There was a warm welcome and the room was well appointed, a very comfy bed so an excellent night's sleep. Breakfast was lovely, high quality ingredients, makes all the difference. Can't think of one thing.
Antony (10/5): A lovely stay in the Devon countryside - The house, garden and surroundings all beautiful. A bit off the main routes so very quiet (except the birdsong!). Helen made us feel very welcome and cooked us a great breakfast. We stayed in the family suite - two large, well furnished rooms. Beds were very comfortable. It was a real pleasure to stay here. The room is accessed from the yard not through the house and there are two steps up to the door. This didn't cause us a problem but others should bear it in mind.

There was plenty of parking. The room was slightly on the small size, but very comfortable and exceptionally well appointed. The breakfast and its options were excellent - perhaps the best we have ever experienced. We would very highly recommend staying at this property. See above

We had a lovely two bedroom room, beautifully equipped with lots of lovely finishing touches, like actual milk in a fridge for tea and coffee. Not something I am very used to staying in lots of hotels for work. The farmhouse is as picturesque as it looks in the photos. Local recommendations for activities and food. The breakfast was amazing, lots of options and cooked to order. I will definitely be back next time we are in the area. I will also prioritise looking for b&b over hotels in the future, full stop. 1st class

The breakfast room was comfortable and relaxing and there was everything you wanted within reason. Ingredients were of a high quality and the service was prompt and friendly.
