconvenient. The staff is nice but if you need to be patient as it’ll take hours for them to support. Price point is good but you get even less than what you pay.

We stayed in the lower and upper container, the one bedroom appartment and this time in the two bedroom appartment on the first floor. If you are not the all inclusive type then this is the place to be. Any problems that you might encounter will be solved fast and smoothly by the kind owner an active talker and his crew. We are sure to go next year again and stay in the one bedroom deluxe on the top floor.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Great location, poorly maintained rooms. - The property is located in the heart of westpoint conveniently located to diveshops, restaurants and beaches. The property is very nice and well maintained - the guy on prem was very helpful and took great care of us. The room itself is quite awful though. The door slams in the wind so you need to wedge a plastic bag to shim it up if you want any peace and quiet during your stay. The couch is dilapidated to the point it's quite painful to sit on. The bed lacked a boxspring and the mattress was beaten up as well. The bed had a plastic cover on the mattress that was covered in blood, and the sheets were about as terrible as the toilet paper. I wasn't expecting to have 1000 threadcount Egyptian cotton or 3 ply Charmin, but honestly both were pretty bad. The bathroom needed plumbing attention - the sewer gas was seeping back into the room from either the sink or the shower or both. I spent most of the time trying avoid the room, which of course anyone would - Curacao isn't indoors. But it would be nice to have a bit better accommodations when you need a rest or want to unwind at the end of the day.
- Cdebi (10/5): Great place to hang out with family and friends - This was our 3rd stay at Nos Krusero! We felt like family right from the start. We stayed on the second floor, 2 bedroom apartment. Very clean and comfortable. King sized beds in each bedroom. Probably could be twins if need be. Kitchen was well supplied. If we had a need we just asked and it was taken care of promptly.
- Kristin (8/5): Fantastic spot to enjoy the area, lots of space to relax - pool & beach access too. - This location was excellent for all beach activities, especially scuba diving ( we had a great 3 days diving with Go West at Kalki Beach only 3 minutes' walk away). There was secure parking (I highly recommend having a car if you're at this end of the island, as amenities are not close by). The pool is lovely, in the shade, which was nice as it was hot (30C+). The apartment was very clean, and air conditioning and fans worked well to cool the space. A drying rack is included - very useful for drying beach towels, wetsuits, etc. Getting keys was easy, even arriving in the evening. Host was very accessible on WhatsApp. The mattress on the bed was very firm (springs) and not at all what we are used to, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen is equipped with basics, but not much for cooking (no mixing or salad bowls, only a few pots). It would have been nice to have salt and pepper provided. Just an FYI, The deck looks out to the road and this apartment (A) is on the ground floor, which is not the best view. It's quiet, but public.

- LuvToTravel040 (10/5): Nice Apartment, Nice Location, Nice Beach! - We stayed in one of the top floor apartments at Nos Krusero for 2 weeks. The apartment was spacious & there was a lovely water/sunset view from our balcony. Abe & his son Tariq own the apartment complex & they do a great job ensuring their guests have a wonderful time. They are opening a restaurant & small supermarket on their property next door in a few months. The lovely Playa Kalki beach is just across the street. There are beach chairs, palapas & a restaurant on the beach. Playa Piskado, where you can swim with the turtles, is a 5 minute drive away. Nos Krusero is perfectly located for exploring the beaches & parks on the northern half of the island. If you're looking for a conveniently located self-catering apartment on the northern half of the island, Nos Krusero is a great choice!

- Liam (5/5): Disappointing. - The area was nice, there were some dive places around, a couple of nice restaurants, nice places to go walking and it was isolated. Check-in wasn't great, I had to wander around trying to find someone to let me in in spite of saying when I'd arrive, the person who let me into my room also basically said nothing to me about anything, so I'm not getting where the reviews saying they are tremendously helpful are coming from. On being let into the room, there were ants crawling over the sink, which were completely ignored, I get bugs in the tropics, but if you keep it clean you can avoid some of these things, the chairs outside were also really old, faded, and full of bugs as well. The room was too small for an apartment type accomodation, could just about fit the kettle on the counter and that's all. Though there are things to do in a nice area, it felt like the whole time I was there I was enjoying myself in spite of the accomodation, not in anyway because of it. You can see the awards on the wall that run up to 2019, maybe during and now after COVID they've just let it run down and it might have been nice previously, but it needs a lot of work now to get itself into a livable condition again. I stayed in a similarly priced, similar advertised place in Aruba that was just 10 times better in every meaningful way. Disappointing.

It’s only 150 meters. If you go a little further you have Forty beach and Grote Knip. Also the famous Jaanchies-restaurant is in walking distance.

Real good value for the price. There is a pool that was refreshing the one time we used it. The beds were too hard. The air conditioning in the bedroom only was included, not in the main room. The main room AC was an extra $20/day, and since it was on the third floor and had high ceilings it was not going to get cold that well. Which left us living in the bedroom , with the great AC and the too hard beds.

- Karine (7/5): Nice appartment, conveniently located for someone who wants to stay on the west end of the Island. - Nicely located property, at the west end of the island, close to some of the most beautiful beaches. It has a great parking and the property is well maintained. The appartment was clean with basic furnishing (futon, chairs, table, ceiling fan) and appliances (oven, toaster, rice cooker, fridge). There is a drying rack for clothes on the balcony and some hammocks to relax in the shade. There is an outdoor shower and faucet to clean yourself from the sand if needed. It has privacy from the street because of the concrete wall surrounding the property. There is a small pool in the backyard, with trees to get some shade. There is also an outdoor BBQ (we didn't try it, but saw some other using it and it seemed to be working fine.) Some of the appliances weren't working properly (for example only one of the burner worked on the oven, and the AC in one of the rooms leaked and couldn't stay on overnight). Sadly almost all the chairs around the pool seemed broken and couldn't be put in a sitting position. The beach Playa Kalki is right across the street. Althought it is a public beach, there is a resort being constructed nearby and they took possession of the beach. We brought our towel to sit in the sand, so we moved some of their chairs (that are all over the beach) and were told we needed to pay for the chairs or go somewhere else.

There is a nice pool with some shade and a caretaker, Jose, onsite. I love the area it is super close to Playa Kalki and Gowest dive shop and a great reef. We had a nice and relaxed stay diving.

The apartment could use some updating/cleaning though, especially with the cookware, most of which was rusty, a bit dirty, and old. The wifi was also very spotty in our apartment. The owner is very friendly and had nice recommendations for the area. The microwave was broken in our unit and he immediately responded and replaced it, which we really appreciated.

We had an upstairs apartment with a terrace overlooking the water - it was fantastic! plenty of parking behind the gates, air conditioning in both rooms( tho we didn’t need to use it). it’s a basic apartment, but you have everything you need in the kitchen (bring groceries as there are no stores in the area and all restaurants close at 7 30 pm after sunset) it was as pictures show, great property. just remember that it’s remote so very quiet after sunset
- Matthew (7/5): Prime location for your Westpunt Trip - We loved the location in Westpunt with an amazing view and just steps away from Playa Kalki. It was a short drive to all of the best beaches in Curacao, including Klein Knip, Grote Knip, and Playa Jeremi. It was also less than 10 minutes to either National Park. Westpunt is a great location for a quieter, more adventurous trip in Curacao. The back balcony was wonderful and a great place for coffee in the morning or a cold Brassa in the evening. The bedroom air-conditioning worked great and kept us cool. Wifi also works well. Things like the WiFi password weren't easily accessible on the property and we had to call to get it. The heated shower wasn't working and there isn't actually a bidet, just a detachable shower head. Lack of screens on some windows made it difficult to generate a cross breeze in the bathroom/living room/kitchen, making that room stifling hot unless you pay extra for the air conditioning there. A bedside lamp didn't have a bulb. And we weren't positive the best way to contact the host. Overall, the unit is a little dated, but it worked great for us! These smaller things didn't get in the way of us enjoying our stay in Westpunt. The location makes up for everything.

- Ivan (8/5): Very comfortable, fantastic location - Staff very friendly, the apartment is small but comfortable and has all the necessary implements. Wonderful location The are no shops close but to buy groceries. The staff isn’t available after 8pm (or at least I couldn’t get in touch with them).
- JaroslawP380 (10/5): Comfortable place in beautiful part of Curaçao - We stayed two weeks at this place and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We got second floor ocean view apartment. It was very spacious, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the very big patio with beautiful view over amazing blue water. Just across the street there is Kalki beach with great snorkeling, dive shop, sun beds and a bar. Staff is very responsive and friendly, we are already planning our next trip and hope to be able to stay at the same place.

- Ellen (5/5): Never again. 2 uur te zien - The beach. The nature in the area The noise from the swimmingpool, all night and all day long. The tap in the kitchen was leaking and made a terrible noise. I mentioned it and the said they would fix it but the didn't. The unsociable lights hurt ones eyes.
- 1streetover (10/5): Comfortable apartment near a nice beach - Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean and had a full kitchen and a nice patio. It's right across the street from a beach with decent snorkeling and swimming, plus umbrellas, other shade, and a bar. That was unexpected. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and friendly. Our neighbors were staying for 49 days. I could see doing that! Wonderful hosts. There aren't many restaurants nearby but those that are, are good. Kind of goes with the quiet atmosphere, I guess.
- H8729YIjohnj (10/5): Best Apartment in Curaçao - Once again we were fortunate enough to vacation in Curaçao this year and stayed at Nos Krusero! When we arrived February 5th it felt like we had come home! The apartment looked so beautiful, clean and ready for us and our little patio was set up waiting!!! Cannot say enough about the Abraham Family, they definitely are truly like our Family! They all go the extra mile! Location is perfect, beach across the street and a Diver’s Paradise! Restaurants close by within walking distance and a short walk to what we call “Turtle Beach”! Management and Staff are very friendly, they quickly took care of any requests we had! It is our hope to return again next winter and enjoy another wonderful vacation at our Home away from Home! Thank you Tarik, Henriks and Elaine for making our vacation truly memorable!
- Mónica (9/5): Amazing stay 😊 - The place was located just in front of Playa Kalki entrance. It was very quiet. The staff was amazing. It’s better to get there by your own car but if you have patience you can also go by bus (the bus stop is at a walking distance). There are a few places to eat nearby but they are amazing. We would choose it again without a doubt (but this time by car, not by public bus). The mattress was very soft, but nothing serious.
- Lise (8/5): Comfy and well located - The only negative comment. .Not sure why it is like that but the smell of moth ball in the kitchen cabinet is really not nice. Everything else was perfect.
