Guest Reviews
- Theresa (9/5): - Clean. Staff very helpful Wish pool and hot tub were all season
- David (8/5): WMSP ANUAL - Clean, comfy, very friendly, helpful staff. I was there for WMSP annual meeting and the facility was very accommodating. The food was very good. I also went to the lounge that evening and had dinner and drinks. Again, very good food and wonderful staff. I had to leave Sunday.
- Morgan (5/5): Hot tub was amazing, everything else...not. - The outdoor hot tub. Our room was very dusty. You could see it all over everything. The bed was mid. Not very comfortable at all. There were sounds of doors slamming all through out the night, disturbing our sleep. I truly dont think this hotel was worth almost $200. We checked out the Woodfield Inn, the price was $90 for the night and it met every expectation. Ill chose to stay there next time and save my money for a better experience.
- Jan (8/5): prima - Bar hot tub was dicht
- Tina Cynor (8/5): -
- Chris (7/5): - clean, quite food was good heater in room had frost on it and the thermostat was very loud clicking on and off at night woke us both up few times
- Bernie (8/5): -
- Dennis (9/5): - Really good restaurant. Beds were hard

- Diane (10/5): Quiet, comfortable stay. - It was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.
- Edwards (9/5): -
- Aŕthur (9/5): -
- Wayne (8/5): - The breakfast was not up to our expectations based upon previous stays. The breakfasts were very good previously.
This time items that should have been hot were lukewarm to cold and the scrambled eggs besides being barely warm
were "rubbery" in texture. Rather disappointing.
- Brenda (10/5): -
- Catura (1/5): Booking.com lied to me - We did NOT STAY THERE!!!
- Sarwang Parikh (8/5): -
- Randy (9/5): Nice comfortable stay - Room and bed were very comfortable. Had the Oriental Chicken Salad for dinner - very good! All staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent - quite a few choices, but nothing spectacular. Overall, my stay was very good. Didn't realize that the wall thermostat wasn't functional, so struggled with that for a bit before trying the larger unit by the window, which did work.
- Richard (10/5): - Quiet staff was great
- Charles (10/5): - Quiet
- Terri (10/5): - Wonderful stay!
- JAMES (10/5): - Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.
- Richard (10/5): - Friendly staff good food options easy parking
- Leiann (8/5): - The hotel was very nice. We were a bit disappointed that the restaurant on site was closed on Sunday since this was the day of our stay. The outdoor pool area was beautiful! One of the hot tubs and the sauna were temporarily out of order, but the pool, other hot tub and fire pit were lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.
- Carole (10/5): - Free drink in the bar
- Brian (10/5): - Outdoor pool, hot tubs and sauna were great. Excellent restaurant. Very clean room.
- Janalee (8/5): - The restaurant food & service were great!
- Mathew (6/5): - Room smelt musky. Like it didn’t have any fresh air circulating in it. Or it wasn’t used much. It was clean though. Was up for the weekend for a family wedding. All other members of my family that stayed there had the same complaint about the odor of the rooms.
Complementary breakfast was no worth having.
Hotel was average or slightly above compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at.
- Richard (10/5): - Easy check in great food and drink at restaurant staff is very friendly
- Susan (10/5): - Excellent room, service, parking and great for leisure relaxing
- Laura (6/5): - Guy at desk could care less that I had gold status. His comment was- you booked through a third party and didn’t care what I was saying. Never even went over breakfast hours or where it was. I had to ask. The outside of hotel looks terrible. The inside is fine.
- Bobby (8/5): Great Room - We stayed 2 nights for a family gathering. The hotel room was very nice. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom nice and big. Continental breakfast filling.
We would definitely book a room here again.
- Ellen (8/5): - We liked the outdoor fire pit, hot tub, and pool. Things were a little wore in the room, but overall pretty clean. Quiet when we were there too.
- james (9/5): Overall is was great. - Very clean ,quiet and great location. I didn’t care for the breakfast.
- Suslovitch (8/5): This is the 3rd time we have stayed here while visiting family. The experience has been consistent, with the exception o - Outdoor space is beautiful and restaurant and bar provide good food/good value and convenience Disappointing that sauna and one hot tub are not working and it doesn’t seem like they have plans to fix/replace anytime soon
- Michelle (10/5): The best - Wish we were going to be in town longer, great hotel to stay at
- Linda (10/5): - Staff are very friendly and helpful. Property including restaurant and pool area is very nice. Would definitely stay again when we are in the area
- Barb (8/5): - The hotel staff was wonderful and the room and courtyard were nice. The beds were comfortable. The only downside is the hotel was doing some minor maintenance and there was a horrible smell in the hallway.
- Richard (10/5): - Clean very quiet good food
- Karen (8/5): Great room but the tub needs to be replaced. - Nice, clean room and amenities. The bathtub was horrible. The enamel finish was peeling off and discolored in several places and didn’t look very appealing to use for a shower. Definitely needs replaced.
- janelle (10/5): - Our stay was on a Sunday night and, unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed. However, the very friendly and helpful front desk clerk pointed us in the direction of an amazing local sports bar.
- Andrea (7/5): -
- Laura (10/5): - Great breakfast. I did have a billing issue. But I don’t know if that is the hotel‘s fault or Expedia‘s fault. I had reserved one room for one night. I woke up to my Discover credit card alerting me that I was being charged $351 for another room for two nights. I had to call Expedia. They called the hotel and it was rectified. But it was upsetting.
- Laura (10/5): - Nice restaurant and bar. Great breakfast. Bed was great!
- Amy (10/5): - Great stay & court yard was beautiful! Staff very friendly!
- Tanya (10/5): -
- Kent (10/5): - Great service
- Jeffery & Hollie Trice (10/5): -
- Beata (10/5): - The hotel is conveniently located, the front desk staff is nice, but not necessarily nice at breakfast, the rooms are nice but need cleaning, ours smelled bad.
- Nienaber (8/5): Very good -
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shane (8/5): Best you're going to get it in Marshfield - Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly, the elevator tells jokes Value for money isn't great but they exist in a town with literally no quality competition.
- Alan (10/5): Exceptional - Great food Price too high
- Wayne (10/5): Always stay at the Hotel Marshfield when appointments at Marshfield Clinic are scheduled. -
- Erin (10/5): - .
- Patricia (10/5): - Everything about my stay was wonderful! Very clean, quiet, excellent restaurant and friendly staff.
- Tina (10/5): - Great
- Sue (2/5): - The beds were quite possibly the hardest beds I have ever had to sleep on. I booked for 4 nights and only ended up staying for 3 because I could not physically take sleeping in that bed any longer. The room smelled like mold and musty. I will never book at that hotel again.
- Joseph (10/5): - Nice room. Great breakfast.
- Susan (6/5): - Way in the back with a guy in a wheelchair Too far for breakfast
- Susan (8/5): Nice hotel - Large, comfortable rooms, beautiful pool area. BF pretty nice. A bit out of town
- Jami (8/5): Trip to WI - Overall, the hotel was good. However, the tub was all chipped up and broken. We played a towel down so we could shower. It’s definitely time for the hotel to do some remodeling.
- Cora (9/5): Lovely quiet place to stay at the edge of town. - Very quiet and conveniently located (for us, visiting family)at edge of town. Breakfast was good, and restaurant menu looked good though we didn’t get to take advantage of it. Outside was not flashy but a very nice interior with good amenities. No negatives really, but if you are looking for something closer to downtown this is not it.
- Thomas (9/5): Was good - Staff was terrific Bar and restaurant were both closed at 8 pm
- Tina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patricia (6/5): Pleasant -
- Otto (10/5): - Nice
- Sara (10/5): Best hotel in marshfield - Best hotel in marshfield. Staff was friendly. Rooms and hotel were updated and clean. Pool was closed for winter but hot tubs and sauna were still running and it was very refreshing to be in a hot tub in the middle of a snow storm. Breakfast had lots of options. Only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 on updated is cuz the sauna and hot tub need to be fixed up a bit. Will definitely be booking here on our next dr visit.
- Erin (7/5): Good -
- Christina (10/5): - Great staff and clean rooms 😊
- Barb (8/5): - The hotel was clean and comfortable. There were some stains on the ceiling in the bathroom; possibly mold but not sure. The fridge in the room made some noise, but not bad enough to complain about or lose sleep. Breakfast was quite good. Staff at front desk were friendly. Ample parking.
- Patrick (8/5): Very good -
- Charles (9/5): Superb -
- pam (10/5): - Best place to stay in Marshfield
- Heidi (8/5): - Great hotel! We love the outdoor hot tub! Only thing is that the beds are VERY from! Not my preference. Otherwise clean and comfortable.
- James (10/5): - Seriously one of the nicest mid range hotels I've stayed in. Staff was accomodating. Room was clean and quiet. Room service was prompt with hot food. If I've got to be away from home on business this is the kind of establishment I want to stay in.
- Barbara (9/5): Vicki at the front desk was helpful, the bed was comfy and I was glad there was an extra blanket. The breakfast was plen - It was beautifully decorated, room was spacious and the restaurant was very good! They didn’t fully explain how to use the inroom heating system with keycard. I called and someone did come to help resolve the situation.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Easy check in check out, bathroom are slightly out dated and mattress had hard wiring on outside, made it slightly uncomfortable getting in and out of bed. Enjoyed the convince of have a nice restaurant in the hotel and how you were close to things but not stuck right in the center of town.
- Michael (10/5): Beautiful and clean hotel, lovely staff. - The hotel was clean, the front desk employee was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, the breakfast was really good, and the interior was beautifully designed and well-kept. The outside could use updated. My heart sunk when I pulled in because I thought maybe we had been duped. Literally, that's it, though. If you can make it past the ugly, outdated exterior, you'll be glad you stayed.
- Diane (9/5): Would definitely stay here again - Breakfast was excellent.
- Rebecca (8/5): Very good - Comfortable beds Automatic mobile key let me in back door but not my room. Had to go to front desk to get a key card. Should have just done that anyway
- David (8/5): Very warm welcoming place to stay - I thought the breakfast service was awesome I did not stay for dinner was here to meet family the room was very quiet the hotel was very clean even though they were meetings you never knew they were even there place was so quiet the staff was great everyone was very friendly The only thing was that there were no USB ports in the hotel rooms not that that's a big deal it was just something I thought was strange
- Tiffany (7/5): Good -
- Neitzel (8/5): Very good -
