• Ipek (1/5): Rudest cleaning staff! Not recomended - Nothing The hotel rooms and beds are extremely old. The carpets were stained, and the beds were very noisy and squeaky every time we moved. I have honestly never seen such rude housekeeping staff. At 7 AM, we woke up because of very loud shouting in the corridor that sounded like people fighting. We even came out into the hallway in our pajamas because the noise was so disturbing. The staff were so rude that they did not even acknowledge us. I expected them to at least lower their voices after seeing guests standing there, but nothing changed. Since they did not speak English, we tried to point at the time and politely gesture for them to be quieter, but they completely ignored us. Right next to room 102 there was a linen/changing area, and unfortunately we started the day with terrible noise and extremely disrespectful staff. Also, do not waste your money on breakfast. It was very poor quality, extremely basic, and hygiene standards were terrible. It is absolutely not worth paying extra for it. Honestly, I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all. We paid 195 euros for 2 nights and I deeply regret it.

• Jos (7/5): - De locatie lag mooi op afstand van het oude centrum van Praag en is goed per fiets bereikbaar. Kamer was netjes de bedden waren goed. Auto kan geparkeerd worden in garage voor 12 euro per dag. Mag op dag van uitchecken blijven staan als er genoeg ruimte is. De ontbijtzaal was erg gehorig als er veel mensen zitten kun je je partner bijna niet horen zo rumoerig. Personeel maakt veel lawaai met afruimen van de tafels en neerzetten van het schone service. Incheckbalie ziet er niet echt klantvriendelijk uit.

• Michał (9/5): - Dostaliśmy pokój SPA, w środku sauna i jacuzzi, przyjemne zaskoczenie. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane, ręczniki wymieniane. Sam hotel w przyjemnej okolicy, do centrum da się dojść na piechotę, nie korzystaliśmy z metra ale jest blisko. Wyjazd z parkingu jest wyzwaniem, brama jest naprawdę wąska.

• francesca (9/5): Ottima struttura - la struttura mi è piaciuta molto, possibilità di accedere all'area relax ad un ottimo presto, la zona mi è piaciuta molto e ben collegata con il centro storico avendo alloggiato all'ultimo piano della struttura le finestre sono lucernari che si oscurano con delle tendine ma entra comunque luce appena fa giorno.

• John (7/5): Modern hotel in a pleasant neighbourhood - Clean modern hotel with a good breakfast buffet and pleasant staff. My room was an attic room which had two skylights. The thin blue cloth which hung from above each did little to block out the light.

• Ellie Gee. (6/5): Schöne Lage, aber Komfort ist was anderes - Die Lage im Stadtteil Karlin war sehr schön, die Straße war grün und ruhig. In der Nähe gab es zahlreiche Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und auch andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Bad war überraschend groß und dank riesigen Fenstern sehr hell. Das Hotel bietet kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung für Gäste, die vor der Rückreise noch ein paar Stunden in der Stadt verbringen möchten. Insgesamt eine preiswerte, wenn auch wenig komfortable Möglichkeit, in einer schönen ruhigen Gegend zu übernachten. Die Ausstattung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fenster (ungewisse Zeit lang nicht geputzt, als ich diese öffnete und die Rahmen berührte, waren meine Finger tiefschwarz) waren sehr alt und undicht, man hörte alle Gespräche von der Straße in voller Lautstärke, es war zügig und im Winter muss es wohl im Zimmer sehr kalt sein. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig. Die Betten (wie andere Gäste schon sagten) waren hart und die Kissen verklumpt, zum Schlafen nicht wirklich geeignet. Das Frühstück war leider völlig ungenießbar, das hatte ich in Prag noch nie erlebt - alles schmeckte wie mehrfach eingefroren und aufgetaut, der Kaffee war einfach nur bitter und die "Säfte" schmeckten wie verdünntes trübes Zuckerwasser.

Our rooms were back which is next to the railway. If you open window, vry high noise is coming to rooms. Even you hear train noise while wimdows close. Furnitures are old style.,

Spaní-matrace tvrdé, z chodby hotelu bylo bohužel vše slyšet a z vedlejšího pokoje též,takže jsme se ani jednu noc nevyspali..

• Veronika (8/5): - Pokoj čistý, recepční milá. Snídaně – pečivo bylo spíše suché. Co mě ale zklamalo víc, byl přístup obsluhy, která působila nepříjemně a bez zájmu. Chápu, že každý může mít špatný den, ale když to takto působí u více lidí, už to kazí celkový dojem. Stačilo by málo – třeba obyčejný úsměv. Ráno to dokáže hostovi výrazně zpříjemnit (nebo naopak zkazit) den.
