- Ahlem (2/5): Horrible ! - Uniquement la localisation Catastrophique ! Il faut savoir que l’annexe et loin de l’hôtel de ce fait pour le petit déjeuner c’est n’importe quoi. En UNE SEMAINE le ménage n’a été fait qu’une seule fois, c’est sale ! On a dû réclamer plusieurs fois de remplir le shampoing le papier toilette on doit courir derrière le personnel pour avoir des serviettes c’est indécent ! Plus jamais le ménage qui n’a été fait qu’une fois est bâclée, le personnel me dit clairement que ce n’est pas leur problème. On nous avait promis un changement pour l’hôtel et non l’annexe cela n’a jamais été fait. Je regrette énormément cela a gâché notre séjour. Le seul réel point positif la localisation ainsi que la machine a laver dans l’annexe ça s’arrête la ! Aucun choix au petit déjeuner uniquement des tomates et concombre coupe, pas de sucre des frites froides des boissons chaudes et jus dégueulasse. C’est la dernière fois je ne le recommande à quiconque. Leur priorité est la rentabilité et non la satisfaction.

In baie am fost continuu inundații, desi am spus asta inca din prima clipa de la intrarea in camera, a venit cineva sa verifice, nu au sesizat nimic…uite asa am stat noi intr-o baie plina de apa pe jos! Mult prea scump pentru calitatea camerei! Curatenia a fost facuta la misto, inclusiv atunci cand ne-au fost înmânată cartela pt luarea camerei in primire

Завтрак и чистая постель немного скрасили тот мрачный номер) На стенах следы от обуви, шторы грязные страшно трогать, после душа все в воде, оказалось что одного стекла в душевой нет) фен коричневого цвета от старости. Лифт страшный только чемоданы отправлять, так как для одного человека)

- Bahar (3/5): Ok voor prijs - De lakens waren schoon. Bij vragen werden we na telefonisch contact snel geholpen. De kamer werd dagelijks netjes schoongemaakt. De verwarming stopt automatisch om 9.00 uur. De airco van andere kamers maakt te veel lawaai. De kamer was veel te klein voor vier personen. Er lagen slechts drie handdoeken in de badkamer terwijl we met vier personen waren. De badkamer is erg verouderd, wat geen hygiënisch gevoel geeft. De haardroger is oud en vuil.

- Yusuf (1/5): - Sehr zentral Ich war bereits zweimal in diesem Hotel – einmal im Sommer und jetzt noch einmal in den Herbstferien. Im Sommer war ich sehr zufrieden, aber leider kann ich das für meinen Aufenthalt im Herbst nicht sagen. Der Boden im Zimmer war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr schmutzig. Natürlich verstehe ich, dass nicht jeden Tag gesaugt oder gewischt werden kann, aber in den wenigen Tagen, die wir da waren, wurde der Boden kein einziges Mal wirklich sauber gemacht. Am schlimmsten fand ich jedoch die mangelnde Hygiene im Bad. In der Dusche lagen noch Haare von den Gästen davor, das WC wurde offensichtlich nicht gereinigt (das Hygienesiegel hing zwei Tage lang unverändert dort), und das Waschbecken war auch nach der angeblichen Reinigung noch verschmutzt. Außerdem tropfte ständig Wasser aus der Toilette, wodurch der Boden nass war und unangenehm gerochen hat. Der Boden im Bad wurde ebenfalls nie gewischt – ich musste schließlich selbst mit feuchten Tüchern nachhelfen. Zusätzlich gab es für drei Personen nur ein Badetuch, was für uns völlig unverständlich war. Ich bin wirklich kein schwieriger Gast und mache mehrmals im Jahr Urlaub, aber Sauberkeit und frische Handtücher sollten selbstverständlich sein. Fazit: Leider diesmal sehr enttäuschend. Ich kann das Hotel nach dieser Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen.

У вас сложится не совсем приятное впечатление об отдыхе. - Расположение: близко ко всем транспортным узлам: метро, автобус, пристань Приветливые сотрудники Удобные матрасы Ремонт более, чем старый. Я понимаю, что это старое здание, но хотя бы плитку заменить и сделать нормальное освещение, поменять фены, полочки в душе, сантехнику, душевые, двери. Белье стирают, но оно все равно в дырах и со старыми пятнами. Не было полотенец из-за того, что они не успевают высыхать. Завтраки: сомнительно. В один из трех дней был хороший, в два других видимо повар был другой. Кофе ужасный, лучше без него. Из автоматов страшно пить, неизвестно, когда их меняли последний раз.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Simple short stay - Room condition is ordinary. Next to bathroom sink has an electric charger but the position cannot be utilised. Weird! So which means only one charger at the bedside for use. TV has no signal! Bathroom floor condition is super slippery. Please be careful. No amenities except shower & shampoo with no indication. That’s 60 euros/nite for November. A whole row of 10+ hotels with different pricing next to this one. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Take your time to choose.

I have never stayed in this dirty room . Room and bathroom smell very bad, moldy. I told about this problem to reception but they did not do anything. I stayed in this hotel before one year ago , room was clean, but now hotel changed, they don’t clean the room no changing towels, I would not recommend to stay here . And our room calls deluxe , it’s ridiculous.

Outdated furnishings, a malfunctioning TV, poor internet, and a lingering unpleasant odor from the mattress and pillows characterize this hotel. Additionally, the broken bathroom fixtures and the absence of privacy windows facing the street contribute to an overall unsatisfactory experience. We didn’t had our breakfast because of far distance from the main building.

- Jasenka (9/5): Perfect location - Perfect location close to everything. Tram station is 5 min walk, Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet 10 min walk. Also close to Misir carsi and Eminonu port from where you can take ferry to all important places. Close to hotel there is a lot of restaurants and shops. Breakfast could be a little bit better, but it is good value for money. Rooms are cleaned every day and towel changed. Staff very nice and helpful for everything you need.
- Dejan (3/5): disappointed with the hotel stay - the location of the hotel is ok and the buffet breakfast is correct, but I was very disappointed with the room and the gentleman who works at the reception. I had booked a deluxe triple room of 30m2, and they placed me in the attic in a room of 20m2. when I turned to the reception, they answered rudely and arrogantly "that we have that room and nothing can be done" disastrous room and uncultured receptionist
