Can be noisy at times with the lift/doors closing etc. Great location, we hired Lime scooters which were always parked outside the hotel; got everywhere we needed in Berlin within a 20 minute scooter ride. Polite and helpful staff at front desk. Signed us up as an IHG member to get a later (2pm) checkout for free. Nearby Edeka supermarket was a 3 min scooter ride away which has anything you need. Lots of restaurants on UberEats that deliver to hotel. Uber to/from airport is 35 min journey for €40-50. Thanks again.

I choose hotels based on services included, 16 euro is expensive for the breakfast they provided The hotel also changed names, probably ownership as well, but hotels.com didn’t tell me.

Despite my attempts to address my concerns calmly and respectfully, I was met with resistance and hostility. - Idanesha (8/5): - The property is perfect if you want to explore Berlin and what it has to offer as the Bus station is just a 3 mins walk away and the buses come quite often. I enjoyed my stay here, the only downfall was on the last day the fire alarm woke everyone up and the staff should have spoke to everyone and let us know what had happened but he didnt so that made the rating lower. Overall it was a great experience and a great hotel.

Only negative is that on the day of check in, our room smelled terribly of cigarettes, and as non-smokers it was not nice. The smell was so thick that it took a couple of days to dissipate from the room. We also smelled cigarette smoke in the hallways on a different day but thankfully it didn’t get into our room.

The shower drain was broken and even when the clean person went to clean every day they never changed it. The smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the corridor of the floor of our room was horrible, day and night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

- Martha (8/5): Good value for money - Good value for money, but the sauna was outside and not included in the price. If you wanted to use it, you needed to pay nearly 10 euros and you needed to ask them beforehand for them to switch it on.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Room was quite small. Shower was tiny with no matt to stop you from slipping. Water was cold 2/3 times. Handle on shower door was broke. Light fixtures were falling out of the ceiling. Pillows were awful but overall the bed was comfy.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great staff on the reception (apart of one guy that was not so great), however, other 2 staff members were excellent. We asked for a bottle opener, extra pillows, nothing was a problem for them. Great hotel, great location. Very easy connection to the centre and all historic places. Hotel room was very nice, spacious, clean, with lots of storage space. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, and I can very much recommend it. Amazing price as well.
- Mireia (8/5): - The hotel was good in general. Must say that tv only in german , very poor on international channels. In general, the hotel was clean, tidy, the staff was kind, the rooms nice (except for the view) and brekfast (extta paid for us) , ok . altough. the coffee was terrible.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean, relaxing and perfect for our needs. A minor setback was dealt with efficiently by staff. Only disappointment was the bar was closed the whole time despite a tantalising cocktail menu in our room. However a perfectly pleasant stay.

- Roseann (8/5): - Hotel was very clean, everything looked new and in great condition. It is about 20-30 minute walk to the Tiergarten and other landmarks. We had three people in the room, two twin beds and a futon. The futon was not very comfortable.

- Iryna (10/5): - Наверное, в-первые рекомендую отель без разнообразных экивоков Что понравилось? 1. Отличное расположение. Рядом огромный парк для прогулок, недалеко остановка 245 автобуса, на котором за, прибл., 15-20 мин добираешься до центрального вокзала и соот. центра города. 2. В номере очень чисто, не пыльно (это говорит вам аллергик), тепло (батареи самостоятельно регулируешь), ковролин, отличная шумоизоляция, как со стороны улицы, так и от соседей. 3. В наличие имеется чайник и набор чаев, "кофиев" (пополняется), стаканы, кружки. 4. Бесплатный сейф в номере. 5. Хороший, большой шкаф с множеством вешалок. 6. Отличный интернет, без всяких паролей и сбоев. 7. Внешние жалюзи для светоизоляции. Незначительные нюансы, которые оставили разочарование - 1. это отсутствие шампуни и "еже с ним" (спонжи, палочки, лосьенчики), то есть в ванной только навесное жидкое мыло 2. Бутылка воды, даже первая - за 4 евро. 3. Отсутствие холодильника. 4. Для третьего гостя в номере раскладывается небольшое, узкое кресло, которое максимум подойдет для подростка.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good value. Central for what I needed. Comfy bed. Shower had good pressure but was bit small. Was clean except There was a large red/brown stain on the carpet and curtain which was a bit off putting.

- Elisa (8/5): - The hotel is a nice property in a reasonable area to use public transportación to go the the city center. Very good breakfast.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Tidy, efficient and neat hotel set a fairly long walk from the nearest U-bahn station. Limited eating / drinking options in the local area and no restaurant at the hotel. The hotel bar was closed for two of the nights we stayed as well. With such limited local facilities we were surprised there were limited options at the hotel itself to eat and drink ...this is where the hotel loses most marks. Staff were overall quite friendly and also efficient, which was a positive note. Bedrooms were a little Spartan... one pillow each, one small single duvet each (no double duvet), toiletries supplied from a fixed large dispenser bottle etc. Tea and coffee were also only replenished on request at the reception desk. The breakfast offering did include several choices from fruit salad to bacon and eggs on toast etc - but it cost about 12 euros each guest per day and the offering was identical every morning - so this works out to be rather expensive over a few days stay. I would usually expect a full range of hot breakfast buffet items for that price (which wasn’t the case). Overall the hotel is probably good for one night business stays out of the main city centre -but not so great for tourists staying a few days because of the location being not only out of the main centre but also away from convenient U-Bahn / S-bahn services.
