- Margaret (10/5): -
- Linda (9/5): Lorraine was very welcoming excellent stay we will return - Excellent value for money great location
- Alex (8/5): - Cheap and cheerful Nothing
- Stephen (8/5): -
- Julie (10/5): -
- Brian McNulty (9/5): - Good shower, neat room, clean, hot drinks in room Location close to sea front but also a socially deprived area, though most of Blackpool like that
- Barry (8/5): - Lovely comfortable King Size bed! Slept like a log! When I booked, toiletries were included. However, there wasn't any shower gel in the shower and then was told that I was supposed to bring my own? When I booked, the breakfast was included and as soon as I did only a Continental breakfast was offered. When I arrived it became a Continental sthle breakfast which consisted of cereal, toast, fruit juice, cake bars and tea or coffee! It is, what it is!
- Cooper (10/5): Absolutely lovely host, if going back to Blackpool, 100% would book to stay here again - Clean and tidy, good location
- Claire (10/5): -
- Mercedes (7/5): Two nights for friends - That was so close to the Winter Gardens where our program was.
The only really positive thing in the room was the cup. It was very cold in the room. The wifi did not work.
The breakfast was weak, was no shower gel which was in the offer. The towels were so small, the interior was so old fashioned. The wallpaper was torn. It was adequate for two nights, but very poor.
- Dayna (6/5): - Nothing ,. Everything,Rooms were too small.cold.
- Peter (7/5): -
- Christine (10/5): Lovely clean and comfortable B&B will definitely be back - Lovely place to stay..Lovely friendly Lady who runs it Nothing
- Barker (10/5): - Amazing place will definitely come again I booked this for my partner and her daughter there both loved it
- Jemma (6/5): Lovely lady running the place, room was comfortable and clean with a nice hot shower daily. - The location Breakfast, we knew it was a continental breakfast however cereal, toast and tinned fruit salad fell short of our expectations.
- ian (10/5): Great - Everything Nothing
- Jill (10/5): -

- James (5/5): -
- Christopher (8/5): Clean and friendly - The place waz very clean, comportable and value for money, the location was great. The lady was very friendly but we only saw her for 4 mins in total throughout the whole weekend which was a shame . We were unaware the breakfast was continental until we booked it. It was a bit disapointing, to me this is pasteries, boildd eggs, ham and cheese brown and white bread and cereal.
There was only white bread, cereal and a bowl of tinned fruit cocktail.
There were also pictures of a pool table on the advertisement but never saw one while we were where.
- Nicola (10/5): -
- Russell (7/5): a good stay but room no10 toilet needs sorting out - The breakfast was good good selection of cerials There was an awful noise coming from the toilet every time it was flushed the room next door complained to us about it not our problem. we stayed in the same room last year and it still had the same problem.

- John (3/5): Very unfriendly host. - Great location. Rude lady at checkout. Made us feel very awkward. Very limited parking.
- Diane (6/5): Clean but you pay for what you get! - The rooms was spotlessly clean and the room, towels and bedding smelt very clean. The room was tiny but we were in the middle of Blackpool so it's got to be expected in a B&B. The bed/mattress was very old and not that comfortable.
- wilkinson (7/5): All I required for the money good value - Good breakfast excellent location and value for money All fine but parking would have been nice
- Deborah (10/5): - Clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water and lovely and warm. Hosts welcoming, and a tasty breakfast.

- John (10/5): If Shrewsbury Town had beaten Fleetwood Town our trip would have been complete. - Breakfast 10/10 and the location was excellent.
The staff were very accommodating nothing was too much trouble. Nothing
- Marcusirving (9/5): Genuine and nice owners with good price and breakfast - Genuine and nice owners, great price and added with a great breakfast... kettle included in the room with coffee and tea... Bedding short and thin with matching thin pillows, so a little cold at night and feet stick out of end, so I had to sleep in fetal position... could do with some tlc, but for the price, I can't really complain....
- Brenda (4/5): - The breakfast was the best part of the stay at The Rutlands The room and there wasn't nothing nice about it at all.
The bed was very very uncomfortable 🙃 the toilet didn't flush well and the seat didn't stay up.
The view out of the window was just looking at next door walls.
The room was cold even with the heating on
Would not stay here again or even make a long trip to Blackpool what a disappointment with the visit and the illuminations were not worth the long long drive.
- Stephen (10/5): Illuminations trip - Lovely hotel in a good location. 4th time staying here and nothing but lrisenforbthe place. Lorraine nice and helpful. We had breakfast which was nice and ample. Will definitely be back Nothing

The only down fall on this hotel is the bath towels weren't big enuff good job I bring my own as I always do they really could do with more plug sockets and extra pillows if needed other then that couldn't fault the hotel great stay

- andrews (8/5): -
- Kevin Martyn (8/5): -
- Angela (9/5): - Good location. Nice and clean and comfortable.
- paul (10/5): - Fantastic breakfast 😋 Mattresses not the best a bit to soft and thin
- Whyte (3/5): - Reasonably priced
Central to excursions Slats in bed broken meaning the mattress was completely dropping constantly
Rooms very tight and none soundproof walls between other rooms
Owner came across as very stern and unapproachable.
- Jamie (10/5): - It was quiet very close to places Having trouble trying to lock and unlock the room door could do with small jars of coffee instead of little sasheys never tasted right for me toilet wobbly and loose crack in the sink dangerous loose plug socket attached to wall
- William (10/5): - The location Very clean and staff very helpful
- linda (5/5): -
- neil (9/5): - The owner very helpful would definitely stay there again location close to everything Nothing
- Natalie (8/5): - Excellent location for central Blackpool, good value for price paid, bed was comfy. Extension lead provided for awkward socket which was thought out. Tea/coffee refills available by entrance which was useful too. Window couldn't be closed fully as no handle so street noise.
- Daren Loxley (10/5): Excellent Stay at Hotel Rutland - Highly Recommended! - We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rutland and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a brilliant, lovely host who made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our visit.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing - fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to start the day right. Everything was beautifully presented and clearly prepared with care.
Our room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail in housekeeping was evident throughout.
The location is perfect - Hotel Rutland is conveniently situated near all the amenities you could need, and the main parking area is easily accessible, which made our arrival and departure completely hassle-free.
This long weekend break to the coast is something very special to me - it's the one time each year I get to see my son for more than a couple of hours, and Hotel Rutland helped make it truly memorable. Thank you for making our precious time together so comfortable and enjoyable.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Rutland to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, great food, and a convenient location. Five stars We didn't stay long enough
- sandra (9/5): - Breakfast very good Struggled to carry case up to top floor, room comfortable, shower gel container was empty, not much hand soap, plenty of tea, coffee etc and more available in reception
- Heather Bri (5/5): Tried - The owner was helpful when we arrived, letting us drop our bags off before check in , there was plenty of tea and coffee, ect, if you ran out . My room was basic, but a nice view of the tower location was not too far away from the centre bed was comfy on one side pillow s where good.
The other room we had was a twin, and that was at the back lovely little room all in all ok The location was ok, but at night time, the location wasn't very nice. I saw drug deals going on, and prostitute and her pump were on the last night. It's not nice and especially when you've got kids with you .
The accommodation was basic ok. I think it's very tried and would benefit from a fresh face lift
My room was on the front. bed, nosey, and on the right side, it sloped, so I stayed on the left side. shelves, all falling of walls .
Had to take mirror of to dry hair no plugs near mirrors.
The radiator needs a good dust as do the bathroom fan and ceiling cob webs .
My neighbours were very loud in the morning s and like to sing at night, which I found funny
The back room found the door hard to open
- Leeann (10/5): -
- Elisha (10/5): -
- Wendy (8/5): - Breakfast was lovely and only £7 well worth it , plenty of tea, coffee , sugar and milk so you can make drinks in your own room, friendly owners, bed was comfortable , enjoyed staying here The place needs some work doing to it , up dating decoration but I'm sure this will be done i didn't pay for 5 star accommodation so expect some things not being perfect but there was hot water clean rooms and towels and the place was clean
- Laura (8/5): - Good locality to bars and clubs
- Toni (10/5): -
- Sophie (8/5): -
- Anthony (9/5): -
- Natalie (5/5): Great location to everything we wanted but the hotel is in serious need of renovation we won’t be returning - Good location Very dated room was a very small room we’ve stayed in small double rooms plenty times before at other hotels but this was exceptionally small and needed some serious attention the windows are really old wouldn’t even close properly shower all cracked wallpaper all stained just generally needs some serious renovation work. We had room only for 2 nights but was woken both mornings by clattering plates being noisy getting ready for breakfast and there was also noisy pipes sounding like a drill going off! Only met the host once on arrival literally a minute chat if that and that was it not very welcoming we’d asked for a lower floor room as my partner has mobility issues the room was unfortunately not available for us as someone had already requested it which is fair enough but we got put on the top floor near enough it was 4 flights of stairs no offer to help with his suitcase or anything and we never saw her when we left!
- Barbara (8/5): - Let us in room early, friendly, comfy Laundry in dining room put us off having breakfast but the food looked good will try it next time we stay
- Palmela (8/5): Very friendly owner & lovely breakfast - Breakfast was lovely Bathroom could do with being updated
- Bradley (10/5): -
- susan (2/5): Rutlands hotel blackpool - Nothing, dissapointed Toilet door would not close properly
Shower turned on but stayed cold so couldn't shower didn't see anything of the hosts only on arrival and departing. I will not be using this hotel again standard was not worth money we paid.
- Lauren (9/5): Very good.. would definitely stay here again - Comfy beds… very friendly staff Stairs… was abit cold in bedroom with windows open and couldn’t shut them.. rooms are a teeny tiny bit small…
- naomi (10/5): Perfect location - Excellent breakfast, location spot on. Lady who runs it very friendly. Would stay again Rooms are just a bit small but everything else was perfect. Nothing to complain about.
