• Michelle (10/5): Thoroughly recommend this lovely historic hotel! - Charming old world style hotel in Kotor Old Town. Rooms were very comfortable. Excellent front desk staff and at breakfast. We loved the morning coffee! Perfect location for the old town and close to cafes, restaurants and shops. Old town gets very crowded when the cruise ships arrive but it’s quiet and atmospheric in the evenings when the crowds leave. The hotel was an oasis during the busy times.

Situation parfaite La brasserie du restaurant située juste en dessous des chambres avec musique en terrasse jusqu’à 23 heures ! Séjour de 3 nuits. Il a fallu aller demander à l’accueil que le son soit baissé, ce qui a été fait mais on entendait encore la musique. C’est vraiment dommage car tout le reste était parfait.

• Sanja (10/5): Fünf Tage voller Gastfreundschaft und Genuss - Wir verbrachten fünf wunderbare Tage in diesem Hotel und waren rundum begeistert. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal. Wirklich alle Mitarbeitenden, in jedem Bereich des Hotels, waren ausserordentlich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Jeder unserer Wünsche wurde erfüllt, stets mit einem Lächeln und einer beeindruckenden Selbstverständlichkeit. Auch die Restaurantempfehlungen waren hervorragend und haben unseren Aufenthalt kulinarisch bereichert. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön, stilvoll und charmant eingerichtet, mit einer Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und liess keine Wünsche offen. Für uns war einfach alles top. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Información fallida de servicios ofrecidos He elegido ese hotel porque tenía ascensor. Al llegar nos informan q no funciona. Para acceder a las habitaciones hay que subir 1;piso y medio (demás está decir que el ascensor no paraba en los pisos de habitaciónes) y para la suite otro piso más. Imposible para personas con movilidad reducida. Además de no poder llegar al hotel con vehículo alguno x lo que hay que recorrer más de 300m con las valijas. Creo que un hotel 4 estrellas debería contar con una darsen a de ascenso y descenso vehicular así como de un carro de servicio de maletas.. Una pena dado que el hotel es muy lindo y bien ubicado en la ciudad vieja

• avipiti (8/5): Very good hotel with a severe noise problem - The hotel is located inside Kotor's Old Town. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite. The room is really large, with two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom with both a shower and (rather small) bath. The view from the room is very pretty - Old Town and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very good. There are no elevators in the hotel. The only problem with the room was sleep quality. The rooms are right across from the bell towers, and every hour no matter the time the bells ring, and it's impossible to sleep

• Uri Bernstein (8/5): Nice palace No parking - The location is very comfortable (at the entrance to the old city) room are nice. the hotel facilities mention that there is parking but actually they don't. they send you to two public parking's and you need to pay, in one , Euro1.9 per hour and in the other Euro4.8 per hour - WITHOUT LIMIT. we parked in one of them any needed to pay Euro100 for a night parking. problematic.....

• Keith20854 (10/5): Perfect Setting for Experiencing Kotor - The perfect place to stay in Kotor, provided you can move your stuff a couple of hundred yards through the Old Town pedestrian precinct. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, even though the location is in the midst of the Old Town tourist area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is 'historic' all of the fixtures and facilities are totally up-to-date. The buffet breakfast is extensive and excellent.

• Kandace (10/5): - Hotel Cattaro is fabulous! I love that it's in Old Towne Kotor and so convenient to restaurants and shopping. Our ride back to Zagreb cancelled the night before our departure and I was panicked! The staff members were awesome, took the helm and ensured our transfer happened. I felt like hugging them! Even though parking is a bit far but the staff took care of everything so no hassle for us. When we arrived, we didn’t know where to park and so it was a hassle. The property should provide those instructions ahead of time. A small improvement could make the experience better.

• SANTIAGO (9/5): All said, place is awesome and would definitively recommend. - Location in the middle of the old city. You simply can’t get better than that. Staff were awesome and ready to help. Parking is a mess and uber expensive. Hotel staff was very kind to facilitate a preferential access once we spoke with them but i feel clients would be better served if that parking limitation plus the potential preferential tariff & mechanism was explained a few days before check in. That would avoid stress & some euros.

• Brianne (8/5): Great location but perhaps a bit pricey given facilities - Location was great for a short stay in kotor and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Facilities were historic so we were not expecting new and modern. Breakfast was really great. A lot of options and really delicious. We booked a double room option but were given two twin beds which was not ideal. Air conditioning was dated so did not function that well. We found the room quite dark as well.

• Venture769131 (10/5): Lovely all round! - We ate in the hotel's beautiful restaurant terrace overlooking the harbour twice during our stay in Kotor. The food was lovely and the service fantastic. We were served by a waiter known as 'Tattoo' who was polite, professional, helpful and very friendly. We had a couple of lovely chats with him about living in Montenegro and Kotor. Would highly recommend.
• Malik (10/5): Prachtig hotel binnen de stadsmuren van de oude stad - Prachtig hotel in de oude stad van Kotor. Mooie kamers en geweldige service. Parkeren is niet direct bij het hotel mogelijk, hou hier rekening mee. Er is een parkeergarage op zo’n 300 meter afstand.

• Sarah (10/5): A class act in an amazing location. - Staff helped myself and I with all sorts of issues efficiently including advice on public transport etc. The hotel was beautiful in a traditional yet stately way. Very in keeping with the history and location of the place. Fantastic views over the bustling square from the room and the breakfast terrace although you couldn’t hear a sound with the windows closed. It was very hot when we went in August but the room was always beautifully cool and air conditioning fab. We really felt we were part of Kotor old town here. Loved it.

• Hend (8/5): ألأفطار في فندق تاريخي عريق - فندق جميل ومرتب وموقعه في المدينه تجده على اليسار عند الدخول من البوابه الرئيسيه للمدينه القديمه ولهم مطعم خاض بهم و موظفين الأستقبال و جميع من قابلتهم من موظفين الفندق كانوا موظفين محترمين ومعاملتهم راقيه جداً جداً الغرفه مرتبه والحمام ممتاز مع الرخام الأخضر و يوجد به مستلزمات النظافه من صابون وشامبو مع مسلتزمات أخرى مفيده ويوجد به غلاية و أظرف الشاهي والقهوة والسكر كانت مفيده جداً با النسبة لنا بصوره عامه تشعر أنه فندق على الطراز الكلاسيكي هذه ملاحظات تمنيت وجودها لأن سعر الليله في هاذا الفندق 237 يورو 1/ الغرفه لا أستطيع فتح الشباك ليدخل الهواء لأن الشباك يفتح على المطبق الموجود في الطابق الأرض 2/ لا يوجد مصعد مع ذلك قاموا في مكتب الأستقبال بتوصيل حقائبنا ل غرفتنا معامله راقيه 3/ أثاث الغرفه والأضاءه تحتاج إلى تجديد 4/ الفطور لذيذ جداً لكن بسيط للغايه
