• GlobeTrotting537527 (10/5): Exceptional Experience by an Exceptional Staff - Twice a year, we have stay at this this location a week at a time. We've booked 45 plus nights each year. The reason: The Hotel staff is incredible. They are always professional, helpful, cheerful and go way beyond the "expected" level of support. Even with the computer issues they faced during out stay, they maintained their professionalism and support! The front desk staff, Scott, Karen, Aaron, CiCi, Hazel, a staff of this caliber as the face of their property! Max

• Mark (8/5): - The room was OK. The only negative was an opened bag of shredded cheese left in the mini fridge from a prior guest. However if that was missed by room service it makes you question whether they missed anything else. The lady that ran the breakfast was attentive and very friendly.
• 888RobertB888 (10/5): Third time and still a charm. - This is our 3rd stay at this location. Like the previous 2, the room was clean. Check-in was a breeze (we love Ci Ci at the front desk). There's really nothing negative to say and I'm pretty confident we'll stay here again next year when we're up this way. One observation: While there are plenty of outlets, there are no USB ports. Don't forget your adapters/power strips.

But one positive was the front Desk Aaron was sweet and accommodating. The pool stairs were falling apart. The mattresses were disgusting.

• Tisbe52 (10/5): Excellent Service - The service I received at the Hampton Inn in Fayetteville, Tennessee, was phenomenal. A special call out to Karen and Jeremy. I had to have a tele-health conference with a doctor at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN. I live in Huntsville, AL. The doctors at Vanderbilt are not licensed to work in Alabama (even for a tele-video conference!) so for the conference I had to be in Tennessee. I drove to Fayetteville and stopped at the Hampton Inn on Redstone Drive. Karen and Jeremy were working the front desk. I asked if I could use the lobby and the Wi-Fi for my call. They were both so gracious and helpful. They said “yes” and proceeded to help me sign in to the Wi-Fi and let me use a conference room for privacy. I was in a difficult situation and they both helped me. I truly appreciated them. With this kind of service, you can be sure that a stay at the Hampton Inn in Fayetteville, TN, will be a pleasure.

• Christie (10/5): Peaceful - I’m not really sure I can put in writing how amazing this experience was. My husband and I stayed Friday night and checked out Saturday morning. Friday we had to cut our water off due to a busted pipe. After working all week, tired, frustrated , and preparing to fix the water leak Saturday we decided to get a room ,have a hot shower ,and rest. I arrived at the hotel and the man was so friendly and informative; which was refreshing considering I literally hung up on the man that answered at the Hampton Inn in Pulaski TN he was so rude. I got to the room it was clean and cozy. I sat on the end of the bed and watched the sunset and wow was it breath taking ! Everyone from front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff was friendly and that is what I call a great hotel !
• Cortney (1/5): Stay somewhere else - They don't clean the rooms at all. You have to request for housekeeping to clean the rooms. When i brought it to their attention, all they dis was start blaming each other as to why it wasn't done. Mine you i called the front desk to see why our room wasn't clean they told me it would be cleaned the next day. That was a lie. The charge you over 100 per night. The breakfast is horrible.
• triguydenver (10/5): Pleasant surprise… - I am typically a Marriott guy as I am a Bonvoy Ambassador/Titanium for Life. There were no Marriott options nearby, so I booked the Hampton Inn. The place was updated, comfortable and very clean. Aaron at the front desk went over and above for me during my visit. He was awesome! Thank you for your professionalism and attention to detail, Aaron. Much appreciated.

• aubreyr137 (2/5): Disgusting - This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve had the displeasure of staying at. Upon checking in my first room had wrappers on the floor and upon pulling the sheets back there were wrappers and hair in the bed, along with stains. I called the front desk and was given a new room. Sans wrappers, this room was hardly better. Every wall was covered in brown splattered stains and the tile was greasy and blackened my socks within minutes. Upon laying in bed a stink bug crawled onto the sheets next to me. I checked out the next morning instead of staying the 2nd night as planned as I would rather drive 6 hours in the dark home than spend another night here.

There was urine on the walls, the shower was filthy, and there was black dirt beneath the sink and all over the tile. The walls had a noticeable buildup of grime. While this could be a great location, I was upset to pay nearly $300 for two nights under such conditions. I've stayed in some pretty sketchy places during college and on cross-country bike trips, but this was by far the worst. It seems like there is no follow-up from the cleaning staff. These rooms desperately need a deep clean. I would not recommend this location if you value cleanliness and sanitation. Expedia actively tried to help me with the issues.

I would recommend it to anyone . - the breakfast was great and had lots of variety. you could get ceral, oats, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, smoked polish sausage one morning and bacon the other day. muffins, bagels, or pancakes. they had water, orange juice and apple juice to drink. very nice clean place to eat and enjoy breakfast. the only thing I didn't like was that they didn't have an EV car charger on site. On there web page it said that there was one.

Staff was great very polite and helpful however the bathrooms were outdated and the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on wood planks sad thing is this is the 3rd time staying at this chain of hotels and each time the beds have been terrible.

We had also requested adjoining rooms and we called to confirm that we had adjoining rooms but when we got there, we did not have adjoining rooms. The cleaning staff does not clean rooms or give towels for the next day. Every time I stay at hotel, we have to go to front desk and ask for towels, Toliet paper, soap, ect. We were told cleaning staff only does rooms every couple days unless requested. I always request towels to be put in room, however they never do their jobs. Hard to believe that this is Hilton property. The only reason we stay at hotel are because of the employees mentioned above. I actually saw the front desk employee Aaron cleaning rooms so the rooms could be rented!!!! Covid is over so this hotel needs to start holding cleaning staff management and hotel management accountable!!!
• LaQuwanda (6/5): - I stayed 6 nights and only had my trash pulled and towels brought to the room one time. When I first checked in I asked about it. I was told that we were supposed to get trash pulled and towels every other day and a full clean on Friday! When the trash didn’t get pulled, I went to the front desk and they did it the next day. That was literally the ONLY time a housekeeper came to my room. We even stopped one in the hall for towels and she said she didn’t have any but she will bring some back. She never did. We basically went to the desk every day to get towels and used our take out bags for our own trash because housekeeping was so poor. I usually love Hampton Inns but this is literally the only one that has poor housekeeping. It was like this last year as well but it was a little better. It wasn’t this bad. The room never got cleaned one time. And when we checked in there was a nasty towel hanging on the shower curtain when I went to take a shower. I didn’t even bother to say anything because we checked in so late and I was exhausted. Overall everything else is ok, except there is only 2 remotes in the entire hotel to switch the tvs to HDMI! That is ridiculous! We should be able to access that from the room remotes! That is a basic function on every remote. It’s very inconveniencing. But it was like that last year as well. Hopefully the property will upgrade things, especially for the prices of the room. Hopefully it will be better next year.

Close to Walmart and Dunkin.
