• Dorothée (7/5): Gute Lage aber die Qualität hat leider nachgelassen - Super Lage, Preis-Leistung stimmt für die Zimmer, ruhig und sauber. Freundliches Personal beim Frühstück und auf der Etage. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist im Vergleich zu früher massiv schlechter geworden. Sie können teilweise nicht richtig Deutsch und kennen sich nicht aus. Der Rezeptionist, der uns eincheckte, war sehr langsam und konnte uns kein asiatisches Restaurant in der Nähe nennen, obwohl es gleich gegenüber eines hatte, wie wir später feststellten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr limitiert in der Auswahl und somit für das Gebotene zu teuer.

• Donna (9/5): - Location was great. Very central. I planned on shopping on my final day in Munich but it was a public holiday. Hotel staff could advise their patrons when local facilities will be closed so that we can plan our activities accordingly.

• Annette (8/5): Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden. - Die Lage des Hotels war für uns optimal! Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Brötchen hätten etwas krosser sein können. Im Zimmer haben uns bequemere Sitzmöglichkeiten gefehlt, selbst für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Matratzen sind immer verrutscht. Keine bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Verrutschen der Matratzen. Zu wenig Abstellfläche im Bad. Fehlende Sitzmöglichkeit im Bad.

• Tamara (10/5): Zentral am Viktualienmarkt, fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit aller wichtigen Ziele und eigener Tiefgarage. - Die Lage ist fantastisch. Direkt am Viktualienmarkt. Rings herum Restaurants. Das Hotel selbst, hat ein fantastisches Restaurant mit vorzüglicher Küche. Ausserdem Kann man man von diesem Hotel aus alles zu Fuss innert Kürze erreichen. Der grosse Pluspunkt ist, dass das Hotel - obwohl es mitten in der Stadt ist - eine Tiefgarage hat. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist ist das super.

• simone (10/5): I do reccomend this hotel - Centrally located, less than 100 m from the Viktualienmarkt, within walking distance from Marienplatz and the Bayern Staatsoper. Attentive, gentle staff, clean, comfy room, coffee machine, bottle of sparkling water. I asked for and was given a silent room, even though there are bars and restaurants in the nearness. I could not hear anything, neither from other guests nor from the street (they took care to give me a room that did not face the street). Excellent job they did, and I am very thankful for their attention. It could not have been any better.

• Viviane (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft, sehr zentral mit Charme und sehr netter Rezeption. Parkgarage war mir sehr wichtig - Lage Top, Zentral, Parkgarage unter dem Hotel, Preis Ok für Parken, Frühstückspreis fand ich mit 30 € zu teuer. Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert und wirklich süß eingerichtet. Große Flasche Wasser war toll und alles da, was ich brauchte. Fahrstuhl war auch da, sehr gut mit Gepäck und sehr freundliche Rezeption. Wir haben das Frühstücken nicht genutzt weil ich es mit 30 € zu teuer fand.

Im Vergleich zu früher jedoch weniger einmalig. So wurden wir nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass warme Eierspeisen geordert werden können und es gab keine Weisswürste.
