The manager, Panos, was absolutely excellent — he took great care of us from start to finish. He was always available, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The suite itself was beautiful and perfectly located. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend staying here – especially with Panos as your host!
• Louise (10/5): - Allure suites is located perfectly on the border of Fira and Firostefani, quiet yet within 15mins walk to the main part of the town. We stayed in the Romance suite and it was perfect, the place is spacious and clean with an indoor hot tub that's accessible 24/7. Balcony has a great view to the Caldera. Breakfast had a great selection choice. The highlight of the stay is the service. Panos is an amazing host, from pre-arrival communication to departure, everything worked seamless because of him. Nothing is too much of an ask, and Panos goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect.

Panos, the manager was exceptional, adding a warm touch to our stay and making sure we were well accommodated. Will recommend it to any couple or small family looking for a nice and relaxing stay. The daily breakfast was delicious and provided great value as well. The pool outside our room had the perfect temperature to relax after a hot day of walking Santorini.

• M (10/5): - We booked the Angel Suite for our stay. At arrival Panos was waiting for us and the check-in was very smooth; we were given a map with an overview of the island and routes to take. Made to order, hot breakfast was served to our room everyday by Panos and Katerina. The suite has a living area and half bath and the bedroom area downstairs was quite large with a sitting area, an indoor hot tub and a full bathroom with a double rainfall showerhead and hand held showers The view from our outdoor patio of the sunset every night was perfection - but what made this place stand out and the stay memorable was the attention to detail and extraordinary service provided by Panos. Panos gives his WhatsApp details so that you can contact him for any questions during your stay. He is always watching out for you during your stay and is quick to respond to any questions. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and highly recommend Allure Suites.

We loved this spot more than we thought we would because it wasn't too far away from dining and shopping in Thira, but also was not right in the middle of it to where it was a little quieter. Panos his staff were just incredible as well. We already want to take another trip to the island and stay at Allure Suites! Highly recommend!

The location was great as it was only a 10 minute walk to Fira where we could find all the restaurants and shops. A highlight was that breakfast was brought to our room every morning by Panos and Evi and their service was exceptional. Always very helpful and answered all of our questions. We totally recommend staying in these Suites.
• Todd (10/5): - Wow! What a view. The best I have had any property ever. Can see the whole of the Santorini caldera and the surrounding towns perched on the cliffs. Walk to many restaurants and stores in both Fira and Firostefani. Great value! And great service. Panos is amazing.

We were spoiled with the morning breakfast with champagne. The balcony out front was spectacular to look out at the view. The employees could not be more helpful. We loved the location in Firostefani, with a beautiful 10-15 minute walk along the ocean boardwark to Fira main town. The suite was super clean comfortable and huge for the two of us. Was a great stay and will recommend to anyone who is thinking of going to Santorini.

• Denis (10/5): - We recently (August 2023) stayed at the Allure suites and our overall experience was amazing! This has been by far the most pleasant stayed in Europe. Panos, Katerina & Evi are such wonderful people. From day one, Panos greeted us with a warm welcome and took the time to go over the details of the property, showed me the island on the map and explain in detail each location. He was always available anytime during our stay and was very helpful. He even made sure we had a quick light breakfast on the days we couldn’t stay for the full breakfast due to our activities planned for the day. Katerina and Evi are just so amazing people. They made sure our room was always clean and cozy. They had our breakfast outside our room at the time we requested and even went above and beyond when our daughter got sick. The smile they had on their face made our mornings very welcoming. Without a doubt we would stay again at the Allure suites and recommend this location to any family and friends! • Geoffrey (10/5): - The property is between Fira and Imerovigli so it's in an extremely convenient location. Just outside the crowds but just a very short walk to be in the middle of the action. The hotel itsel is very clean and the service is second to none. The staff are super friendly and never make you feel like you are asking too much. If only all hotels/resorts had employees like these wonderful individuals. Even though i like to try new places it would be hard not to return to Allure Suites when in Santorini again.
• Susan (10/5): - Amazing! The suite was very clean and comfortable, and the great view of the caldera was magical. We loved watching the sunset from our balcony. Panos was the best host ever. He made sure our stay was perfect. Panos and Katerina gave us directions on where to go, called for our taxis. So many choices for our breakfast that was delivered to our room, and very delicious. Restaurants and shops were nearby. I had an early morning flight and Panos arranged for my taxi, brought my suitcase and packed me a breakfast. An absolutely wonderful vacation in the Azure Suite. We will be back!

It was handy to get to Thira and also other towns like Imeroviglion There are lots of restaurants nearby and the views of the caldera is spectacular from the front porch of the hotel We spend many nights just sitting out watching the sunset Paños and the team was spectacular. And goes beyond to get you situated with info but also are really great. Breakfast is served on the patio or in the room and consists of lots of yummy things - including champagne. The room is another lovely part. It is split into two levels. The top level is a living space with a bathroom The lower level is a bedroom with shower and toilet plus a lovely jacuzzi All in all a great place. Thanks paños for such a great hospitality
• Michael (10/5): - Everything about our stay was perfect. Other than the place being super clean, much larger than expected, great location and so much more!! Panos, the host, was the best host i have ever met! He was so easy to communicate with, he and his staff brought breakfast to the room every morning, the cleaned the room daily! Panos set up our transport to and from the airport, he set up our quad rentals and guided us to many wonderful places to visit. The rental was amazing but Panos and his staff made this my favorite location i have visited! We cant wait to go back!!

Wifi was not great but then again, you're in a cave surrounded by caves. (That's what they are called) View was spot on. For this price point Allure can't be beat.

The suite was amazing and the plunge pool/hot tub our front was actually heated (a strange rarity for Europe). Lastly, the sunsets from this property are perfect. The part though that put it through the roof is the staff. We have no words to express how wonderful the team is. We felt as if we were friends for years. They helped us with everything we needed, from renting a car to food suggestions, to sightseeing ideas. They showed attention to our son and made him feel included. In our opinion, I would not look anywhere else. This is the best place to stay while visiting Santorini. Panagioti, Katerina, and the rest of the team, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. • Alan (10/5): Wonderful Santorini Hotel ! - Beautiful rooms, wonderful hosts, best location in the heart of Santorini. Will definitely stay here again whenever back in the island. Short walk to downtown Thira with all the shops, restaurants, etc. yet a very quiet and private location. Rooms are beautiful with a private outdoor patio and hot tub, overlooking the sea… The staff really go the extra mile to make your experience greater.
• Jevon (10/5): - The property is a bit small, which some might prefer. Only about four other neighbors. It is located near the pathway to all the shops and dinning options which made it convenient. Beautiful sites on the way down as well. It has a wonderful view from the room and the sunset in my opinion was better there than in Oia where it was crowded. This location offered a side view of the cliff with domes to the right and the sunset to the left. Its located in the center of the island so you can pretty much get to either the bottom or top in 30 min or less. The safe was lovely and accommodating. The do breakfast if you purchase the included package and it is served daily to your patio with a wonderful view. You order the day before and set a time and it is ready for you to take in the beautiful ocean view. There is also a jacuzzi on the second floor inside the room which was fun. 2 bathrooms and 1 shower. 1 bed and 1 couch/pullout. A refrigerator with refreshments for purchase or you can just remove to insert your own drinks and snacks you brought along. I would highly recommend for couples. The only down side to this property is no pools. There are rooms that provide a jacuzzi outside but the pool would have been nice since i was 5 month pregnant and didn't care to do too much walking when it got hot. I would have loved to enjoy an outdoor pool with that view. Overall a place i would go back to again!

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Walking distance to Fira, many good restaurant close by too. Good location. Breakfast is fantastic, delivered to your room, eating outdoor looking at the nice scenery. I definitely will go back.

The warmth you feel from the staff is genuine and it’s reflected in the personalized service you receive. In addition to the amazing staff, the hotel itself is phenomenal. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is in my opinion the best in Santorini. You are short walking distance to Fira, but away enough from the town center that you avoid the large crowds. It also avoids the crowds in Oia, which can be exhausting at times. It is a close walk to the transportation center in Fira for access to Oia and other locations on the island. In summary, Allure’s great facility, perfect location coupled with the personal touch and warmth of the staff make it a must in Santorini.
• Verified traveler (10/5): VIP experience! Would come back again - This is such nice boutique hotel. We had a wonderful stay. Great location, beautiful view of the caldera. Walking distance to Fira. Staff (esp. Cathleen) were wonderful. They welcomed us the moment we got out of our taxi. We booked a tour. The staff took us to the meeting point of the tour. We felt we were VIPs during our entire stay. We stayed in the Candy room where the bedroom is in the loft. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast was setup at our balcony with view of the caldera. Everything was wonderful here. Would come back again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at Allure Suites and the hospitality and service was exceptional. Vangelis recommended some great restaurants and also a superb sunset cruise for us which really made our trip even more special. Would highly recommend these suites to anyone wanting something that isn’t overlooks by the crowds of Oia.
• Robert (10/5): - We cannot say enough positive thing regarding our stay at Allure! The room was breathtaking with two private balconies and uninterrupted views of the caldera. The room was spotless, with a large bathroom and separate sitting room. The hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodate any requests. Breakfast is served to the room every morning at your requested time. A menu is dropped off every day and you may select as much food as you'd like for breakfast the next morning. The hotel is located inbetween Fira and Oia. This means a lot of the cruise ship crowds do not visit, yet Fira is only a 10 minute walk away. Also being outside of the two largest tourist towns, this hotel was more than reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and everybody.
• JoeSantello (10/5): - The staff were the best. Nicest people you will ever meet. The breakfast brought to your room at the time of your choice was great. The sunset views this time of year are unbeatable. The room was big. Shower was great for me I’m 6’1 had tons of room. Bed was comfortable slept great. Plenty of dining choices nearby as well. Mini bar was reasonably priced as well(didn’t use it though). Can’t wait to come back to Santorini again. This is where I will stay with out a doubt.
• Stephen (10/5): - This is a small boutique resort that has amazing views and a lovely staff. It's just a short walk to all the amazing restaurants and shops of Firostefani and 10-15 minutes walk to Fira or Imerovigolvi so you can't beat the location.The daily breakfast is as small or vast as you want it to be and was always delicious and a wonderful start to our day. The cleaning staff are very good and quite friendly. We appreciated them very much. George and his staff are also very nice and always willing to help with anything you need. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great location with amazing sunset views and around corner from famous blue dome photo op. 10-15 minute walk to Fira. Staff was super helpful with dinner reservations and transfers. Highly recommend!

• Dipankar (10/5): Awesome Stay! - This is an absolute gem! The suites were spacious with a balcony, a living area, a bedroom with a jacuzzi, one and a half bathrooms. The hotel has just four suites and the staff go all out to make you feel welcome. Sunset from the balcony is just gorgeous. The hotel is located in Firostefani away from the crowds of Fira and Oia, where you can take a lovely stroll along the cliff. There are a number of great restaurants close by. Breakfasts are served on your balcony and are amazing, though you need to decide from the options provided the day before. There is an awesome Greek restaurant called Mama Thira right in front of the hotel. George at the reception was very helpful and gave us great tips for things to do and see. One day we saw a number of tourists walk by the hotel towards a clearing next to the hotel, and when we went up and followed them, we realized we were right next to one of the famous blue churches of Santorini! I would highly, highly recommend this hotel!
• Verified traveler (10/5): An absolute dream - This was our second visit to allure suites and we are already planning our third. The staff are absolutely incredible, particularly George and Katarin(sp?) who never failed to greet us and go above and beyond to make us comfortable. Panos the manager was also incredibly accomodating and thoughtful. The hotel itself is wonderful. The rooms are exactly what you would imagine, a whitewashed cavelike feel. It is very clean, and having stayed in 2/4 of the rooms, I know they are all luxurious. The location is perfect, a walking distance into Fira without all the noise. The view from each room/balcony with the fully catered breakfast = ultimate relaxation. I cannot wait to visit again and highly recommend anyone stay at this superb hotel.

We watched the sunset from our balcony every night and then ate dinner at this great restaurant ( Mama Thera) right next to the Allure. We had a delcious breakfast made to order and brought to us every morning. What isn't wonderful about eating breakfast on a balcony overlooking the ocean/caldera? We would definitely stay here again!

The property management were in top of everything, arranged transportation from airport, helped us rent a car and explained very well all the details of the entire island with a map. • Keith (10/5): Jay-Z & Beyonce for a Week!! - My wife and I’s stay at the Allure Suites was as close to perfection as we could have possibly hoped! We stayed in the Candy Suite Oct. 7th -10th of 2017. The private Jacuzzi tub was a superb way to enjoy the most amazing sunsets over the caldera. Even though we were in the off season, the Allure Suites staff made sure that we were catered to as if we were Jay-Z and Beyonce for our holiday. Elly made sure our suite was always cleaned and well stocked. Panos, the manager, made sure to give us a full run-through of must see attractions and not to miss excursions to make the most of our trip to Santorini. George, who must not sleep, seemed like he was available 24/7. He was able to facilitate any activities that we wanted to do as well as make sure our made to order breakfast was always delivered to our room fresh and on time! Never skip the breakfast provided by Allure, it’s amazing. George took the utmost care in showing us true Greek hospitality and made an absolute already fantastic trip that much better! We will definitely be staying again at the Allure Suites.
• David K. (10/5): Great Hotel !! - Allure Suites is a wonderful hotel in a great location. It was easily accesible from the road. Panos, at the front desk, always had great advice for us on what to do on the island. He set us up with a driver, Angelo, and we pretty much toured the entire island in a day! The breakfast was really nice, and served to us in our room. The Greek coffee was delicious and wonderfully strong! Panos allowed us to check out late on our day of departure...a very nice gesture! Panos also got the airline to seat my wife in the front of the plane when we departed, since she suffers from airsickness when too far in the back. Katerina, the young lady behind the desk, offered to us a very generous piece of delicious chocolate cake one evening! This hotel was Greek hospitality at its finest! We stayed in the Romance suite, which was very nice. My wife was happy to find a powder room on the entrance floor of the suite. The lower level had a very cozy bed and very nice bathroom. Of course there is a nice view from the balcony! Don't forget to just relax here! We are always running around on trips like two crazy people...but Santorini is also for relaxing! Panos and Katerina will take care of you. Hooray for the Allure Suites. You will not forget your time here!

Katarina and George treat guests like royalty and I felt like they became family over our short stay. Breakfast was served to you in your room every morning and it was so delicious! We also found the location to be super convenient to all the areas we wanted to visit..about. 15 min walk to Dora and imerovigli. We also did the hike from our hotel to Oia which was absolutely worthwhile! Highly recommended. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! Thank you Allure suites! We will definitely be back
• Ashley (4/5): Find somewhere else. - Right when we arrived we received a very warm welcome from the woman who works up front (short pixie cut hair) she immediately made us feel so welcome. Unfortunately the feeling I had about allure changed, right upon entering our room our entire power was off.. we were just about to leave the room anyways for the day (10am) and they said they would have someone come to fix while we were out which was no biggie. We didn't get back to our room until 730 pm and we saw our door completely open and one of the men who worked there standing outside while someone was in our room fixing the problem, that didn't sit well with me. There was absolutely no communication about what the issue was or that they were STILL working on it, and didn't like that someone completely at random was in our room without any hotel employee inside with them. The employee (younger male) didn't apologize once even after I was visibly upset and didn't seem to care what so ever which made me have a complete turn around in opinion. Would not recommend.
• Evan (10/5): Unbelievable - The only thing better than the views was the service. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. There are only 4 rooms so the staff is there to meet your every need. One of us left her passport in the safe, and the hotel manager personally drove it to the airport. I would stay here anytime I come back.

• Steven (10/5): What an amazing experience! - Yes you pay more to stay along Fira or Firastefani. YES YES YES was it worth it and we would do it again in a blink. Let me start by thanking our gracious hosts. Katerina and her husband were a god send and George was there in a blink whenever we needed anything. The view from this location can not be beat. We walked from the town of Fira and halfway to Oia and this was as good as it gets. Your next to amazing restaurants. The rooms are spacious and ours was beautifully done. The sunset over Oia and the Caldera and the white and blue hillside is what I was paying for and this was the highlight of our 2 week anniversary trip actoss Italy and Greece. The breakfasts were just top notch all around. We highly recommend the Allure Suites and just can't wait for a chance to stay there again. Our only negative experience was a mistake completely on our part. The doors have great latches but require turning the nob several times to engage the deadbolt. We didn't get it all the way shut and almost paid for it. Fortunately we didnt pay the price but had a good scare. Our hosts were there to help in the middle of the night and couldn't have been more generous and helpful putting us to ease. We can't can't can't thank them enough for their hospitality and kindness. How we will miss the Allure Suites!!!
• Stephanie (10/5): Excellent staff and location- highly recommended! - We stayed in Allure for 6 nights at the end of June and had the most fantastic time. Firstly, the location is just perfect. Allure is nestled right between the start of Fira and Imerovigli, on the path to Oia. Right outside the hotel and on your balcony, you have the most amazing view of the ocean and the sunset - something that everyone else would have to pay exorbitant amounts at nearby restaurants for. We found it to be a terrific base when wanting to explore Fira as it is literally next door to the hotel, but also a good starting point when hiking to Oia and Skavros Rock. The hotel was of extremely good value - you get a whole 2-storey suite to yourselves, with a hot tub included. A minor point is that there's no pool, but beaches are everywhere. I have to make special mention of George in the staff team. He really went out of his way to make our entire stay enjoyable and convenient! We also had a slight disaster with the rental car on the last day, resulting in panic and almost missing our flight BUT George really took care of us, made sure we got back to the hotel ok, kept checking in on us, made sure our cab came on time and that we made our flights. Don't know what we would have done without his help. The rest of the staff team were also such friendly people: the lady doing evening shift as well as the housekeeping lady who doubled as the chef responsible for our yummy breakfasts. Such a great home away from home stay thanks to them and can't recommend Allure enough!

• Beatriz (10/5): Santorini Experience - This hotel has the most BEAUTIFUL view of the Calderon! The staff is very helpful and courteous. The breakfast is timely and very good. The only negative comment we have is that the a/c doesn't cool the room sufficiently. It was a bit hot at night. If they address this issue---it'd be perfect!

• Anne (10/5): Beautiful views, 5 star service! - We had a wonderful stay at Allure Suites on Santorini. The service provided by George and staff was 5 star. George the manager was great with restaurant recommendations and general information about the Island. He was incredibly attentive. There was ferry strike while we were there and he called several travel companies to secure us a ticket. He also followed up to make sure we arrived at our destination. Firostefania is a quieter area, just outside of Fira. It is walking distance to both Fira and Imroviglie via a pedestrian pathway. There are several delicious restaurants very close by. The made to order breakfast is the best we've had anywhere in Europe. It is delivered at the time you specify, to your front door or to your balcony. The eggs were delicious and the fruit was fresh. the view of the sunset from the balcony has got to be one of the best on the island. We would definitely stay at Allure Suites again.
