- Marija (10/5): - The apartmant is big and we are family with two teenagers .The location is perfect in very nice part of city close to centar.Employees on reception give all information on my questions regarding self check .On the day of departure we put our bags on reception until evening.They refund me deposit on my card on the day of departure.I recommend the apartment and I will come back again. Deposit eur 150 but they return it on the same day on check out.Reception is 10min in another building and works until 12:30am,after that you need to go on different adrees far away.But I did self check in and they send me virtual keys ,we arrived at night.

Mentionné comme 5 couchages alors que le 5e est un canapé pas très confortable. Un petite machine à café serait agréable :)

- Charlotte (9/5): Apartment in BCN four families! - Great position, the apartment is spacious and there is all you need. You also have a starter pack for the kitchen. We were four plus a toddler. Clean, felt like being at home! Key collection is not on site however it is well organized. Very precise with all the info and the contract. You need to think about getting keys first and if you want your luggage to be stored you have to there again on your last day. But really minor things.

Para una familia es muy cómodo y aunque sencillo, tiene lo necesario para estar unos días a gusto. La relación calidad-precio me pareció adecuada para Barcelona. Lo de tener que recoger las llaves en la recepción que está bastante lejos (al menos andando), ademas faltaba el tapón de la bañera pero bueno, en general, me pareció sencillo pero funcional. Nada grave.

- Clara (5/5): - Era lo que buscábamos: un lugar bien ubicado y no ruidoso. El apartamento estaba limpio y era cómodo La gestión: pésima. La improvisación: en ningún momento antes de la llegada se pusieron en contacto para darnos la clave o las llaves de entrada. Hicimos el checkin y, al llegar, no hacía nadie para recibirnos. Finalmente, tras múltiples llamadas nos dieron un sistema remoto de apertura pero hubo que volver a dar los datos del checkin (o los habían perdido o no lo habían registrado) Por si fuera poco las puertas de entrada no abría bien y hubo que volver a llamar. Coincidió alguien nuevo, muy amable, pero se hacía quedado solo y no sabía cómo resolverlo. Finalmente conseguí abrir

There is a big supermarket, Mercadona, just across the street where you can find everything you need. About 100 meters down the street, there is a busstop where you can take public transport to the beach and the Plaça de Catalunya, with bus number 59.

- Adi (7/5): סבירה - מקלחות עם זרם מים מעולה, מיקום טוב קרוב למטרו ולסופר. הצ׳ק אין נעשה בכתובת אחרת מרוחקת כעשר דקות הליכה מה שמאוד הקשה כי הלכנו עם מזוודות וילדים ולא התאפשרה שמירת חפצים בכתובת של הדירה עצמה. עיצוב מינימלי יש מכונת כביסה אבל מתלה כביסה קטן שלא מאפשר תלייה של הרבה בגדים, לא הייתה תבנית בתנור ולא נתנו חומרי נקיון למכונת הכביסה בכלל.

- Juvenor (7/5): Bom apartamento, com ótima localização, com necessidade de melhorias na manutenção. - Localização excelente! Próximo ao Metrô, de frente para um supermercado e com restaurantes nas redondezas. Estrutura do apartamento é boa, sem ser excepcional. Sofá-cama com problema que eu mesmo tive que resolver, senão meus filhos iriam dormir desconfortavelmente. O banheiro fica dentro do quarto, sendo então que as pessoas que dormem na sala têm que entrar no quarto para utilizá-lo. Isto é bem ruim, principalmente à noite.

- Rafael (1/5): Nunca me había ido tan mal - No pudimos dormir y descansar bien a las seis de la mañana vino un hombre llamando con mucha insistencia a la puerta diciendo que una de las tarjetas estaba mal ,no abri no son horas de venir a molestar un huésped,a las ocho otro hombre ,decía que venía a impeccionar la limpieza tampoco le abrí le dije que eso se hace cuando nos fuéramos ,"hay en ese apartamento pasa algo raro "si esto le pasa a unos ancianos a saber que les hubieran echo

- Nuggeily (1/5): - Buena ubicación Tienen en la publicación que es un apartamento para 5 cuando NO, al llegar, el supuesto sofá cama no es sofá-cama, es solo sofá, no se reclina no se mueve no hace nada, ni si quiera es cómodo para apañarse. Al llamar a la propiedad no nos dieron ninguna solución ni respuesta, simplemente dijeron que era así y ya. Dormimos los 5 super incómodos porque aparte la cama “matrimonial” no es matrimonial, son dos camas individuales pegadas SEPARADAS que se abren y es muy incómodo, no dormimos
- Kirsten (3/5): Not a good stay - I didn’t like that the check-in was a half mile from the property and I had to drag a heavy suitcase 0.5 miles to the apartment after check-in. Once I got to the apartment building, the key cards I was given didn’t work and I had to wait 30 minutes for new keys to be given to me before I could access the apartment. The next morning when I checked out of the property, the elevator didn’t work at all and I stood there for over 10 minutes pressing the button but it wouldn’t light up. So I had to drag my heavy suitcase down three flights of stairs because I was on the 3rd floor of the building. I broke a wheel off my nice suitcase in the process and now have to replace the entire bag.

- Sabrina (8/5): Estancia muy confortable - La amplitud del apartamento. Constaba de 2 habitaciones amplias con su correspondiente baño. Cocina americana con un salón bien de tamañan. La decoración muy minimalista y austera, pero, para mí, no es necesario a veces más, sobre todo si vas a estar sólo para dormir y poco más. Está super céntrico y tiene una parada de metro a 2 minutos a pie. Al lado un mercado local y supermercados, tienes, restauración... No es que sea un PERO pero para que se tenga en cuenta. La recepción donde recoger la llave está como a 5 minutos a pie del alojamiento
