- Hans-Peter (7/5): Bis auf das Frühstück war alles gut. Besonders die zentrale Lage war sehr gut. - Zimmer waren sauber. Beim Frühstück war ich immer gegen 9:00 Uhr. Das Buffet war fast abgeräumt, wurde jedoch erst gegen 9:15 Uhr wieder aufgefüllt. Das Personal beim Frühstück war schlecht.
- DIDIER (8/5): Un hôtel hyper central, confortable et très bon marché par rapport aux autres offres hotelières - La proximité du métro (70m) et de la place de l horloge( 400m). L'emplacement est Top ! Le petit déjeuner continental est très bien, dans des caves voutées, même s'il pourrait être bien d'y rajouter des yahourts. Le rapport qualité / prix est parfait. Le système de digicode est super pratique et évite de se balader avec une clé. Une présence 24h/24h à l accueil permet des arrivées tardives. Pour le départ, une consigne a bagages gratuite est proposée. Personnel agréable. Notre chambre ( la moins chère sur Booking avec petit dèj inclus) était au fond d'un couloir et assez sombre. De même la présence de barreaux aux fenêtres nous a interrogé sur le côté évacuation en cas d'incendie dans le couloir . Pas d'accessibilité pour les PMR avec de nombreux escaliers.

- Dagmar (3/5): - Poloha a místo pokoje. V hotelu se prokazatelně pohybovala osoba, která zde neměla co dělat. Když jsme přišli, měli jsme otevřený pokoj, na tuto skutečnost jsme upozornili službu konajícího recepčního, který celou věc bagatelizoval a neměl zájem to řešit (nic se nám neztratilo, protože jsme měli cennosti u sebe). Další den ráno jsme zjistili, že se někdo pokusil v noci vloupat do vedlejšího pokoje páčidlem, na to nám odpověděli, že to tam je asi dlouho, což lhali a opět neměli zájem věc řešit a noční recepční se ošíval a byla mu naše přítomnost nepříjemná. Snídaně ve 4* hotelu naprostá katastrofa., nulový zájem o hosty, nulový výběr nápojů a čajů, jídlo se hledalo po celé restauraci, lívance byly z předešlého dne.

Планируем в будущем здесь останавливаться. - Очень удобное расположение: близко от вокзала и в самом центре Праги, так что все достопримечательности тоже в пешей доступности. Мы жили в номере 15 м, но он оказался достаточно просторным, с большой ванной комнатой, большой удобной кроватью. Есть столик и диванчик, чтобы комфортно попить чай-кофе. И к тому же есть прихожая с большим шкафом, где можно в том числе оставить чемоданы. Так что осталось ощущение довольно просторного номера. Чисто и уютно. Прекрасный завтрак в очень симпатичном «подземелье». Отзывчивый персонал. Ночью было душновато и жарковато, а окно находится в изголовье кровати, так что оставить его открытым на всю ночь не получается.

Chambre correcte avec vue sur la place et son animation de ce fait,ce qui nous a gêné surtout la nuit du samedi mais pas pour la suite du séjour. La baignoire beaucoup trop haute donc un peu difficile d'accès et pas trop adaptée pour tous les âges!

- Janett (10/5): Immer wieder gern, mitten im Prager Puls - Zentraler geht es nicht, mitten über den Dächern in der Pager Altstadt schlafen, perfekt Die Frühstücksräume im Hotel sind im wunderschönen Kellergewölbe, verschiedene Nischen laden zum verweilen und zur Gemütlichkeit ein.
- László (9/5): - Csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk Prágában. A Bookingon találtam ezt a szállást, nagyon jó áron. Abszolút a belváros, rengeteg ember de a szobába nem hallatszott be semmi. A szoba nagyon szép, kényelmes és jól felszerelt. Minden nagyon közel van. Egyedül a parkolást volt nehezebb megoldani. 800 méterre találtuk a legközelebbi parkolót, de a hely és elhelyezkedése mindenért kárpótolt. A reggeli is bőséges és változatos. Biztosan vissza fogok még menni. Ajánlom mindenkinek!

- Paulina (1/5): Tragiczny pobyt, bardzo brudno! - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu, w samym centrum. Jednak to jedyny plus tego obiektu. W hotelu jest bardzo brudno. Nigdy w życiu nie widziałam tak brudnego pokoju hotelowego (i to jeszcze w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu!). Na pościeli było pełno włosów, prześcieradło na jednym łóżku było bardzo wygniecione więc obawiam się że jedna pościel wcale nie została zmieniona na nasz przyjazd. Kanapa cała poplamiona. Wino w mini barku było otwarte. Pod jedną szafką znaleźliśmy pustą butelkę po piwie po poprzednich gościach. Na ścianach jest mnóstwo pajęczyn. Personel nie był zbyt pomocny, po przyjeździe nie dostaliśmy żadnych informacji, o wszytsko musieliśmy pytać. Pan z recepcji sprawiał wrażenie jakby chciał mieć nas jak najszybciej „z głowy”. Śniadanie to kompletna tragedia. O godzinie 9:00 nie było już praktycznie co jeść, brakowało pieczywa. Ekspres do kawy nie działał prawidłowo, brakowało w nim mleka przez co kawa była tylko czarna. Po zwróceniu uwagi personelowi Pani skrzywiła się i odeszła ode mnie bez słowa. Potem ekspres całkowicie wyłączono i wcale nie można było dostać kawy. Wielu gości pytało personel o możliwość zrobienia kawy albo doniesienie jedzenia ( bo naprawdę było pusto) jednak personel był nieprzyjemny i nie wykazywał chęci pomocy. Na górze restauracji widzieliśmy gości z poza hotelu, którzy przyszli zjeść śniadanie. Dla nich z tej samej kuchni wyszło świeże pieczywo,jajecznica i inne rzeczy których brakowało na hotelowym śniadaniu. Na części restauracyjnej oczywiście też było brudno. Brudne podłogi, niedomyte kubki, nawet śmieci pozostawione na lamperiach obok stolików. Szczersze mówiąc całkiem straciliśmy apetyt widząc warunki panujące w tej restauracji. Przestrzegam wszystkich przed pobytem w tym obiekcie, nawet świetna lokalizacja nie jest warta tych warunków.

- Catherine (9/5): Séjour inoubliable dans une ville et un hôtel charmants - L'hôtel est stratégiquement bien situé pour visiter Prague. Comme annoncé, le quartier est assez bruyant la nuit, les fenêtres ne peuvent pas rester ouvertes cependant l'insonorisation de la chambre est parfaite. La chambre est spacieuse et bien pensée pour un maximum de confort, elle est nettoyée tous les jours. Les lits sont confortables. Mini bar, café ou thé à disposition tous les jours et petite bouteille de vin offert à l'arrivée. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très varié et comprend des produits locaux, il se prend dans un très bel endroit (voutes en briques) au sous-sol de l'hôtel. Possibilité de prendre les repas dans le restaurant adjacent où le personnel est très sympathique. Le personnel de l'accueil et d'entretien est à l'écoute de nos besoins. Voyageant en train de nuit, nous avons pu disposer de la chambre plus tôt en arrivant pour déposer nos bagages et dans un endroit sécurisé à notre départ. Nous sommes ravis de notre choix que nous conseillons. l'activité nocturne un peu bruyante compensé par du vitrage anti-bruit.
