• MARINA (7/5): Hôtel intimiste dans une rue calme en plein centre de TLV - Emplacement exceptionnel au calme et proche de l’effervescence du souk. La terrasse extérieure est idéale pour prendre du repos. Le Thé et café proposés gracieusement est un vrai plus. Carreaux des chambres sales. L’hôtel aurait besoin d’être mieux entretenu. Pas de petit déjeuner à l’hôtel.

• Omar (1/5): שלום, שהיתי במלון שלכם אתמול עם הזמנה דרך Booking.com. ההזמנה שלי שולמה מראש אונליין ויש לי אישור מלא על התשלום. עם זא - שׁוּם דָבָר שלום, שהיתי במלון שלכם אתמול עם הזמנה דרך Booking.com. ההזמנה שלי שולמה מראש אונליין ויש לי אישור מלא על התשלום. עם זאת, כשהגעתי למלון, נאמר לי על ידי הצוות שלא התקבל תשלום ושאני צריך לשלם שוב במקום, וכך עשיתי. לאחר מכן בדקתי את חשבון הבנק שלי וראיתי שחויבתי פעמיים: • פעם אחת דרך Booking.com • פעם אחת דרך המלון כאשר הבנתי זאת, חזרתי לקבלה, והצוות אישר שמדובר בטעות ונאמר לי שהסכום יוחזר. מאז אתמול אני מקבל מכם תשובה של “מחר נחזיר את הכסף”, וכבר עברו יומיים ועדיין לא קיבלתי את ההחזר. כמה זמן עוד נדרש כדי להחזיר את כספי? מדובר בטעות שלכם, ואתם כבר הודיתם בכך. בנוסף, עקב המקרה הזה עזבתי את המלון מיד לאחר פחות משעתיים, למרות שההזמנה הייתה ללילה שלם. ברשותי הוכחות מלאות לשני התשלומים (מ-Booking.com ומהמלון). אני דורש: 1. החזר מיידי של הסכום שחויב פעמיים 2. פיצוי הולם על עוגמת הנפש ועל כך שלא יכולתי להישאר במלון למרות ששילמתי על לילה מלא אם העניין לא יטופל באופן מיידי, אפנה ל-Booking.com ולחברת האשראי שלי לצורך פתיחת הליך החזר כספי (Chargeback). תודה על טיפולכם המיידי
• נועם (2/5): יצאתי לחופשה קצרה מהמילואים, לגבי החדר מאוד התאכזבנו במיוחד שמחיר החדר לא זול בכלל - מיקום מעולה, וזמינות המקום היתה לנו בעיה עם האינטרנט בחדר, הזמן מרכזי לכל המלון היה מכוון על קור( למרות שהיה ממש קר בחוץ). הייתה לנו נזילה בחדר שהרטיבה את כל המגבות. אומנם החליפו לנו חדר אחרי כל הבעיות…

• 454erane (10/5): Excellent Hotel, Great Location in Tel Aviv - We stayed for two nights in December 2025. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the extra amenities, such as coffee and snacks, made the stay even better. The location is great, close to Carmel Market, the beach, and the trendy Shenkin Street. The rooftop terrace has superb views and is a real highlight. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, nice roof space with a small jacuzzi and near some lovely cafe, restaurants in the area. I'll definitely stay there next time I'm in Tel Aviv. Nothing

• Monique (9/5): Pleasant hotel in citycentre - The nice cosy hotel is situated in a quiet street close to the Sheinkin ( and my family). It has a lobby with free good coffee and tea and a pleasant place to sit in front of the hotel. The staff is very welcoming and nice. I had a small room, a bit dark, but the bed, bathroom and the lightning were very good. Also the curtains were great! The hotel is quiet and clean. There is a roofterrace with jacuzzi which I did not use. For the breakfast you get vouchers for 3 different places closeby ( I visited Ben Ami, cafe Balfour and on saterday the hotel across the street) where they all serve a great breakfast with a variety of choices. I enjoyed my staying and hope to come back! Thank you all.

Localização ótima O quarto precisa ser renovado, tem umas cortinas improvisadas que estão ate sujas. E, o esquema do cafe da manha eu nao gostei, pois nao é no hotel, e sim em alguns cafes pertos , no meu caso prefiro escolher por conta e nao incluir o cafe da manha no valor do hotel.

• בר (6/5): - המיקום מעולה ממש קרוב לשוק הכרמל, הצוות נחמדים מאוד. החסרון הגדול בחדר שיש המון המון אור. כמה וילונות מקיפים את כל החדר ובבוקר (במיוחד בשעון חורף) יש אור ממש מוקדם שמפריע לישון. הוילות לא מספיק ארוכים ולכן יש חריצים גדולים אז נכנס המון אור.

• Melanie (8/5): Excellent value for a great hotel! - The location is just off many excellent streets, restaurants, and close to the Shuk. The staff were nice and accommodating, and the rooms were clean. The rooms need a little updating and sprucing up, but overall, we were very comfortable. Cookies and coffee are always available in the lobby. There's a rooftop jacuzzi available and a downstairs spa. We've returned several times and will go back again! Limited paid parking is available, and a nice sitting area outside.

• Ian P (8/5): - This hotel was good. I stayed here and it did everything you need a hotel to do and nothing you don't. Would be nice if it had a coffee shop or breakfast area attached but it was fine. It was a little hard to find though and the specific street wasn't as nice as others that I've stayed on in Tel Aviv. Overall, id stay here again.

• נועם (8/5): היה נהדר, שירות נדיב, מיקום נדיר, הייתי חוזרת עוד הפעם. - חדר מאוד נוח כיפי שרק רצינו להישאר בו כל היום. מיקום נדיר נורא מבאס שאין ארוחת בוקר במלון עצמו, וג׳קוזי באמצע הקיץ לא הדבר הכי כיפי בחום של ישראל.
