Easy to walk to beaches and shops and cafes etc. The room/studio was looking very tired, and not too clean. The bedroom had black mould on ceilings, as did the bathroom. The room/studio was very cold and without heating. Lots of noise transference from the other accommodation.

Beaucoup de poils de chien sur le canapé et des croquettes sous le lit !…. Nous étions 4 adultes, la chambre avec les deux petits lits ne ferme pas, la porte est bloquée par un lit, nous sommes obligés de changer la disposition des lits. Que 3 verres à eau…

- Cornelia (7/5): Seebad mit viel Rummel. Hotel und Appartements bedürfen einer Renovierung. - Die Lage war nicht schlecht, hatte es mir aber besser vorgestellt. Es ist ein 4 Sterne Hotel mit einigen Dependancen . Das Hotel wie auch die Appartementhöuser sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die dürften aus den 70er Jahren sein. Alles ist abgewohnt, die Wände innen zwar gestrichen, aber Fliesen sind teilweise abgegangen oder gesprungen, der wandhöngende Fernseher hat ein Teil seiner Halterung g eingebüßt und droht abzufallen, die Möbel sind abgewohnt und die Eingangstür verrostet. Es sind lediglich 2 Teebeutel vorhanden, die Utensilien für einen Kaffee sucht man vergebens. Nutzung der Thalassoeinrichtung erschließt sich nicht wirklich.

Quand nous sommes arrivés il faisait froid dans l'appartement nous l'avons signalé à la réception et nous avons eu un chauffage d'appoint. Il serait judicieux de mettre une éponge et du produit vaisselle a disposition pour les personnes arrivant en fin d'après midi. Nous pensions avoir réservé une chambre d'hôtel pas un appartement .

We couldn’t find a cutting board but didn’t miss it too much. The garden furniture wasn’t very clean but it was only the start of the season, so that would explain it. We were able to wipe it down ourselves with the kitchen/ house keeping supplies provided

- Linda (9/5): - Comfy beds. Full usable kitchen. Cleaning bits provided Asked for early entry. From 2pm was agreed. Wasn't ready. Apartment wasn't ready even at the usual arrival time of 4pm and we waited until 5pm, before we could take our luggage in. Made it a very long winter afternoon

Thalasso vieillissante.

- Hughes (7/5): - Good location. It was spacious and decent facilities. it was warm enough. It had a small outside space to sit in the sun, which as good. We had private parking for the motorbike, which as always wheat we want. It was a bit dated and tatty. There was a slight small of damp and we noticed damp (black mould) along tops of skirtings. Considering we were left a cleaning pack for us to clean after our stay, this place wasn't the cleanest I'd stayed in. It felt all a bit old, and the actual property needed some TLC.
- Odile (7/5): Agréable et reposant séjour - Le studio est situé dans un hébergement indépendant mais facile d'accès, à proximité de la plage et de la résidence Hotel Valdys Thalasso ( où se situe la réception / remise des clés) .Il est spacieux et bien équipé tant côté cuisine que partie chambre et salle de bain. La réservation de cet hébergement donne l'accès gratuitement à l'espace Thalasso/spa de la résidence Hotel Valdys donc agréable surprise. Ensuite, Il est aussi possible de réserver des soins sur place. Nous avons aussi apprécié la literie confortable ,le calme de l'hébergement, le petit balcon. Le parking privé de l'hébergement était gratuit au moment de notre séjour car la barrière est cassée sinon tarif à la journée. Dommage ... Le studio aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement coté peintures et globalement de plus de modernité côté équipements. Exemple: Cuvette WC à "l'ancienne", entartrés; baignoire, mobilier "démodé", absence de décoration.

The reception desk was in a different building on a different site and to find our building we had to drive three times around a one way system before we found it! Once parked up the walk to our room was down an unlit path at 10.30 at night. The room, when finally located was good, no complaints there. But major complaints re other matters. As above
- leanic (7/5): deçu de l'emplacement et bien trop cher pour le coup, les chambres bien mais a approfondir le menag - malheureusement je n'ai pas pu aller au hammam car les horaires fermé tôt en fin de journée et nous n'étions pas près. un peu déçu de la prestation et les petits dejeuner annoncé à 22 euros par personne. c'est assez exagéré. le prix du petit déjeuné, l'emplacement de notre studio trop loin des soins
- CAROLINE (10/5): Magnifique Hotel sur un magnifique emplacement , tout à pied - Magnifique emplacement en front de mer, à une dizaines de minutes à pied du centre ville et de ses restaurants. Embarquadère pour l'ile de Batz à 10 min à pied également Accès au SPA marin directement depuis l’hôtel Superbes petits déjeuners très variés Amabilité et professionnalisme du personnel Je cherche mais je ne trouve pas, notre séjour a été parfait Attention aux chambres RDC 1er et 2 eme étage avec vue mer qui se trouve du coté de la buanderie: gros camions de livraison assez bruyants qui laissent le moteur tourner longtemps pendant qu'ils discutent et il doit y avoir l'espace fumeur du personnel: les remontées de tabac vers la chambre sont désagréables quand la fenêtre est ouverte.

Other people bikes stored in our outside seating area - felt like we shouldn’t be there with other peoples belongings. Bedrooms dirty - lots of dirt and grime on the floors especially in the corners Awful that this apartment is sold as “superior” shocking. Not good enough it needs bleach to clean it and a full referb. We have contacted the property about the issues again and heard nothing. It is really really awful. Staff however the ones we dealt with were great.

- Eric (10/5): Bel endroit d escapade à recommander - La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, l accès au spa marin, le menu proposé au restaurant, l emplacement permettant de faire des promenades et la proximité du centre de la ville. Les places de parking pas très larges 😉

- CATHY (7/5): Vivifiant - Le petit déjeuner complet avec du salé, du sucré, des fruits et des laitages le point négatif était les machines à café pas assez chaud. Le cadre pour déguster le petit déjeuner avec vu sur la mer est aussi agréable et reposant. La résidence est désuète, laissé à l'abandon nous avons dû faire intervenir un technicien pour la douche qui ne fonctionnait pas, il n'y avait pas d'éclairage extérieur pour descendre/monter les escaliers le soir trés dangereux.

- Stephen (9/5): Great location - Great location, well equipped, free parking is excellent - and vital for Roscoff - and great vfm. You also get full access to the facilities in the sister hotel 100m away. It's a little dated on the outside, but fine inside.

In our apartment (909) the electrical box was located in the bedroom cupboard and made a continuous buzzing which was really hard to ignore/get to sleep with. Apart from this - the apartment was excellent!!
