• Florian (8/5): Bien, mais des points a revoir et des ptits travaux à faire. - Assez proche de la mer et piscine à pieds. Compter 5/10min de marche en fonction de lappart, ils ne sont pas tous près de la mer/piscine, ils peuvent etre sur la presqu'ile du port, voir les photos vues du ciel. (Maps, etc.) Plusieurs supermarchés à 10min en voiture, quelques restaus et petits magasins directement au port. Parking ouvert, mais proprietaire avec simple barriere automatique. (Presqu'ile) Le lieu est veillissant baignoire abimé, pas de rideau de douche, pas d'accroche de pommeau, la piscine surveillée fait un peu la tête, bonnets de bain obligatoires. Reception des clés entre 15 et 18h. Visite de l'appart en 2min top chrono, pas d'info sur les alentours, ni le rangements des vélos, ni des poubelles, bref c'est baclé. Double des clés fourni, ca c'est agreable. Quartier safe, mais parking pas ultra securitaire.
• Jens-Michael (9/5): Erholsamer Strandurlaub am Meer in guter Lage! - Sehr gute Lage direkt am Jachthafen und nicht weit entfernt vom Strand. Gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit zwei Balkonen und Schlafzimmern und eigenem Parkplatz. Der Service ist sehr gut und die Rezeption für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt.
• Steffen (7/5): Super schöne Anlage mit paar Einschränkungen - Die Ferienunterkunft war super schön groß und sauber!! Garten für unseren Hund schön groß und direkt am Haffen,wunderschön Der Pool ist in die Jahre gekommen und nur mit Badekappe zu beträten laut Schild am Pool!!! Wir waren Ende August da und es waren kaum Geschäfte offen,aber totalem sehr schön dort alles gemacht. Was uns nicht gefallen hat das man dort lauter private Strände hat und wenn man dort keine liegen kaufen möchte sollte man da auch nicht baden!! Tut mir leid das haben wir nicht verstanden,für was muss ich das Bändchen tragen!!! Also man kann ja wohl auch ohne liege baden!! Also muss man bisschen weiter laufen wenn man keine liege möchte wo man dann baden kann!! Alles in einem würde ich sagen schön es mal gesehen zu haben aber weniger für Touristen gedacht eher für die einheimischen, es ist zur unserer Zeit nur 5 % Touristen gewesen. Die meisten verstehen nur Italienisch dort.

• Jenny (6/5): - Anlage am Hafen ist nett gestaltet. Sehr schlecht ausgestattete Küche, keine Schüsseln, Pfannen vom Flohmarkt, Deckel passen nicht auf Töpfe, kein Toaster usw. Im Wohn- und Aussenbereich fehlen Sitzkissen, Spiele usw. Die Umgebung ist sehr laut, die nahegelegene Zugstrecke ist stark befahren. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht.

• Melanie (9/5): - Als erstes möchte ich das super freundliche Personal erwähnen, Ob an der Rezeption,, Pool oder Mitarbeiter. Alle waren super nett. Wir waren am Anreisetag früher da als erwartet, wir haben um 10.00 Uhr eingecheckt und hätten alles schon benutzten dürfen , ausser das Apartment erst um 15.00 Uhr. Wir wollten dann die Zeit damit verbringen alles zu erkunden, dann eine halbe Stunde später bekam ich einen Anruf, wir könnten das Apartment jetzt schon beziehen. Wir wurden zum Apartment gebracht und uns wurde alles gezeigt, auch eine Flasche Wein gab es zur Begrüßung. Zu der Buchung gehören 2 Fahrräder die man die ganze Zeit kostenlos benutzen durften, wir waren allerdings zu 6 und wollten einen Tag eine Fahrradtour machen , wir wollten 4 Fahrräder dazu buchen und bekamen sie für den Tag kostenlos. Es ist alles dort vorhanden, Restaurant, mini markt und noch einige Bars und Läden. Man fühlt sich gleich dort wie im Urlaub mit den Palmen und den Hafen vor Ort. Das Apartment ist sauber und wir hatten einen Garten mit Blick auf den Hafen. Die Apartments sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Fassade brüchte mal wieder einen neuen Anstrich, aber das sind alles Kleinigkeiten die uns nicht gestört haben. Zum freien Strand Cattolica sind es etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Mir persönlich hat etwas die Stimmung am Pool gefehlt, ein bisschen Musik oder Animation wären schön gewesen, aber auch das ist Geschmackssache.
• Thomas (8/5): - Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die ganze Anlage, insbesondere der Poolbereich hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Die Bilder in der Beschreibung sind sehr wohlwollend.
• Szabolcs (8/5): - A szállás nagyon különleges, szép helyen található. Egyedi varázsa van a kikötőnek, ahová az erkélyről kinéztünk. A nappali és a hálószobák nagyon kényelmesek, minden igényt kielégítettek. A fürdőszoba is mindennel felszerelt, amire szükségünk volt. A konyhai eszközök tekintetében voltak hiányosságok. Nekünk rendkívül hiányzott egy mikrohullámú sütő, de azért igyekeztünk megoldani a hiányát. Jó lett volna egy kenyérpirító. Hiányzott egy sajt reszelő, illetve nem volt merőkanál. Bár szép helyen volt található az apartmanunk, de a saját tengerparti strandtól a legtávolabbi helyen. A medence tőlünk szintén nagyon messze volt, bár miután kötelező úszó sapka használattal lehet igénybe venni, (amit nem jeleznek a leírásban) nem is használtuk, hiszen nem akartunk 30 fokban kültéri medencében úszósapkában nyaralni.

• Michaela (6/5): - Wohnanlage macht sicheren Eindruck. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider Wohnung sehr laut, einmal direkt neben Bahngleis, Partyarea in ca. 500 m Entfernung am Strand- Musik sehr laut manchmal bis 4 Uhr morgens, Flugzeug Landeanflug / Flughafen Rimini direkt über Wohnung. Toll war die Lage Nähe Meer, Fahrräder zum kostenlosen Verleih, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, Hafen nah.

Manque un aspirateur, Manque une table et chaises sur la terrasse supèrieure

• elona (1/5): - Nulla. Il fatto che ho scelto un appartamento e mi sono trovata con un altro completamente diverso. Una volta fatto presente il venditore ed una delle dipendenti ci ha detto che la struttura non conosce le foto che mette Booking, quindi in poche parole tu compri una cosa e ti ritrovi con un altra. L' appartamento sembra la stanza della servitù con tutto il rispetto per la servitù.

• Bart (8/5): ideaal voor een rustige vakantie. - Ruim appartement, 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Gratis fietsen. Afgesloten parkeerplaats Het zwembad is aan een opfrissing toe. Het ligt een beetje afgelegen van winkels en wandelpromenades.

• Stanislav (8/5): Pekné ubytovanie v malej turistickej lokalite. - Dobre vybavený apartmán, pračka, umývačka, klimatizácia a hlavne 2 kúpeľne. Bazén aj blízkosť pláže je super. Fotky na Bookingu nezodpovedajú realite, budovy a ich fasády sú výrazne špinavšie a staršie ako na fotkách. Našťastie apartmány sú veľmi pekné vo vnútri. Tiež nie sú v popise uvedené všetky fakty správne, odporúčam si prečítať informácie priamo na ich stránke (balkńy resp. terasy nemajú všetky apartmány rovnaké, klimatizácia je za poplatok, ak nie je apartmán objednaný priamo na ich stránke a pod.) Občas nefungovala wifi, ale po nahlásení to niekto asi opravil. A veľký pozor kde budete parkovať, lebo ak v podzemnej garáži, tak tem nám padla na auto omietka zo stropu (ale všetko sa promptne riešilo, nebol s tým žiaden poroblém).
• Louise (1/5): Be careful, dont believe in the pictures - The pictures of the appartment are very nice, but be careful, you are not sure to become an appartment that looks like that - but you pay the same. Nice to have the car in a garage. Nice with free sunbeds at the pool. We booked an appartment for 6 persons with seaview, but there is’nt seaview from 1. floor. The balcony is not the one at the pictures. We had a tiny small balcony with only 4 seats and no sunbeds/loungefurnutures. It took almost 10 min to walk to the pool. The pool is very dirty and old, not like the pictures. You have to wear hats in the pool. If you dont want to rent sunbeds on the Beach, you can only sit on the rocks, it is forbidden to lay down your towel og beach-bag on the sand. The free bikes are’nt safe. Be careful with the garage, it is a very old system. The keys are heavy.

• josephine (9/5): Lovely stay - Very very clean. Two bathrooms which was a bonus. Two large terraces. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely beaches which aren’t as expensive as other areas of Italy. The only complaint (which is to do with the structure of the development) was the noise from the trains. You can’t sleep with the windows open.

• Brand (6/5): - Die Umgebung Porteverde Beach ist wunderschön. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die vielen Boote. Fußläufig hat man den Strand erreicht genauso wie Restaurants und Cafés. Die Ausstattung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Matratzen haben leicht nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen. Es gab viele Kleinigkeiten die nicht mehr so schön waren. Unser Appartement war im Erdgeschoss, es war sehr laut in der Umgebung, vor allem das Garagen Tor, und die Eingangstür wurde nur sehr selten leise zugemacht. Wer ruhe sucht findet sie dort nicht.

• Silvia (7/5): Nettes Ambiente - Großes Appartment mit zwei Balkonen, sauber, ruhige (und sichere) und ansprechende Lage am Hafen zwischen cattolica und Misano. Tiefgaragenplatz inkl. - mit Dachbox für uns leider nicht nutzbar, hatten alternativen Stellplatz erhalten. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in den Nachbarorten. Straßen- und Eisenbahnlärm vor dem Schlafzimmer. Die Appartments liegen NICHT am Pool, das hatten wir scheinbar überlesen und der Pool durfte nur mit Badekappe benutzt werden (haben wir deswegen nicht genutzt und sind lieber direkt an den Strand gegangen). Großer Schlüsselbund notwendig - drei Schlüssel für's Appartment (Tor, Haustür, Appartment) sowie Tresor, Schranke und Tiefgarage...war eher lästig und lässt sich vielleicht verbessern.

• Stefan (8/5): - Der nahe Strand und das geräumige Apartment. Teilweise waren andere Gäste zu laut.
• René (7/5): - Die Anlage an sich hat mir gut gefallen. Die kostenpflichtigen Restaurants sind gehoben und der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter haben uns sehr gefallen. Der Poolbereich ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig und vermittelt keine eingeladene Atmosphäre. Es sieht alles sehr ungepflegt und abgenutzt aus. Die Fotos sind komplett mit den Computer bearbeitet! Der private Strandabschnitt ist auch nicht sonderlich einladend und von hässlichen Hochhäusern umgeben. Man muss auch wissen dass man an diesem Strand und auch an dem großen Abschnitt in Rimini nicht mit Handtüchern im Sand liegen darf und gezwungen ist für viel Geld Liegen zu mieten. (3 Liegen + 1 Schirm ca. 25,- pro Tag)
• Monika (8/5): Piękny widok. - Przepiękny widok na port. Możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów bezpłatnie. Bardzo słychać pociągi, czasami przez to budziliśmy się w nocy. Podłoga w obiekcie była zakurzona przez co brudziły się stopy. Mało garnków do gotowania. Brak kuchenki mikrofalowej. Płatna hotelowa plaża.

• Kristina (7/5): - We lived in a cottage, there was a lot of space, very quiet around, cool in the rooms. The yard is fenced on all sides, so with two small children it was quiet that they would not run away anywhere. The children really liked the pool, because it was separate and shallow. The sea is also nearby, the coast is beautiful if you find an area without shells. Many restaurants, a small shop for the most necessary goods. The house is very old and needs renovation inside and out. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee. If you are going to the beach, I recommend bringing your own extra large towel. You can only use the pool with a swimming cap, we brought our own because it was cheaper. The biggest problem was the ants in the house. We went to buy poison and sprayed the whole house every few days, because otherwise they would crawl into all the rooms, especially the kitchen.

• Micael (10/5): - Die Wohnungen waren wirklich sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Für Autos hatte es genügend Platz und war sehr sicher. Die nähe zur Rennstrecke in Misano ist super. Leider war kein Lift vorhanden, die Treppen hoch mit dem Gepäck und mit Kindern ist leider nicht sehr ideal.

• Réka (10/5): Fantasztikus. - Mindenki nagyon kedves volt, a személyzet segítőkész. Bármire szükségünk volt gyalog mindent elértünk. 1 hét alatt sose kellett használnunk az autókat. A szállá pedig csodálatos.

• Guest (9/5): - We arrived late in the evening, but someone was waiting for us with the keys and kindly let us into the apartment. The location of the accommodation was amazing, with a lovely view from the terrace to the harbor area. The apartment was basic, but spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was clean but a bit old-fashioned, not exactly what the pictures showed when booking, but good. A parking space was provided. A bottle of welcome wine was a nice gesture! The swimming pool was within walking distance. The beach is quite close, too, but it was not mentioned that they charge 5€ per person/day for the sunbeds. Given the time you spend there, it is pretty expensive for a family of 4. We would like to have had the information that wearing swimming caps in the swimming pool is mandatory before making a reservation. These should have been mentioned in advance. It would have been great to have pictures of the apartment you are booking, not just some random examples. I was also missing basic household cleaning supplies (dishwasher tablets (not just two pieces), dishwashing liquid, cleaning brush, and/or vacuum cleaner).

• Michal (8/5): Pohodová dovolená - Měli jsme pronajatý prázdninový domek - vilu, naprostá spokojenost. Vila je prostorná, posezení na dvorku má výhled na na lodě. Parkování je hned u vily za uzamykatelnou brankou (pro dvě standardní auta) a ještě podzemní garáž, které pojme jedno další auto. Z vily je to na pláž pěšky asi 15 minut, k bazénu asi 10min. V resortu byl klid, ani v červnu nebylo v resortu moc lidí. I když je resort docela velký, jen pár obchodů bylo otevřených. Blízko resortu je mořské akvárium (5 min autem, doporučuji) a akvapark (15min autem). Personál byl v pohodě. V pátek večer byl otevřený mini zábavní park pro děti - skákací hrad, autodrom (doporučuji). V resortu je několik restaurací a bar. V dojezdové vzdálenosti markety Lidl, Spar a Conad (ten doporučuji). Pláž - je za vysoký poplatek, chtějí 25€ za 2 lehátka+ slunečník, pokud potřebujete 4 lehátka, cena za pár dní vyletí na 200-300€. Bazén je v pohodě, jediné, co by se dalo zlepšit je čistota okolo bazénu, místy prorůstala tráva... Popelnice - pozor, popelnice na smíšený odpad se otevírají kartou (dají vám ji po příjezdu), není to úplně jednoduché na to přijít (nutné pžiložit kartu kódem ke čtečce a počkat) a dopředu nám to moc nevysvětlili. Popelnice, umístěné většinou na obou koncích ulice, bývají přeplněné (sledujte hlášení na displeji) a pak se odmítají otevřít, jediné řešení je běhat po Portoverde s pytli s odpadem na zádech a hledat jinde ještě volnou.
• Małgorzata (10/5): Przestronny i dobrze wyposarzony apartament. Idealny na pobyt z dziećmi. - Przestronny apartament idealny dla rodzin podróżujących z dziećmi. Czyste pokoje. Wygodne łóżka. Zaletą były dwie łazienki. Na powitanie czekała na nas butelka wina i kapsułki do ekspresu do kawy. Bardzo przestronny taras. Aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony. Pralka to dodatkowy atut. Wyjątkowo dobrze działające WIFI. Miła i pomocna obsługa na recepcji. Zapewniono nam możliwość pozostawienia bagaży do momentu zakwaterowania w apartamencie. Apartament spełniał nasze oczekiwania. Minusem jest bardzo wysoka cena leżaków z parasolem na pobliskiej plaży. Plaże prywatne - cena parasola z dwoma łóżkami do 30 EURO za dzień.
• Izabela (10/5): - Zadbane mieszkanie w okolicy portu. Piekny widok, blisko do plaży, sklepów i restauracji. W opisie nie było informacji że mieszkanie nie jest w ciągu budynków nad basenem, ktory widać na zdjęciach. Mieszkalismy w jednym z budynków w dalszej linii osiedla, dlatego do basenu trzeba było dojść jakieś 400-500 metrów. Na basenie trzeba nosić czepek, mimo, że jest to basen odkryty.

• Fiona (9/5): Amazing family holiday - stunning location, great value for money. Beach and pool both amazing and everyone was so friendly. Lots of restaurants and a few bars to choose from right within the marina. A barbecue on the patio would have been a great addition as the local grocer had some lovely products on sale. Only small things missing which would help, basics like a kitchen dishtowel ( there wasn't any) an oven but no oven glove. Also basics like salt, pepper, oil and a bottle of fairy liquid for washing breakfast dishes etc.

• Alexandra (9/5): Apartament spațios, comod și curat - Apartament spațios, curat, 2 bai, terasă, parcare în ogradă, cu toate necesare... Ca surpriza din partea gazdei am primit o sticla de vin, capsule de cafea, ceai, 2 capsule pentru mașina de spălat vase... Aerul condiționat, prosoapele, lenjeria de pat, am primit-o gratis...Mi s-au propus si 2 biciclete in chirie gratis. Magazine și restaurante în apropiere. Plajă gratis din pietre la 650 m. Apartamentul se afla lângă drum și din cauza transportului era gălăgios in deosebi noaptea. Plaja este cu plata, 15 Euro/ora. Dacă nu închiriezi măcar un șezlong, nu ai voie nici sa te scalzi. Piscina mare, însă fără "la cufia" nu ai voie sa intri.
