They allowed early check-in, there was complimentary coffee in the lobby, and the room was spotless. The bed was also very comfortable. The room lighting and temperature could easily be adjusted via an iPad. I would gladly stay here again. It would have been even better if hotel slippers had been provided.

The bed was so comfy! And I enjoyed my lunch at the restaurant. I will definitely come back. The corridors are quite dark when you enter. Some side light that is always on would be nice

• Jacques (10/5): Très bel hôtel hyper bien placé - Superbe hotel très bien placé à 30 secondes à pied de la gare centrale et du plus grand centre commercial de la ville et à 5-10 min à pied du centre historique de Cracovie. La chambre était assez grande avec un lit de 160-180 cm. Tout est moderne et bien décoré. La salle de bain est de bonne taille avec une superbe douche à l'italienne. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était magnifique avec beaucoup de choix. A signaler, une machine à café avec café, lait, thé à disposition gratuitement dans le hall de l'hôtel. Rien

Embora o hotel informe que o projeto foi pensado para oferecer conforto e privacidade, na prática a experiência é diferente para quem realmente utiliza o ambiente. Esse tipo de estrutura acaba gerando desconforto e reduzindo a sensação de privacidade esperada em uma hospedagem. Quarto minúsculo, mal da para transitar dentro dele sem esbarrar em algum movel.

• Szilvia (10/5): - Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Barátságos személyzet. Mi 2 kistestű westie kutyussal voltunk és a személyzet nagyon barátságos volt. Különösen a recepciós hölgy, sajnos a nevét nem tudom. Kijött a pult mögül és miután megkérdezte a kutyák nevét, külön üdvözölte őket. Illetve nekünk nagyon ízlett a lengyel kenyér, igy szerettünk volna haza hozni és a hölgy ajánlott pékséget. Hallottam, hogy a lengyel emberek nagyon kedvesek, most meg is tapasztaltam. Köszönjük.

A szállodai recepció a lefoglalt egymáshoz közeli szobákat az 1. és 4. emeleten biztosította. A 4. emeleti szobát a szálloda félreeső sarkában biztosította, amiben az ágy is alig fért el. A reklamációnkra szintén a 4. emeleten tudott szobát adni, ami kulcsal záródó ablakkal rendelkezett, így nem tudtunk szellőztetni.

• F1683GBjohnd (10/5): Last minute holiday - It all started very bad, no car from the airport, I booked shooting on the Wednesday, they never showed up...walked into town, got stopped by police for Jay walking 200 zloty. But the hotel kept our heads up. Their service is second to none, the room was very good, cleaned when u want and not when they thought. The staff are attentive and very friendly. The food is very good. Have stayed there for the second time, and will stay again. Only down side....no where to put ya smalls. Hanger space but no draws...hay ho...a great place to stay...Just a short walk to the center

My main gripe is bathroom has frosted walls so anyone going to the bathroom at night will wake up companions since the curtains provided only cover 1 side and the lights are automatic. You can’t even turn them off. Also extra annoying was my second night there the bathroom light keeps switching on by itself when no one was in there, but when I’m actually using the bathroom, then the light keeps turning off. iPad to control everything is a nice idea but it was glitchy. Wish the temperature control actually had numbers ( right now you slide your ideal temperature on an unmarked slider bar)

But at check-in, the receptionist said the cost of breakfast was 85 zlotys, and when I paid, they gave me a check of 90 zlotys. It's like a trifle, but not very pleasant. 2. The hood in the bathroom worked all night. I couldn't find a way to turn it off.

O chuveiro, apesar de molhar o banheiro todo durante o banho, é muito bom. O banheiro tem chão aquecido o que deixa tudo mais confortável. Todos os funcionários são bem amigáveis no geral. A máquina de café, cappucino e afins sem custo no lobby é um diferencial. O banheiro não tinha shampoo nem shower gel na nossa chegada, o que descobri somente no momento do banho e foi preciso descer na recepção para pedir uma vez que ninguém atendia no ramal. O quarto é pequeno e o hall de entrada fica lotado frequentemente. Mas no geral foi uma boa estadia

Excellent location, close to the train station and close to the city center. Friendly staff. I asked for a quiet room, and it really was quiet. • Adam (9/5): Świetny hotel dla podróżujących pociągiem (przy okazji zrobiliśmy wypad do Zakopanego). - Design. Śniadanie. Całodobowy dostęp do ekspresu. Bez nadęcia. Mały minus to brak miejsca (w pokoju "Komfort') na większą walizkę.
• Martyna (10/5): Piękny hotel - Ładne wnętrze Stolik z uszkodzoną nogą, do tego pokój który był połączony z innym pomieszczeniem ale zamkniętym niestety nie lubię takiej opcji nawet jak drzwi są przekluczone mało komfortowe jak ma się samemu pokój

• Nataliya (10/5): Amazing hotel in Krakow - I cannot praise more this hotel. Design, facilities, comfort - everything was on the highest level. The staff was super attentive; special thanks to Alexandra who supported us on the day of checking out. Hotel provides 24 hours hot drinks of the choice on free of charge basis, which was amazing. The beds were super comfortable and we found a note telling that we can request harder or softer pillows according to our liking. We will definitely come again! We would suggest that the restaurant provides a choice of soups rather than offering the same type of soup every day.
