• Butch (7/5): - The location was near the party that we were attending..only problem is the room is fronting the main road so there was a little bit of the street noise made by motorcycles, otherwise everything was okay. Hotel needs some upgrade though

The choices of food are great since I stayed for 3 nights and breakfast and restaurant selection were great. parking was good and frontdesk were attentive and courteous. None at all.

• Arvin (10/5): - Close to my hometown Marikina. Close to Eastwood Libis. Close also to SM Marikina. They do offer breakfast for a fee but you need to be dressed minimum casual you cannot just go wearing slippers, shorts or jammies. Staff are friendly, hotel maintenance crew are awesome the fridge in my room is nit working and they are able to fix the issue right away I did not have to wait.

I selected your hotel because the Booking.com said it was only 250 yards from The Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan but in reality it was almost 2kms. I was really upset with this.

• Janna (10/5): Exceeded my expectations and will definitely recommend this and other Microtels. - I liked the location, spacious room, good value for money, food at the onsite resto, professional staff, very comfy beds and pillows. The safety deposit box in room 310 was not working and the fridge was plugged out of the power socket without any way to plug it back on as the furniture could not be moved. It was ok as we did not use both of them.

Bad if you need to get co - The location was near Eastwood retail sector so getting food is rather convenient. just a 10 minutes walk away. the hotel is rather run down. aircon in reception counter was dripping. Wifi was a joke, basically non-existent... In the room it showed wifi is available, but once connected, the signal keeps dropping, if you are lucky to get connected in the room, make sure to stay at one spot without moving as it will get disconnected intermittently when you move. I was there for business so connection is critical. went to the front counter to complain and the staff advised me to connect to their in-house wifi but that too was terrible. to sum it up, it will be a good option if you need to be in Eastwood area and just need a room to rest the night. Bad, very bad if you need to be connectced.

• Nazri (8/5): - Mostly clean and comfortable with surprising quiet considering the hotel is located right on a busy main road. Convenient access to Eastwood's shopping and dining options via a nearby overpass (that has its own security guard). Bedsheets were an odd plasticky material, not entirely the comfiest but serviceable enough to sleep in. I had concerns about strong fragrances/fabric softeners prior to my stay (skin allergy issues) but fortunately the hotel keeps the linens (?) fragrance free. Was surprised to find my in-room safe not only broken but almost falling off its hinges, possibly due to previous guest? Check-out inspections could be more thorough. Maintenance was great about replacing the entire safe and helping with a plumbing issue. Also note that breakfast comes as an extra charge. Hotel was mostly well equipped otherwise: fully controllable air conditioning, very cold mini-fridge, free drinking water from a dispenser in the hallway. Friendly and promptly helpful staff and security, too.

• Nathalie (8/5): It was a good short trip to Manila! Stay here if you have business near Libis area - The room was really huge for 1 person which is good. I like that it was a space to put my hand carry luggage. The food during breakfast was not bad. TV was functioning well. The hotel is also just across Eastwood via a walkway or bridge. I feel the room is a bit dark even with all the lights on - I had to open the curtains for my work calls.

• Jie (6/5): Moderate stay - The room was very big and spacious. There's a functioning fridge The lighting in the room is very dim and dark even with all the lights turned on. Shower was very weak. Toiletries provided were minimal. They staff were stingy with the towels, when I asked for an extra towel in my room (there wasn't one provided for the bathroom floor), I was asked to return a towel in exchange. No tissues provided in the room other than toilet paper. WiFi was not the best and kept disconnecting. Breakfast was passable

• Manuel (4/5): Very Noisy, old and moldy - The room was very old and up on the ceiling there was mold! Was very noisy due the fact that it is just next to the main road always very busy of cars. The breakfast buffet (paid) wasn't really nice, some of the food wasn't good! Not recommended
• Rodel (3/5): Overall poor experience! I will never stay at this hotel again. Stay away! - The location was good. It was within walking distance to the nearby mall and restaurants. The size of the room was also decent. It's a standard size space. The room had poor lighting, a broken safe, and dingy ceilings. My booking indicated that toiletries were free, but when I asked for something as simple as a box of facial tissues for the bathroom (there was a slot for a box of tissues in the wall), I was informed that tissue boxes were only for guests in suites. That was completely absurd! The broken safe that I asked to be fixed was not repaired during my stay. Also, there was a cockroach in my daughter's room.

I just wish that room rates were almost same with their UP technohub branch. I availed the same room with almost the same room rate, however, breakfast was not included compared to the UP technohub branch. So I have to pay an additional amount to avail it.

• Blanch (5/5): Acceptable but expected more. - The breakfast buffet was good and the staff is friendly. Having aircon working at the hotel was a blessing with the heat during their travel. This was a stay for two senior citizens. There were a couple of instances where the toilets were not working due to no water. The tank had to be filled manually from the tap. No resolution could be given, just that it was getting worked on. No other available rooms to be moved to as hotel was at capacity for a conference(?). Issue of telling cab drivers where the hotel is located. They also had some difficulty understanding the Australian accent as one of the travellers was Australian.

Front desk staff was busy with paperwork or computer work most of the time that they hardly acknowledge our presence when we go in and out.
