• Puri (4/5): - Lo unico bueno ubicacion , el baño y que te dejan 4 capsula de café q se agradece Nada que ver la foto q poneis como habitacion doble superior,no se asemeja en nada a lo que me disteis ,no podéis engañar los clientes ya que lo que recibo como habitación no esta en ninguna foto de las que colgáis como habitaciones doble superior, la cama incomodisima de muelles blandos ,muchísimos ruido del exterior toda la noche sin poder descansar. Sólo cinco perchas para la ropa,y ni un armario donde guardarla.

• Jürgen (5/5): Im Zimmer unangenehm eng. - Personal Super Wände ultra hellhörig. Zimmer so klein, dass man nicht aneinader vorbei kommt ohne, dass einer auf das Bett ausweicht. Hätten wir vorher gewusst wie extrem klein und eng alles ist hätten wir es nicht gebucht.

• Gastón (7/5): Recomendable pero quizá no para 2 parejas ya que no hay privacidad. - La ubicación está muy bien, muy cerca de Plaza España. Es moderno y con gusto. Como teníamos un vuelo por la noche, el día del check out hemos podido dejar las maletas en el alojamiento sin ningún problema, en eso han sido muy amables. Son dos camas matrimoniales pero que están sin puerta de por medio (privacidad cero) y una ducha sin puerta en el medio de las dos habitaciones; es decir, esa ducha no se puede usar, por lo que finalmente resulta ser un único baño para las 4 personas. Para nuestra habitación había que subir dos tramos largos y empinados de escaleras, que con personas mayores y maletas, quizá resulte bastante complejo. El wifi directamente no funcionó durante toda la estancia. Es un punto importante también el hecho de que solo hay una persona en la "recepción" durante 5 horas al día.

• Diana92 (7/5): It is a good place to spend 2 nigths, it is a central and quiet location - I like the street where the room was located, it was very calm and quiet in the nigths, the street is a galery area where you can see a lot of art and designer items. The staff was very kind and attentive The pictures were a bit misleading, the wi-fi did not work during the whole stay, the tv had not channels and was not able to connect to the wi-fi, the air conditioner was not really working

Bagno spazioso La pulizia della camera (tanta polvere e odore di chiuso quando i riscaldamenti vengono accesi), odore di fognatura dentro la camera (forse risalita perché pioveva). Il sommier utilizzato in similpelle come letto aggiunto era freddo e avrebbe avuto bisogno di un Topper (ho usato il telo doccia).

Un detalle que se agradece mucho son las botellitas de agua en la habitación al llegar y las cápsulas de café disponibles. Sin duda, buenísima opción para alojarse. La ducha tragaba un poco lento, pero nada grave

Arredamento chic che non guasta . Staff cordiale risponde subito alle domande poste tramite l’app! Solo a gusto personale: materasso troppo rigido e stanza non totalmente buia al mattino.

• Louisa (7/5): Fantastic, central location - Location wise, BDB rooms is an 11 out of 10. Half way between Piazza Popolo and the Spanish Steps, everything we wanted to see was accessible to the point where we walked everywhere. The joining info was sent by WhatsApp just before we arrived, however, we had no WiFi to get the message so arrived with no clue of how to get in which wasn't a great start! The entrance steps are quite steep and even when we had access to the WiFi, it was very hit and miss.
• Isel (5/5): Que no todo vale para garantizar una reserva. - LO que mas me gustó fue la ubicacion. Me aseguraron por telefono que no habia problemas con la reserva, cuando en realidad me dieron una habitacion que no era la deseada, tanto por espacio como por ubicacion dentro de los apartamentos. No me gusto que despues de realizar la reserva me puse en contacto telefonicamente y me aseguraron que me darian 2 habitaciones para 4 adultos. Me podian haber informado que esa situacion no iba a variar y en ese momento ya sabia que opcion tenia. Y cuando llegué tuvimos que estar los 4 adultos en la habitacion de la ultima planta. Para mas agobio, omiten deliberadamente que hay que subir de 40 a 50 escalones y yo que viajaba con una anciana de 82 años me encontré en serias dificultades para mantener mi estancia. Si fueran mas transparentes cuando colocan la informacion del local que estan brindando en alquiler no diera lugar a malos entedidos. Tampoco me gusto que la instalacion y los enseres en general se ve, no sucia pero si desgastada, deslucida por el paso del tiempo o del uso. Por suerte las sabanas y las tollas si estaban impecables.

• Mohammad Amin (7/5): Gute Lage, aber leider war es nicht so gut wie auf dem auf der Website veröffentlichten Foto, und ic - Es hatte eine gute Lage. Die Wohnung lag im obersten Stockwerk, wir hatten keinen Aufzug und die Zimmer waren sehr klein. Und wenn sie sich etwas mehr Zeit zum Putzen genommen und das Sofa gesäubert hätten, wäre es so schmutzig gewesen, dass man wirklich nicht darauf sitzen konnte.

• Christian (9/5): Small pretty B&B - Very good location in the center of the city. It’s a side street and it’s very quiet in the night. I had a request and the staff immediately solved my problem although when I arrive there was no one there. My room was really small, but I was alone and it was fine for me. For a couple it would have been not suitable. The bathroom is fine and the shower big, which is not always the case in Italy. The quality/cost is perfect and I would go back.

Он был чудесным. Очень просторный, чистый, теплый (это важно для зимы в Европе) 4. Приятный персонал, готовый помочь 5. Кофемашина и мини-холодильник в номере 6. На ресепшен можно взять утюг 1. Очень плохой WiFi 2. Было бы идеально иметь в номере бокалы 🥂 Это не минус, а маленькое пожелание 😇

Valutazione positiva anche della camera, per materiale adoperati (bello il parquet) e soluzioni per la illuminazione. Si rileva qualche nido di polvere negli abatjour accanto al letto. Stato manutentivo della camera non del tutto idoneo: tracce di colatura di liquido sulla porta di ingresso alla camera, presumibilmente originato dallo split del climatizzatore posto al di sopra di esso. La tenda del vano doccia non chiude bene, e fa fuoriuscire dell'acqua sul pavimento
