• Ida (5/5): A quick and easy night for cheap money. Not dirty but not nice either. - Really good location close to the station. Easy instructions and check-in. I could arrive and leave easy and fast. The bed was squicky and uncomfortable. The bathroom run down. It was what you could expect from the price. You could hear everything from the other rooms and street.

Obwohl ich schon ekn Paar Tagen über die später Ankunftszeit informiert hatte.Musste 1 Tag vorher selber anrufen. Der Mitarbeiter hat mir eine Code mitgeteilt. Aber meine Bitte es in Email zu schicken wurde nicht erfolgt. Wir sind zu 21 Uhr angekommen, 30 Minuten standen auf der Straße vor dem Tor, versuchten mit dem Code das Tor zu öffnen. Ging nicht. Andere Gäste ließen uns rein. Dann auf dem Hof auch mussten wir warten weil Cide nicht passte.Uns ließen die andere Gäste rein bis zu Lodge ein. Ich versuchte über 30 Minuten telefonisch service zu erreichen .Endlich antwortete ein Mann. Nach langem telefonischen Personendatenangaben kriegten wir entsprechende Zimmercode.Das Prozess dauerte über1.5 Stunden. Meine Begleiterin ist Zuckerkrank.Sie war ermüdet und gestresst. Im Lodgie war Kaffeemaschine kaputt. Nie wieder dieses Hotel mit vernachlässigen Personal! 0 Punkte Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Spiegel.im Bad gibt es keinen Haken für Badetücher. Das Fernsehenprogramme waren gesperrt

• Lilly (4/5): It was okay because we only stayed for two nights but we never felt truly comfortable in the room. - The cleaning staff was very friendly. It was easy to check in because we only needed the codes. The towels were dirty, the doors were thin and when you travel alone it can make one feel a little uneasy to hear people (men) talking just outside the room, because the doors feels like you can open it easily if you wanted to. Bathroom was cheap, toilet cover wasn‘t very clean but it was also the look of the matte surface that made it look like that.

• Jack Sagadin (5/5): Location is good, room quality is average, pictures are deceiving. - Location The room and the foyer. They have built a makeshift shower in the middle of the room that doesn't even have a top on it, so you are showering inside the sleeping area, which is not great and it makes the room very cramped, the shower is also built averagely with cheap materials and is already looking rough. The foyer is under construction and very messy. The room quality is average. Pictures of the rooms on Booking.com and Google are deceiving.
• Cosimo Ciro (5/5): La bellezza di Vienna ha compensato le mancanze dell'alloggio - Di questa struttura ricettiva salvo soltanto la posizione, vicinissima alla fermata metro linea U3 con la quale si raggiungono le principali attrazioni della città ed a 5 min a piedi dalla stazione Wien Mitte dove ferma il treno linee S7 e CAT da e per l'aeroporto, e il self check-in semplice e comodo perchè ti evita di portare chiavi appresso. Materassi accettabili. Premettendo che siamo una coppia che non cerca il lusso (altrimenti avremmo scelto altro) ed abbiamo come presupposto che in questo tipo di viaggi la stanza serve solo per la doccia e per dormire dopo aver trascorso fuori l'intera giornata, non posso non segnalare le tante note stonate: - stanza piccola per essere una doppia, a stento ci si riesce a muovere; - in fase di prenotazione ho richiesto un letto matrimoniale invece mi sono ritrovato due letti singoli; - pulizia stanza approssimativa; - aspiratore del bagno non funzionante; - in quattro giorni non ho mai visto nessuno della reception; - in quattro giorni non hanno mai pulito la stanza; - in quattro giorni non hanno sostituito asciugamani ed accappatoi nonostante un mio sollecito telefonico dopo due giorni; - non hanno rimpiazzato il gel doccia (portatevi qualcosa da casa come abbiamo fatto noi); - non hanno rimpiazzato la carta igienica (l'ultimo giorno ho dovuto comprarla!!); - insonorizzazione insufficiente; - la tenda oscurante è corta (arriva a stento sul davanzale finestra) quindi già alle 6 del mattino la stanza è completamente illuminata!

• Edel Maria (7/5): - Super Lage, grundsätzlich schöne, komfortable Zimmer Im Bad fehlt ein Haken zum Aufhängen des Badetuchs. Das WC hat sehr wenig Platz, ist zwischen Waschtisch und Wand "hineingezwängt", man fühlt sich sehr beengt, wenn man darauf sitzt. Der Lichtschalter fürs Bad befindet sich auf der falschen Seite, hinter der Tür.

• Cristina (5/5): - Great location, very central with everything nearby. Good value for money. The rooms are small and quite noisy, especially since they face the courtyard where sound echoes, you can hear other people clearly, and rubbish collection early in the morning is particularly disruptive. Some rooms had mold on the walls near the windows (I booked multiple rooms and saw this in a few of them). The white walls were also marked and dirty, and overall cleanliness could be improved as it felt dusty. One of the facilities mentioned on the website was daily housekeeping. However, during our 4-day stay, our room was not cleaned even once, and our towels were never changed. Additionally, the host was unresponsive both through Booking and direct email.

Estaba totalmente descuidada. La pared rota, los colchones feos, las sábanas eran muy viejas. El piso de madera no se que problema hubo y tenia agua todo el tiempo. Las ventanas estaban sucias. Puse el cartel de por favor no entrar y entraron igual a mi habitación.. no me faltó nada pero tampoco me gustó que hayan entrado, no entendio cual es la función del cartel sino.

El Hotel Estaba en obras - no había personas para resolver situaciones, polvo de obra x todos lados , máquina de café sin leche , y no poder desayunar , baño sin extractor de aire , cuando se viaja destinos como Viena por tres noches - ya que forma parte de un destino más , de varios a visitar…. la habitación pasa a ser un espacio íntimo , nuestro hogar - el hecho de no contar con un ropero , una plancha o un servicio de limpieza, hace que dificulte la estancia. Un juego de toallas para casi tres días . Piso sucio , en fin muchos detalles que no esperábamos…. No lo recomiendo

I ended up sleeping on the floor. Room was tiny. Only 1 curtain on the window where there should be 2 and so was not dark at night. No replacement of towels or toilet roll.

You can easily travel to and from the airport 24 hours a day. The facilities are extremely outdated, and the room lighting is dim, but the heating works very well. Overall, it's good value for money.

• Leandro (7/5): Good, not great. - Great location. 15min walking to downtown Should improve cleanning. The sink was clogged the entire stay. Other people's hair was sticking out. The bathroom has no ceiling and is integrated into the room. Very little shampoo was provided for two nights, and no one came to replenish it.
• Barbara (7/5): - Die Ausstattung und das Zimmer entsprachen der Beschreibung - einfach, schlicht. Das Zimmer war viel zu warm, man konnte die Heizung nicht regeln. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig.

Beschreibung via Booking erhalten - ließ sich somit einfach finden. Gutes Zimmer für 1-2 Nächte, wenn man im Viper Room ein Konzert besucht bzw. einen Wochenend Trip in Wien macht. Leider war der Abfluss vom Waschbecken in unserem Zimmer verstopft 😕
• Camilla (5/5): - Posizione perfetta, vicinissima al centro. La pulizia era decente. Lo consiglio solo se avete basse pretese La muffa sulla finestra. Lo staff ci ha passato al telefono 3 persone diverse riuscendo solo all'ultimo ad aiutarci nella nostra richiesta (non ci erano stati inviati i codici per il check in). Inoltre, dopo svariate domande e diverse chiamate ci hanno dato i codici sbagliati (abbiamo pensato che ci avessero truffato). La porta del bagno non ha una chiave, scorre esternamente. La doccia non è coperta e comunica dall'alto con il resto della camera. Privacy zero. Non c'è un mobile dove appoggiare le valigie o dopo appendere i cappotti.
