The friendly, helpful staff greeted us upon arrival and sent us to the hotel bar for a welcome drink. Nice. The hotel is in a good location. Most importantly, we had a great night's sleep! Recommend.

• coronayv (10/5): Wonderful visit - This was our second time visiting family and attending a Quinceañera. About 15/20 visiting for said event stayed at the intihotel. They were super accommodating to our needs while juggling the rest of the guests. The hotel was clean, the sheets were crisp, and the breakfasts were delicious. I do have to say, I expected the same level of service in other parts of the country and I was truly disappointed. Kudos intiotel. The only downside, at times, were smelly bathrooms, but I added a few drops of tea tree essential oil, and it was fine. I highly recommend Intiotel. They will take care of you! and of course, they'll transport you from and to the airport.

Un empleado pidiendo rapido la llave, otro reteniendo mi maleta. Ustedes creen que, aun etuviera mintiendo, se puede retener sin ninguna delicadeza a un cliente por 0.50 cm que cuesta un jugo?. Tengan su control, pero por favor, sin ofender al cliente. Yo habia pagado S/525 por tres noches y estaba dejando la ultima sin utllizar. Saben como me senti ante esta humillacion en publico.

It was in a very good central locations with amazing attractions close by. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Oh! The restaurant chief was amazing I was able to eat some of my father's favorite dishes. Thank you the wonderful hospitality.
• marytX8095IA (10/5): Small and pleasant hotel - Was pleasantly surprised after checking in to this hotel. While the rooms are not large, they are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is delicious and the staff was always very helpful. I also had dinner at the hotel on two of the nights and enjoyed the meal and the service. The hotel is located in a busy part of the city, but I found that to be a plus not a negative.

• LarryM708 (10/5): Great hotel, area not so great - After my disastrous experience with Casa Andina Select Chiclayo (and the Get A Room = Expedia trial of trying to get dates changed), I got a room for three nights in Intiotel. I liked this hotel. The room was comfy, there was ample very hot water. The staff welcomed me after a 4-hour bus ride from Trujillo - that got in about 2 AM!! They helped arrange very competent driver and guide (shout-out to Moche Tours) for two days to far-flung archaeological sites and museums around Chiclayo. Excellent breakfast included. Above average for a tourist hotel. And given the area, I stayed in for dinners, but their food and service were great. As a base for exploring the Chiclayo area antiquities, I'd recommend Intiotel.
• 860geraintl (8/5): Superb customer service! - This is a good option for anyone who needs to stay in Chiclayo. Its well located near the centre, and the installations are good. However, its the level of service that makes this place stand out. They pride themselves on it and for good reason too! From Michel the doorman to the guy on the desk, they will do anything they can to make your stay comfortable.

• HillyChester (10/5): Remarks from Guyanese National Player Hilton Chester - The stay at Intiotel was one to be termes as a "REMARKABLE" one! My length of stay of approximately 2 weeks ( October 2nd - 11th. 2015 ) was amazing since the atmosphere at the hotel was so comfortable and not forgetting the kindhearted staff. The accommadation offered there was beyond what was my expectations of a 3-star hotel :) Meals were finger-licking and a plethora of meals were presented to us. With the hotel's location, transportation to move about was of no problem to us in fact it had given us "english speakers" thr opportunity to tour with little or no difficulty at all. I've had many exciting experiences there with the friendly staff. Junior, Mitchel , Nadey, EVERYONE there made my stay there quite memorable. We were also taught a bit of the language while having the conversations with them :) The Hotel entirely has left with us, the effect of wanting to pay another visit to Peru. Hopefully we will be doing so :)
• MarcellC67 (8/5): Welcome Haven from the Bustling City - I've stayed here a few times now, both alone and when I've had clients. The people working at reception are always very friendly and helpful. Their new parking area (cochera) is very neat and links with a nice little passage to the front desk area - much better than the one they had before where one had to go through the restaurant. On arrival you'll also get a voucher for a welcome drink which, not surprising for Perú includes a small Pisco sours - although small, always nice and refreshing. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is always good but be prepared to wait a bit - the waiter we had was also not the most enthusiastic but didn't really detract from the dinner. Keep in mind if you have your own wine, they have a Soles 15 corkage (about $5) per bottle - steep I'd say. Unfortunately can't comment on their wines they sell as we had some Argentinian Malbec we'd purchased earlier and had with dinner. Can't really fault the rooms as they have everything you really need and the wifi on all the floors are equally good and reasonably fast.

It is a every good hotel excellent customer service, spacious rooms and excellent food. If every any one decide to go to Chiclayo in the county of Peru I would recommend intiotel.

The staff were very accommodating when I spent the day in the bed with a gastrointestinal issue, needed to have laundry done, and not have the room cleaned. They arranged a professional taxi for the day so my husband could still get out and see the sites. There was AC and the room was plenty quiet.
• Hansruedi_Boquete (8/5): A very good hotel for a stay of one or two weeks, when you are for business in Chiclayo - I spent last november 2 weeks in the Intiotel because I had to do some work in Chiclayo. I liked the hotel very much because all the staff was very friendly en helpful. The restaurant looks simple but the food that is prepared in the kitchen is of very good quality and it tastes delicously. The rooms are clean and they are nicely cleaned up every day again. I was told that the hotel had some plans to extend their facilities. Seems a very good idea to me, because then the service offered can even be better.
• bensiwiec (10/5): Excellent experience - Intiotel was where we (4 Americans) stayed on our first night in Peru. It was a welcome rest after several long flights. We spoke little Spanish, but luckily the staff spoke some English and was very helpful. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 beds in each room. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the showers had hot water. The staff also helped us arrange transportation around the area, which would have been more difficult to arrange without their help (Neidy in particular was very helpful). The whole experience at Intiotel worked out very well for us and we would stay there again next time in Chiclayo.
• coronayv (10/5): Excellent stay! - My family and I enjoyed staying at the hotel for the two weeks we visited. This hotel was recommended by family members that always travel to Chiclayo. My brother and I visited Peru for the first time in 16 years and wanted a comfortable place to unwind after long days with family. The room was clean and somewhat spacious. Luckily, it had air conditioning for those hot sunny days. Furthermore, the staff members were amazing and so helpful whenever we needed something. They made a cold lemonade to alleviate hangovers, cooked late night snacks, and once exchanged money ( although they were not allowed to do do). I also liked their policy on non-guests. No one was allowed in the rooms except the guests. The food was AMAZING except for the chicken hearts ( my brother and mom liked them). Their breakfasts were also very filling that could hold you over until dinner time. I loved their Locuma(sp?) yogurt and pineapple smoothies every morning. I was able to get a sense what a typical Peruvian breakfast was like. Price wise, it was higher than other hotels, but it was worth the extra $30/ night. The few negative things I noticed, the stopper for the bathroom sink was missing and their ventilation was faulty. I could see all the hair clogged in the drain and it definitely grossed me out. There was this one incident where the someone used the bathroom in the room above us and the smell transiently passed by our room. I used Urban Essentials lemon hand towelettes to get rid of the smell. This hotel had so many positives that I will stay there again when I visit.
• kf59traveler (10/5): Good hotel and great management - When planning our trip we were considering another hotel outside city. But we were glad that we had chose Intihotel in the center of the city. Location of Intihotel is convenient and safe; we walked both nights to the central plaza and cathedral, had ice-cream in café near by, find nice restaurant for dinner; checked out some local stores and witnessed busy local life. Our room in Intihotel was very clean and relatively large; and it had a big spacious shower stall. Our room was on the back side of the building and on some upper floor; and we comfortably slept with open windows (April). I heard no city noises, although I have to confess I had earplugs just as a precaution because I am light sleeper. In the inside court of next to hotel house people had some chicken, turkey and little animals. Buffet breakfast was good and plentiful. We did not have dinners in the hotel. However, we happened to have late lunch; and I was pleasantly surprised by freshness and excellent quality of avocado salad. Pisco sour was also excellent. I also would like to add few good words about hotel personal. Women at the front desk were very pleasant, helpful and very efficient. One girl (I believe her name was Patricia) really saved us from a possible major stress. We had no idea that our flight reservations were totally messed up. When asked to print out our boarding pass, she detected an error and called to Peruvian airline (they do not have a counter in Chiclayo). Without her help we would have a major stress in airport, since we do not speak Spanish. We are very grateful for her help.
• tamberlyc2014 (10/5): FBC Woodville mission Group - We stayed at Intiotel 9 nights in July. This waste the third time our group had stayed her. The staff was excellent. Our rooms were always clean. We ate most of our evening meals were eaten at the hotel an were very good. If I get to come back chiclayo this is diff entry where I will stay. Thank. You to everyone.
• Pritom (2/5): Worst customer service,cheating staff & Old hotel. - Since I have stayed in this hotel last week, the review is fresh and jotting down what i had experienced. The Hotel is not worth the price they quote as the rooms are hardly for one people to move and old tiring furnitures. No matter at what price you book this hotel, the manager will charge the regular price of the room and cheat you with including taxes etc. whatever possible which may not be applicable for foreigners like us. There are many good hotels in the proximity at lower this price, so please don't book if you want to avoid conflict and a horrible experience. The manager is quite rude and the reception staffs have to follow what he says although he is wrong. The reception staff don't understand english at all. I promised never to return for a stay at this hotel ever. Worst experience in my entire travel of Latin America. If anyone doubt, you could write to me directly for feedback.
• markhD2134HA (8/5): Friendly Staff, Comfortable rooms - The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful; especially Joanna and Paty at the front desk. The price is a little high for Peru, but the hotel is comfortable and safe with a parking lot connected to the lobby. Also the price of the room includes a breakfast buffet.
