Le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur d’un tel hôtel (pas de bonjour à l’arrivée, évoque les problèmes RH au client…). Le prix du petit déjeuner (22€) est un scandale au regard d’autres hôtels disposant du même nombre d’étoiles ( brioche industrielle, machine à café classique, pas de variété de produits frais…, personnel qui débarrasse avant l’heure prévue, serviettes en papier, ….)

Visiblement, le problème était connu du staff. Le restaurant. Très cher pour un plat de résistance quelconque (sur les deux menus) et plus de 3/4 d'heure d'attente entre l'entrée et le plat. Le personnel a fait un geste en nous offrant une boisson. Ces deux soucis ont été signalés au moment du check out mais aucune ristourne n'a été proposée

Plage de sable blanc au bas de l'hôtel et vue magnifique (couchers de soleil splendides). Personnel très accueillant tant à la réception de l'hôtel qu'au Spa. Ce dernier était accessible pendant tout le séjour avec 2 piscines d'eau de mer avec vue sur la mer, un sauna, un hammam et une grotte à sel. La chambre est spacieuse avec une terrasse agréable. Le coût des petits déjeuners est excessif et nous y avons renoncé.

We have stayed in virtually all the hotels in Roscof over the last 30 plus years but this, in my opinion, is the finest yet. Parking is a problem for some but as a blue badge holder this was not difficult, we only ever had a short walk to the hotel.

There seaview restaurant , on arrival asked if we wanted dinner - we said we'd look at restaurant & menu - an hour later told it fully booked so 10/15 mins yomp into the centre

Le Spa est une catastrophe, les peignoirs et les serviettes fournies pour le Spa sont dans un état de propreté, plus que douteux. Les peignoir sont jaunes au niveau des aisselles ainsi que les serviettes . Cela aurait grand besoin d’être renouvelé.
